Cons:

Absolutely toxic smell in the communal areas and lifts. The lift was super dated and felt it would conk out. The reception staff was slow and unhelpful
To begin with. They took ages checking us in but didnt bother telling us abt facilities. The food is substandard. The lounge chair near pool are a bit too basic. I didn’t see any parasols. We have stayed at othet hotels and all inclusive resorts - here rheres no concept of customer services. I can’t wait to leave

El maltrato del personal
A las 16 30 de la tarde nos hechaban de la playa porque no había bañero
Fuimos por la playa que no pudimos usar porque normalmente yo voy cuando baja el sol
También nos cobraron dos impuestos y uno de ellos es resort fee sin entregar factura a pesar de mi solicitud, esto es una estafa

Good value for money- all inclusive
Pros:

Right on the beach. Our Sunset room had lagoon view on one side and Sea on the other. Poolside bar with barstools in the water. Plenty of beach chairs on the beach.Choice of a variety of cuisines in several restaurants

Pros:

Le personnel était gentil surtout au restaurant méditerranéen et on y a bien mangé.

Cons:

La propreté des chambres (poils par terre, sol sale) le lit inconfortable (vieux matelas). On nous a attribué une chambre dans laquelle se trouvait encore des gens. La deuxième qu’on nous a attribué était sale et avec un mot de bienvenue pour un autre client. À la troisième chambre c’était enfin assez propre et au moins pas pour d’autres clients. On a demandé d’être remboursé pour pouvoir partir avec toutes ces péripéties mais cela nous a été refusé. On a perdu 1h20 avec ces chambres qui ne jouaient pas et quand enfin on a pu aller à la piscine le bar (cocktails) et la petite restauration fermaient peu de temps après

resort needs major upgrade, food very poor quality and lack of choice, drinks very average also, most staff unfriendly( not sure if because england beat mexico whilst there) room cleaned once during 6 days there. avoid this hotel

To be honest, was disappointed

Cons:

Hotel and not well clean, hotel need a lot renovations, a lot of things broken.
Not a lot food options, personal was not bad but also not very friendly.
I have been in a lot hotel all over the world, this one was the baddest for sure.
Not animation at night, for the price I pay, for sure a big disappointment.
I will for sure never going back there. If was a 3 star hotel, maybe ok. But I have been in better 3 stars hotels that this one with 4.
And in the pics you can see a lot of broken glass in our balcony, that’s for sure not normal and unsafe

Fabulous, would definitely return!
Pros:

The room was great (superior ocean view) - good size and facilities, mini bar, super comfy beds.
The staff were all really helpful and pleasant.
Access to the beach was superb.
Perfect WiFi.
Loved the food and different selections every day. The poolside snack bar and cocktails were the best I’ve experienced!

Cons:

The toilet blocked a couple of times but easily rectified.
Would’ve been nice to have some organised evening events, the bar was very quiet.
