Wouldn't look anywhere else
Pros:

We have stayed here twice. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for us because we are visiting family close by. I don't think we are near anything touristy.... We did not eat in the hotel, but it smelled good!

Cons:

I am not used to these square pillows, so I am fighting with them all night.

Hotel agradable y cómodo
Pros:

Hotel agradable y cómodo, personal amable y atento, especialmente Luca. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Hotel familiar, parada de bus junto al hotel. El bus del hotel a la estación central son 15-20 minutos. El restaurant también muy bien.

Les lits, exceptionnels ! La salle de bain est magnifique aussi, très bons produits d’hygiène également

Great Stay for long weekend
Pros:

The location, the staff, the cleaniness, the free water in reception amd the waffle on arrival.

Cons:

The noisy neighbours as the doors do not have soft close on them. And people shouting till 4am in the morning.
Feather pillows instead of micro fibre or polyester even after asking did not get any. And I am allergic to feathers.

Pros:

very helpful Staff room great shower excellent very clean hotel! Regarding the beds wow in the last five years of travel I have stayed in 135 hotels I added them up this hotel's beds and pillows were amazing best sleep I have had five stars for whoever chose these beds would definitely stay again!!!!! Just do something about improving the quality of the breakfast it isn't cheap but the quality doesn't add up the price.

Cons:

Everything apart from paying 20 euros for breakfast that was overcooked bacon burnt Ash browns and cheap sausages.

Staff, arredi moderni con opere d'arte. La posizione che con il bus a 20 metri porta in 10 minuti in centro. Acqua a disposizione di tutti. Colazione valida e varia.

Cons:

Area immediatamente esterna all'hotel con frequentazione di passanti non sempre pulita.

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Also the design of the hotel facilities and room was very nice. We got a room on the 7th floor and although the view is not the prettiest the room itself was nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Check out at 12pm was very convenient for us. Also they offered early check in for 20EUR which we didn't take.

Met my needs.
Pros:

Room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were great.

Cons:

The loction was a little outside of the central area but was about 10 mins by tram from the central area. A supermarket was about 6-7 mins walk.
