Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 22:00
Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 to 22:00

For national bank holiday weekends consult spa times in advance with the hotel.

Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. Children between 14 and 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

FITNESS CENTRE TIMES:
Fitness Center (Gym and heated pools) times are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 23:00
Saturdays: 09:00 to 21:00.
Sundays: 09:00 to 14:00

The Fitness Center is closed on Sundays and national and local holidays.

Access to the Fitness Center and heated pools is free for guests, in accordance with rules of use and established timetables.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. A swimming cap and flip flops must be worn.

There are 4 padel courts for hire, available 24 hours.

Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante y, sinceramente, no considero que este establecimiento merezca la categoría de 4 estrellas que anuncia.

Nada más llegar descubrimos que los puntos de carga para vehículos eléctricos, uno de los servicios por los que elegimos este hotel, no funcionaban correctamente. De los cuatro cargadores disponibles, únicamente funcionaba uno. La recepcionista de la tarde se desentendió completamente del problema, indicando que se trataba de una empresa externa y que no era responsabilidad del hotel. Sin embargo, si el establecimiento ofrece este servicio como parte de sus instalaciones, debería garantizar su correcto funcionamiento o, al menos, gestionar la incidencia de forma adecuada. En contraste, el recepcionista del turno de noche sí mostró interés y nos informó de que notificaría la avería.

Otro aspecto negativo fue la limpieza y el estado de la habitación. Encontramos olor a tabaco en el baño, una marca de quemadura en el escritorio y varias manchas visibles en el sofá, detalles impropios de un hotel de esta categoría.

Además, los colchones son extremadamente duros. Si tienes problemas de espalda, no te recomendaría alojarte aquí. Mi pareja, que padece una hernia discal, terminó la estancia con bastante dolor.

En resumen, la relación entre la categoría anunciada y la calidad real del establecimiento está muy lejos de lo esperado. Por nuestra experiencia, se asemeja más a un hotel de 1 o 2 estrellas que a uno de 4.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que está en una zona en la que no hay ruido y se puede aparcar sin problemas.
El desayuno es maravilla. Una amplia variedad de productos y de muy buena calidad
