Excellent séjour en famille
Pros:

Nous avons passé 3 nuitées en famille dans cet établissement et notre expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et très bien entretenues.

Le petit déjeuner était magnifique, varié et de grande qualité. Les repas du restaurant de l’hôtel étaient également excellents, avec des plats délicieux et un très bon service.

L’ambiance générale est calme et agréable, parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Olvidamos tres anillos y no hemos conseguido recuperarlos

El alojamiento es muy correcto. No tiene el encanto de un hotel de Marruecos si es lo que buscas porque parece un hotel europeo, pero es un hotel agradable.

Cons:

Tuvimos una experiencia muy desafortunada que nos dejó mal cuerpo porque habíamos estado a gusto y relajados y la verdad es que no lo esperábamos. Nuestra hija olvidó tres anillos en la habitación el día que nos fuimos. De mucho valor sentimental y de un valor aproximado entre los tres de entre 350 y 400 euros. No tenemos duda porque por la noche le habíamos llamado la atención por haberlos dejado en esa estantería a la vista durante toda nuestra estancia y no haberlos metido en la caja fuerte. Le explicamos lo de evitar tentaciones … Vamos, que allí estaban los anillos el día anterior.Nos dimos cuenta del olvido media hora después de la salida y avisamos a recepción desde el aeropuerto. Desde un principio la atención fue muy poco amable. Se acogieron a la idea de que posiblemente los habíamos perdido en otro lugar, nos fueron dando largas, contestando nuestros correos con respuestas tipo sin ningún tipo de interés por resolver el asunto. Ni pidieron fotos de los anillos ni fueron pro activos. Conclusión: en ese hotel hay alguien amigo de lo ajeno, pero han preferido mirar a otro lado. A nosotros no nos cabe la menor duda.

Overall, very good recollection of the stay
Pros:

Very comfortable apartment, with large living room and well equiped, clean and cleaned daily. Very forthcoming and kind staff who was very helpful with logistic like arranging taxis (including taxi a 3 am to the airport). Very convenient location with Medina within 1/2h walking distance, near public beach (which is clean and not crowded) and with grocery shops nearby.

Cons:

The only poblem is the noise coming from large square nearby, but this is probably very hard to avoid in Tanger with a constant overuse (understatement!) of honking by drivers :-(

Luxurious base for a trip.
Pros:

Really fantastic hotel. Everything was clean and tidy and the hotel decor is high spec. As soon as you walk through the front door you breathe a sigh of relief as you realise that the pictures you saw online represent reality!

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming, particularly Souleyman, who checked us in on our late arrival. He explained everything and directed us to somewhere we could get some food and a drink so late at night. He told us about some driver services for visiting Chefchaouen which we booked on the spot. We were also able to arrange for a very reasonably priced transfer to Tetuan airport for our return journey. All of the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception to the restaurant were excellent.

The room itself was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The decor was stylish and modern and in extremely good repair. The bathroom was flawless. The kitchen was functional and equipped with enough cooking equipment for simple meals. The TV was a modern smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps. The free WiFi was a good speed for browsing but not good enough for streaming on a device (the TV had a wired connection and handled streaming with no problems). We also appreciated the electric shutters on the windows allowing us to create complete darkness in the room for sleeping.

The hotel restaurant (which specialises in pizza) was also the location for breakfast. The breakfast is a la carte, not buffet style, but each item is substantial, very well presented and very appetising, each coming with both a coffee and a juice.

The hotel is in walking distance of the medina and the seafront, though it isn't a short walk. Medina - around 20/25 minutes and seafront - around 15 minutes. The area around the hotel isn't touristic at all. There is a bar which serves alcohol two streets away which we found to be good, if not extremely (cigarette) smokey.

Cons:

There isn't much to say here, but just to comment on some previous comments:

Noise: So, the hotel is located near to an extremely busy major roundabout. Those who have been to Morocco before will know that evenings and into the early hours get extremely busy. And motorists universally use their horns frenetically! All of this noise can be heard quite loudly in the rooms, particularly if you are trying to sleep. I will say that this didn't affect our stay as we had already adjusted to lots of noise from our hotel in Marrakech. And I would also say that it may be down to the building methods in Morocco in general that the soundproofing isn't quite as good as some may be used to. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs because the rest of your experience at the hotel will be worth it.

Hot water: So my wife found that the hot water was intermittently warm when trying to mix hot and cold to a Luke warm temperature in the shower. She doesn't like it hot. I will say that I turned the shower to the hot setting and it stayed hot. I think it's a case of the cold water pressure overpowering to call for heat on the hot tap.

Replenishment of Nespresso pods and water: A previous comment noted that the 2 pods and 2 bottles of water were not replenished once used. This was not our experience.

Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait ! L’équipe est exceptionnelle, professionnelle et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de grande qualité. La chambre répond pleinement aux standards d’un hôtel cinq étoiles : confort, propreté et raffinement. Dès l’entrée, une agréable odeur crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, avec une mention spéciale pour Ayoub à la réception, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son attention constante. Une expérience vraiment inoubliable !
