Well Situated
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, cleaning pers diligent and on time, restaurant on location with great food and variety, and the hotel well located.

Cons:

A bit of smell in the room, but other than that, nothing to report.

Pros:

The place is excellent except the maintenance issues inside the rooms

Cons:

The door lock was not in working condition with card, swap the rooms and have the same issue on those doors also, unlock the door using manual key
Washroom toilet seat was draining from base sidings like the rapture gaskit at foundation

Would stay in the new part of the hotel. Great restaurant and close to shopping.
Pros:

Location and staff. Bed was super comfy

Cons:

Pillows were lumpy. I stayed in the older part of the hotel. Mold was noticeable in certain areas. TV wasn’t working. I was given a new one that didn’t work either.

Too expensive to pay that much rent for these services.
Pros:

The room was comfortable but very small.

Cons:

The air cooler was of 90s style. The toilet paper, towel and tissues were of poor quality. The WiFi was not secure and poor reception. There was no outlet available but you have to unplug the lamps to charge your electronics. Most of the channels on the television didnt work.
