Great little boutique all-inclusive!
Pros:

Oleo Cancun Playa is a great little resort with a boutique feel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The massages and spa are also fantastic!

Pros:

A comida era excelente, o quarto confortável e espaçoso. Todos os funcionários foram bastante educados no curto tempo em que estive. O atendimento de adalberto, em especial, foi excelente, extremamente simpático e prestativo, nos deixou muito a vontade.

Cons:

Apesar de dizer que te serviço de escova e manicure incluso, não tem, exige-se um custo adicional (e muito elevado) para o serviço. O resort é bem pequeno e não tem muito o que fazer, acredito que serve para curtas estadias.

Conforto e bela paisagem
Pros:

Do conforto do enxoval e do quarto.
Do serviço do hotel também.
Tem serviço de quarto 24h.
O cardápio dos restaurantes é delicioso!
O hotel nos deu champange de boas vindas e um bolo e tábua de frios de aniversário (avise se você está comemorando alguma data!).

Cons:

A praia da frente não é muito tranquila em questão de ondas, mas dá para entrar.
A vista da praia é maravilhosa!
Como visual é excelente, mas a região conta com bastante vento !
A janela do quarto Inspire (3° andar) não abre, é totalmente lacrada!

Everything… esp the services and staff

Cons:

Lacks AC and adequate ventilation by the dining areas and the bar. Too humid… no fan to ease off the moisture.

The water in the shower was freezing. Around the pool was a little tired and there were lots of empty cups/glasses and plates everywhere. No nightlife.

“Hermosas vistas y excelente ubicación frente al mar”
Pros:

Excelente ubicación frente a una hermosa playa de aguas cristalinas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, con vistas agradables. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. La comida y las bebidas incluidas fueron variadas y de buena calidad. Es una excelente opción para disfrutar de Cancún y relajarse frente al mar.”

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Pools waren sehr sauber, das Essen war auch für ein All inklusive Resort sehr gut, darf man wirklich nicht meckern. Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht und sehr nett und auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Angebot von gym, Tennisplatz etc war auch sehr gut. Bei Problemen wurde einem sehr schnell geholfen.

Cons:

Das Gebäude, Zimmer etc ist tatsächlich etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber ich denke durch die sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Meeresluft ist das einfach ein generelles “Problem” wenn man es so nennen darf. Man darf das hier in Mexiko einfach nicht mit z.b. europäischen Verhältnisse vergleichen.
