Fantastic - loved it!
Pros:

Probably our favourite hotel (of the 8 we have booked) to date. Really genuinely friendly and helpful staff, good location, great breakfast, comfy and spacious room and great bed. The best sleep we've had so far. Great location in Miraflores. It also had nice lunch and dinner eating options, and a fantastic selection of cakes (postres) Great

Cons:

Nothing - we can't come up with anything really. Some other guests a touch loud but that's unavoidable wherever you are.

Good choice in Lima
Pros:

Nice location. Very safe neighbourhood. Good vibes in the little bar. We went dinner outside but the on-site restaurant looks good. Huge room very comfortable.

Pros:

Rapport qualité prix intéressant, bon petit déjeuner, chambres agréables et calmes. Localisation légèrement excentrée, tout en restant très bien placée dans Miraflores

Cons:

Mauvaise surprise lors de la facturation, le prix prévu n’est pas respecté. L’hôtel applique son propre taux de change (nettement surévalué), et quand bien même on nous annonce ne pas facturer de TVA additionnelle, un pourboire obligatoire est appliqué sous forme d’une taxe déguisée. Ne faites pas la même erreur que nous (nous avons payé en monnaie locale en pensant que cela serait à l’avantage de tout le monde), payez en dollars, pour éviter d’être pénalisé par leur taux de change abusif.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

We stayed here 5 years ago and loved it, we went back last month and loved it even more! Such a wonderful hotel with amazing attention to detail, beautiful decor and fittings making it a beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who are multilingual and soooo helpful. And the restaurant/cafe is outstanding, delicious food, great breakfast, great staff, excellent drinks.
Really cosy, comfortable, peaceful rooms. We had a great stay and were sorry to leave. It’s an easy, safe walk through the buzzing Miraflores district, cafes, gyms and shops and down to the Larcomer outdoor mall on the cliffs. Easy taxi ride to centro historico.

Pros:

The best hotel we stayed at in Peru. We were immediately welcomed, all staff went out of their way for guests. Our room was huge and had everything we needed with a lovely view of the patio. Comfortable bed and good shower. Location was perfect in the heart of Miraflores. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Cons:

The vegetarian takeaway breakfast was a bit lacking, otherwise, nothing to add.
