The room that they had me in before I made this reservation through another third-party had no heat. They told me that they will fix the heat and so I booked three more nights on December 8 through December 10.. when I went the next morning to inquire about the heat I was supposed to be fixed. They just canceled my booking from December 8 and December 10. I stated that I made a false complaint instead of fixing the heat.. the city of Carlsbad opened up a case against them to investigate the matter.

Cons:

I booked a room on the seventh through the eighth with another third-party and because they told me that they were gonna fix the heat. I had decided to book 3 more nights from the eighth through the 10th.. however the next day when I inquired about the heat that still needed to be fixed, the owner decided to cancel my reservation from the eighth through the 10th falsely claiming that I made a false report when he knew, and the maze servant confirmed that the heat was not working.
