Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό παρότι κάναμε check in αργά το βράδυ ζήτησα μια Nespresso machine και μου την έφεραν αμέσως

Pros:

The staff was polite and attentive. The location is great.

Cons:

The design is a bit too colorful, the rooms do not have numbers but symbols, so the concept was not for me.

The rooms need a refresh (cracks, scratches in the bathroom, in the bedroom on nightstands, on the balcony windows...etc)

The food was not great - ordered a steak for dinner - was tender but more boiled than seared, the potatoes were low quality, precut, probably came frozen judging by the taste.

Unique hotel in a Cool calm upmarket location.
Pros:

Quirky fine deco and very friendly staff.

Very nice design hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel with excellent design features. Service is very friendly and good. Nice concept of not having room numbers but symbols per floor. I enjoyed staying here very much.

Très agréable séjour pour la nouvelle année
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant, serviable, professionnel et aussi naturel. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Les chambres sont très propres. La localisation au centre de Kifissia est très agréable. Il y a un parking sous-terrain très pratique. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Your agreement with the Taxi company is unacceptable. I took your service in the morning inside Kefisia, 5-7 min drive and he took 18 Euro from me. on the way back I took an Uber for 5.5 Euro, the same drive. I complained to the reception in front of the same receptionist that ordered the Taxi for me, and his answer was that these are the prices because it is "a good and reliable Taxi station you work with". this is very unfair, and you should worn your guests that the prices for your Taxi company are 3 times more expensive than other companies. For me it was a disappointment from your staff.
