Great value for the money, location and exceptional service from the staff.
Pros:

Close to many amenities and stores. Quiet for that location.

Cons:

I will like they provide electric kettle in the room but there's coffee maker in the room

Great stay at a great price
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any of our requests. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. We also had a great sleep on the bed which we found very comfortable. One thing we found exceptional was the price of the room. We stayed on the weekend of the AC/DC concert in Edmonton and were only charged the regular price while every other hotel in the city were changing two to three times regular price. The staff obviously care about their customers and for that alone I would stay there again.

Pros:

room was great very clean breakfast was good and price excellent Bed was comfortable , Shower needed a little fixing. Kept going cold and you had to increase with hot water

Cons:

everything was as I expected and really liked the security in lobby also in the VLT's room..felt very safe with the truck in the front parking

We really enjoyed it and it was quiet even though it was busy
Pros:

Really enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room and the canyon grill restaurant was awesome! Staff in both hotel and restaurant were very friendly especially the lady that served us T the restaurant. We didn't catch her name but she said she was from Hong originally. Definitely coming back to eat at the canyon grill again

Cons:

Everything was great. Mattress could have been a little firmer but otherwise was comfy. Tv could be updated a little bit.

We are satisfied with room but not this last stay July 4-6 due to bedding not clean
Pros:

Nice location, staff, & resturant but very poor in cleaning & changing bedding. My friends sheets had blood spots which we told house keeping. They took picture.

Cons:

Bedding not properly cleaned & changed, deposit is way too much to stay

The atmosphere was not right. Lady at desk seemed preoccupied.
Rooms had had peeling wall paper.
Seemed dirty around edges.
