Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Location in the Old Town is perfect for this hotel. It is a lovely building with lots of character. Reception staff on check in was not very friendly but who knows what was going on in his life? We were charged tourist tax on check out even though we are 73 & 75. The next hotel told us seniors don’t have to pay the tax. Nevertheless we would go back to this hotel another time.

Sehr schönes Hotel und top Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Lage ist top. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut (was daran manche Leute zu meckern haben, verstehen wir nicht). Das Zimmer (Suite) war hervorragend, man konnte sich - da man mitten in der Stadt wohnte - auch nachmittags mal eine Stunde ausruhen und entspannen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider für uns viel zu hart. Man ist morgens mit Schmerzen aufgewacht. Da sollte man darüber nachdenken.
3300 Kronen für 3 Tage Parken und Auto-Hol-und-Bring-Service ist meines Erachtens etwas übertrieben. Das waren über 130€, allerdings wussten wir das vorher.
Was ich gar nicht OK fand war, dass wir bei der Schlussrechnung noch pro Tag 200 Kronen Tip für den Roomservice berechnet bekamen. Wer also vorher den Zimmermädchen Geld gegeben hat, durfte zweimal löhnen!!
Das sollte man unbedingt vorher wissen.

A great hotel with a few niggles
Pros:

Fantastic location , handy for all the attractions.
Room was lovely and clean in a quiet area of the hotel.
Aircon was a much needed luxury as it reached 36. Degrees during our stay.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and refreshed promptly.
Staff were in the main friendly and helpful.
A service charge is added at every opportunity, you can remove it but it becomes a bit tiresome.
Would definitely recommend but be aware of the service charges .
A great hotel in a fantastic city.

Location and room are great.
Pros:

Location. Nice restaurant area. Big room with very good bed.

Cons:

They have a valet service, but it is not clear in the given direction how to get to the hotel and you need to pass a sign that it is forbidden for cars, not mentioned in the directions from the hotel. Staff was good but not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Adding automatically recommended tip on the bill is also strange, did not encounter that one anywhere else. Breakfast and breakfast arrangement need work to reach the star rating.

Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the location - it is so central. The room was nice and spacious, very clean, and had beautiful stained glass windows. The only downside to this room is that it is at street level, so there is some noise - but not too much for me.

Cons:

Breakfast was downstairs and it was awkward to carry plates and hot drinks back up to the table, I didn't want to eat downstairs as it was too small and dark.The selection of food for breakfast was pretty good, but the cups for the coffee were small.

Superb hotel.
Pros:

Location perfect. Prime spot in the heart of the old town yet our room was peaceful and quiet. We walked everywhere, and the location felt very safe.

Junior Suite was perfect for 2 adults and a child. The firm mattress was the most comfortable bed I have laid on. Excellent air con, smart TV, safe, bath, lots of storage and a mini bar (paid). Housekeeping did a superb job keeping everything clean and replenished.

Breakfast was super. Simple, fresh and well stocked.

Dinner in the Deer Restaurant was exceptional! We dined there twice. High quality kids menu and superb a la carte menu with varied options. Fine dining which was affordable, with large portions.

Price point was spot on. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The guys on reception weren't that warm or welcoming. They were quiet and not very friendly.

For a 5* hotel I would expect complimentary bottles of water in the room each day. Albeit the tap water was fine to drink.

Lovely stay, would definitely choose this Hotel again!
Pros:

Everything was excellent and the most convenient location for all major attractions. Room spotless, staff very polite and facilitating, great breakfast too.

Cons:

The set up for breakfast was a bit inconvenient for terrace seating, one had to walk up and down steps to fill up a plate. Unless you were seated inside, where it was kinda dark and not very inspiring compared to the terrace.

Top hotel, perfect gelegen en zeer sfeervol!
Pros:

Perfect strategisch in de oude binnenstad, alles op korte loopafstand. De stijl van het hotel vind ik top! Mooi doorgevoerd in alle details.

Cons:

De smalle doorgang naar keuken en buffet is niet prettig. Het is soms een beetje dringen op het trappetje en in de buffetkeuken.
