Relaxing and professional couples massage

Pros:

BE AWARE!!!! Not only the location is full of drunk wards and plagued with gravity at the foot of the hotel. I RECORDED BIDEO OF STAFF AFYER REQUESTING FOR THEM TO CLEAN THE DIRTY BATHROOM WIPPE THE TOILET AND THAN PROCEED TO WIPE THE GLASSES WITH THE SAME TOWEL!!!!!! Video will be uploaded soon ona dedicated site.

Allt som allt var hotellet enastående och nära till det mesta.
Pros:

Snyggt och rent... Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt goda drinkar värda priset. Lätt att ta tunnelbanan som ligger 3-4 min från hotellet.

Cons:

Frukosten var lite tråkig, ville man ha pannkakor, toast, omelett eller något sådant fick man betala extra... skulle behövas små skyltar på borden om detta för jag tror inte att så många visste om att det fanns en "frukost meny" man kunde använda sig av.

OK stay, definitely not a 5 star experience
Pros:

We had a good stay at this hotel but I wouldn't rate it a 5 star stay. The location was handy being close to the subway but we didn't feel safe stepping outside the hotel at night, we had to get taxis. The room was lovely although I paid extra for an Acropolis view and it was only visible in the far corner of the window. The breakfast and rooftop bar/restaurant were the highlights, they were superb. The staff were lovely. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. but that was a huge disappointment. It was so small for a big hotel. The edges of the pool were grimey and gross. There were only 13 sunloungers which meant that there was no chance of being able to sit in the pool area unless you were incredibly lucky.

I liked very much the view and the kindness of the waitress and in general the staff but they lost in important details

The staff was really kind and should be treated good!

Cons:

-we didn’t find the third bed, instead a baby bed/cradle. When we asked to make it the bed , it took 2 hours and I had to phone several times.
- I found dirty glasses at breakfast
-we asked to removed the winter blanket but they didn’t and I did it myself.
- I suppose the communication among the staff was bad.

Üldiselt oli asi, vaatamata pisiasjadele, siiski lõpuks positiivne.
Pros:

Personal oli tõesti väga abivalmis ja sõbralik.
Auto parkla oli maa all ja kuuma ilmaga meeldivalt jahe kätte saades. Isegi tankimis teenust pakuti, mida ka kasutasime.

Cons:

Tellitud toa sain kätte alles teisel päeval.
Kahetoalises toas ei saadud teist konditsioneeri kuidagi tööle.
Arvestades hotelli suurust, peaks bassein koos toolidega olema palju suurem, aga seda pole lihtne muuta.
