Würde ich gerne wiederholen, jedoch ein Zimmer mit einer anderen Bad Ausstattung wählen wollen…. Sonst wirklich sehr gut

Extrem zu wenig Ablage im Bad.
Für zwei Personen ein Fläche, die kaum Platz bietet.
Schade, dass wer auch immer so was nicht bedacht hat.

One of the best hotels in old town Prague
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels in Prague!! Location is amazing about a 2 minute walk to the astronomical clock. Service is superb and efficient . Staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying at the hotel and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We stayed at the Goliath suite and it is definitely worth every penny.

Location. Staff at morning buffet were nice.

Cons:

Front desk staff were not friendly. I had the junior suite and the bathroom was big but sink and shower looked like it was for handicap. Closet also never closed.

Die Lage ist gut.
Zimmer sehr schön. Personal sehr diskret.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer strassenseitig und die ganze Nacht Lärm durch feiernde, grölende Leute in Bars.
Parkservice toll, aber teuer.

Pros:

Location is excellent - it’s dead in the centre so great for sightseeing, shops, restaurants and clubs.

Gorgeous hotel and restaurant.

Free breakfast included in the price. The breakfast was really exceptional.

Clean and expensive looking rooms. They had everything except an iron and ironing board and when we asked for one, the staff delivered it immediately! The service was better than exceptional!

All the staff from reception, restaurant to the cleaning staff treated us with respect and courtesy.

The Deer restaurant was very well managed and food of excellent quality and very delicious.

We loved our week’s stay. I forgot to mention our first room was not suitable for us and when I complained they lovely receptionist quickly told me that he would get this sorted out for me in the morning and he was true to his word. The next morning they had moved us, without fuss and upgraded us.

This is the way to treat paying guest. UK hotels need to take note. Unfortunately hotels in the UK are very badly managed and run. They need to take a leaf out of this hotel’s book and train staff like in this hotel.

I would give them 6 stars out of 5. Well done guys. When I come back to Prague, I’ll definitely book back with you.

Det var perfekt beliggenhed dejlig mad og sødt personale.

Cons:

Desværre var en fra personalet ikke særligt hygiejnisk.hun havde sit lange sorte hår flere gange ned i morgen maden og i tallerkenerne jeg synes at man skal sætte sit hår op når man arbejder med fødevarer.
