I like the location and staff was friendly. The room looked clean and the bed was overall comfortable.

Cons:

The toliet flushing was weak and the shower head pressure was too strong. Also, the pillows were too flat and the hardwood floor was lifting. The TV didn't have all the channels such as Disney junior and nickelodeon. The TV said "no signal". We also only got one bathroom cup instead of two.

It is a good stay for my family , it's near the clinic i need to go. The staff make us feel comfortable in our stay

Well Situated
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, cleaning pers diligent and on time, restaurant on location with great food and variety, and the hotel well located.

Cons:

A bit of smell in the room, but other than that, nothing to report.

The place is excellent except the maintenance issues inside the rooms

Cons:

The door lock was not in working condition with card, swap the rooms and have the same issue on those doors also, unlock the door using manual key
Washroom toilet seat was draining from base sidings like the rapture gaskit at foundation
