The best hotel in athnes, highely recomended
Pros:

We really enjoy tge staying, we went in the evening to the roof top to enjoy the sunset, it was really beautiful. The reception's workers were very nice and polite? They helped us a lot to book taxi, with the check in and check out.

Cons:

Nothing, i really enjoy evertything about this hotel

Bon hotel per visitar Atenes.
Pros:

L’habitació era molt gran i molt nets, i les vistes a l’Acròpolis espectaculars. S’agraia molt la piscina quan arribaves acalorat de visitar la ciutat. Vam anar de lluna de mel i van tenir un detall amb nosaltres, cosa que vam apreciar i agrair molt!!! Esmorzar correcte.

Cons:

L’horari de la piscina era limitat (de 11 a 19).
A l’habitació i a la piscina hi havia petits detalls descuidats que no acaben d’encaixar amb un hotel de 5 estrelles.
L’ubicació és excepcional ja que estàs a 15 minuts caminant dels punts d’interès de la ciutat. Tot i així, el barri no és el més idoni per transitar-lo a peu. Vam utilitzar el transport públic.

I would recommend the hotel in Athens to anyone who wants to stay.
Pros:

The central location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly efficient and polite. The reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The view from the rooftop of the Acropolis was spectacular.

Pros:

The view from the roof is lovely! Front desk agents were very helpful also

Neighborhood isn’t one you’d want to walk at night, overall pretty average for a high price.

Three stars at maximum it’s not clean

I think it’s really not clean to be honest and the cleaning is not well done and the staff are not trained and the person who is managing this spot is not from a good management school

Pros:

Having breakfast on the 9th floor with an unobstructed view of the Acropolis -wow! Excellent buffet choices. Staff were warm and welcoming. And the hotel was central to all the major attractions and the subway was a few minutes away.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

I unexpectedly received a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in the main area of the suite and they did not come to fix it before I checked out. The staff was great. They were great about holding luggage when my room wasn't ready. The staff in the restaurant was very nice, but the service was not the greatest, however, in Greece everything is slower :) The area of Athens the hotel is located in is not the most convenient to for walking to the main sights, Acropolis, Plaka etc, but cabs are easy to get. I stayed here only one night after an 8 day island charter cruise because of convenience (only hotel the large charter bus could drop us off at).

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The towels are very worn. No electric outlets on the bathroom counter/sink area, but they did provide a blow dryer.

Good experience and good stay close, proximity to the metro and the Square plus the hop on hop off bus. staff is amazi

Comfortable but….facilities let this place down

Clean comfortable good location

Cons:

Pool did not open until 11 am - not sure why as not supervised nor did there seem to be any cleaning taking place ? Gym tiny and poorly equipped one of the worst hotel “gyms” I’ve seen for some time. Bar service at level 9 a bit hit and miss seemed understaffed and a bit chaotic.
