Please note that the restaurant and café are closed on Sundays and some public holidays.

Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 22:00
Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 to 22:00
Sundays: 09:00 to 14:00
Closed Mondays and holidays.

For national bank holiday weekends consult spa times in advance with the hotel.

Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. Children between 14 and 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

FITNESS CENTRE TIMES:
Fitness Center (Gym and heated pools) times are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 23:00
Saturdays: 09:00 to 21:00.
Sundays: 09:00 to 14:00

The Fitness Center is closed on Sundays and national and local holidays.

Access to the Fitness Center and heated pools is free for guests, in accordance with rules of use and established timetables.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. A swimming cap and flip flops must be worn.

There are 4 padel courts for hire, available 24 hours.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Noche en tránsito con piscina pero sin desayuno acorde al festín

Para una noche en transito o visitar alrededores esta bien ubicado; no está en núcleo urbano

Cons:

Pagamos por el desayuno buffet y fue una decepción absoluta, no había nada que valiera la pena: ni la bolleria, el embutido o los zumos. Y francamente ni la tostada...ni x el pan o el tostador. A veces, menos en mas.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Hotel muy cómodo y tranquilo, con habitaciones amplias y un personal muy atento y amable durante toda su estancia.

Uno de los puntos que más nos gustó fue la restauración: la comida es excelente, especialmente la cena a la carta, que nos sorprendió muy positivamente. El desayuno tipo buffet también es completo y variado.

El hotel está situado en una zona comercial, junto a varios grandes establecimientos. La ubicación es tranquila y resulta especialmente práctica si estás haciendo ruta por Cantabria o utilizas el hotel como punto de paso, ya que en coche es fácil desplazarse por la zona. Por el contrario, para acudir al centro de Torrelavega es más cómodo disponer de vehículo.

En su conjunto, una estancia muy satisfactoria, con una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Un hotel muy recomendable, especialmente para quien viaja en ruta por la zona.

Un hotel excelente.
Pros:

Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario: colchones y almohadas cómodos, una buena iluminación ambiental, nevera, un armario grande y aire acondicionado. Me gustó que el hotel tenga una gran piscina cubierta y un amplio gimnasio, ambos incluidos en el precio. Hay una zona de spa disponible por un suplemento. También cuenta con un buen bar y restaurante. En los alrededores se puede aparcar el coche sin problemas. Además, hay muchas tiendas y varios bares a poca distancia a pie.El personal es muy atento y amable.

Cons:

La caja fuerte de nuestra habitación no funcionaba. Por lo demás, no tenemos ninguna queja.

I was informed I could not check in till 1400 however after 20 mins the check inn desk was checking in other people turning up this was at 1320. I felt discriminated.

Ubicacion

Cons:

Es un hotel de paso ya que para mí gusto le falta para esas estrellas,la cama era incomodisima y el bufete de por la mañana es los justito para lo que pagas ,creo que deberían mejorar para que se note su categoría,destacó que es un hotel orientado a las personas deportistas o por lo menos a mi y mi familia nos lo pareció.
