Great value if you need a place to sleep.
Pros:

Location and value were great. Room was well cleaned and bed was comfortable. Very close to all the places we wanted to explore.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled like cigarettes when the fan was running. We kept the fan off while showering to avoid the smell. We stayed closer to the freeway, so it was often loud but didn’t bother us too much

Pros:

I liked that my dog and child stayed free, and that there were many places to eat within walking distance. The TV was a great size.

Cons:

I paid for early check-in when I booked online. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 15 min about the $20 early check-in fee, even after I explained I already paid it when I booked and showed my screenshot.
The room was tiny and cramped - barely enough space for 10-year-old child and I and our 15 lb dog. The bathroom door hit the toilet, so we had to stand to the side of the toilet to open/close the door to the restroom. Parking was awful - industrial trucks and cars parked illegally. There was no remote for the big TV. The dog areas were poorly maintained and just poo-filled dirt patches. This caused the floors to be filthy since there were no door mats. Window didn't open at all, so the air was stuffy and stagnant, even with AC running non-stop.

There was a gross old man who constantly smoked in the doorway of a neighboring room. He left cigarette butts all over the walkway and parking spaces. His smoke wafted into my room so much that MY room began to smell like smoke. I could hear entire conversations/arguments from the room above, even with the steady freeway noise..

Nice Hotel within walking distance of Attractions
Pros:

Was in walking distance of outlets, Flower Fields, museums, and taverns. Quiet neighborhood.
I do believe they have weekly and monthly rates available

Cons:

The king bed was extremely hard, coiled springs. Sore backs and joints not soft in the slightest
Bathroom was small. Hard to close the door, while standing inside.

THE OWNER SAID ONLY GOD HIMSELF IS HIGHER THAN HIM
Pros:

NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!! Room smelled like smoke. Unpacked, went to drive for food and my hair wreaked of smoke. Turned around packed and left. Drove back to make sure the hotel worker checked me out. Was told to have to ask the manager for a refund. Took 3 days with no reply so I went back in. He told me I had stayed an hour and a half so no refund. Which wasn’t true. HE SAID “THE ONLY OERSON HIGHER THAN HIM WAS GOD HIMSELF”. Stay elsewhere.
This place has gone down hill since a remodel years ago.

Cons:

People have moved in to live with plants outside their door. Decomposing dog shit everywhere. The room stunk.
