Semiramis, a Member of Design Hotels

Semiramis Hotel is a real gem near the airport. Really cool, modern design, great staff, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

There’s also a nice park right across the street. Great location and a solid choice if you’re looking for a unique hotel without being far from the airport. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to write this review as a follow up to my previous Google review about one month ago, since I had a chance to visit the hotel & its facilities again recently.

My experience remains largely the same, excellent all throughout, especially the pool.

My original comment said that it seemed like there was only one person serving all day long, which seemed a bit odd to me. However, this time my experience was better as there was an adequate amount of staff and as such I was attended to without any delays.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at the Semiramis Hotel for a short trip and had an excellent experience. The hotel blends a highly distinct, energetic aesthetic with the practical comfort you expect from a premium property.

The rooms are well-equipped, featuring fast, reliable Wi-Fi, responsive climate control, clean and very comfortable bedding. While the bold, neon color schemes might not be for traditionalists, the functionality of the space is undeniable. The breakfast selection was fresh and high-quality, offering a great mix of local Greek options and international staples to kickstart the day.

The amenities are excellent, including a well-maintained fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool area that provides a great spot to unwind after a busy day. Parking was straightforward, and the hotel's location in the leafy northern suburb of Kifisia makes it an ideal base if you have meetings in the area or simply want a quieter, safer environment outside the downtown core. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff were standout features throughout my stay.

We stayed at the Semiramis on our last night in Greece, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. It's rare for my kids to comment on how much they enjoy a hotel, but they absolutely loved this place. The entire property is a feast for the senses, and when the sun rises or sets, the building seems to glow.
As a family of three, we booked a king room with a balcony overlooking the park. The views made for both a beautiful sunset and a wonderful sunrise. The hotel provided a rollaway bed, and we still had plenty of space to move around comfortably.
The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and took the time to explain everything to us. Later, we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed a light, delicious dinner before taking a walk through the neighborhood. There were plenty of shops ranging from casual to luxury, and the area felt safe, lively, and enjoyable to explore.
Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of fresh choices. I arrived a little early, but the staff kindly helped me make a coffee even though service had not officially started yet. Small gestures like that made a lasting impression.
We also appreciated the blackout blinds in the room, which were perfect when the morning sun became bright. Throughout our stay, the service was impeccable. Another major plus was the complimentary underground parking. Parking in Athens can be challenging, so being able to park securely underground and take a modern elevator directly to our floor was a huge convenience.
While the hotel is not located in the center of Athens, that was exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood offered a completely different vibe and was just what we needed for a relaxing end to our vacation.
We would happily recommend the Semiramis Hotel to any of our friends and would gladly stay here again.

Colourful joyful and high standard hotel with excellent service and very welcoming staff! The room’s spacious with beautiful design and comfortable bed! I loved the bathroom with a huge round window that looks out in the backyard ! The swimming pool is full of colour and joy ! Great pool bar restaurant as well - I need to mention the receptionist lady that was so sweet and helpful

To add the location of the hotel is great and close to kefalari and kifissia centre with various restaurants bars and shops
