Charming stay with a great location
Pros:

Location was great, very clean.
Unique style furniture. Lovely music every evening at bar. Very Good restaurant.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast in basement and crowded. Breakfast staff not friendly or helpful.

Clim arrêtée non utilisable
Sèche cheveux HS sans proposition de remplacement
Personnel qui dit 'je transmets' mais rien ne se passe
Vu les inconvénients rencontrés, le prix est bien trop élevé.

A wonderful quick trip in Prague
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent, the staff was courteous and efficient especially the front desk lady and Christian the bartender. They made us feel special as guests. The breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before heading out for the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

If you look for best quality hotel in center of Old Town with the feeling of Old Town architecture,
Pros:

All staff behaviour was great. Restaurant for lunch and dinner also. Excelent location in the center of Old Town with historical atmosfere.

Cons:

Breakfast was low standard compare to the hotel level and restaurant quality.
The hotel don't have parking place, because of the hotel's location in pedestrian zone.
After agreement with the staff, it is possible to arrive with car at the hotel to unload and load suitcases. So you have to call to the reception before arrive. The ideal parking is the Old Town Parking at the Czech Philharmonic - Rudolfinum. It is 10mins walking ditance. So with the helpful staff everything was fine.

Hyvä ja maittava aamiainen, Siisti huone ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ollaan oltu tässä hotellissa neljä kertaa. Hotellin yhteydessä tosi hyvä ravintoja.

Cons:

Tyynyjen vaihto paksumpiin piti käydä pariin kertaan pyytämässä respassa, koska ne olivat niin littanat/ohuet ja sänky oli aikas kova.
