Perfect break in a beautiful city.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location. The staff were friendly. We arrived 3 hours early but were permitted to go into our room straight away. On booking.com we’d booked a large double, superior room and the hotel put us in a standard twin room. Whilst adequate, it wasn’t what we’d paid for. Apart from that we’d recommend this hotel for its location, facilities and cleanliness.

Great location.
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights this week and it was excellent - especially as we were upgraded without asking. The hotel is superbly placed in the middle of town and all the major attractions are within a 30 minute walk.

Pros:

Krásná historická budova,pokoj velký, postele velmi pohodlné. Zatemňovací závěsy tlumily i ruch z ulice.Snídaně luxusní, oceňuji vlastní pečivo a širokou nabídku ostatních potravin.

Otelin ambiyansı harikaydı.Biz dört arkadaş goliath suitte kaldık oda harikaydı ve çok temizdi.Otelin konumu her yere çok yakındı ayrıca restaurantida cok keyifliydi.Sabah kahvaltısı gayet guzel ve yeterliydi.Biz dört arkadaş çok memnun kaldık aşırı tavsiye ederiz.

Great stay
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. So close to the old town square. The hotel itself0 is quirky...all rooms are different. We were in Room 104 and had no complaints the decor is regal and the cleanliness is second to none. Staff are friendly and professional.
Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice.
If I was returning to Prague I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very mixed feelings about my trip to Prague.
Pros:

I enjoyed the ambiance of the property. Beautifully designed with high chandeliers and artwork. The Deer restaurant was a bonus, with good food and service.

Cons:

I found Deer restaurant overpriced, plus, the tip of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill. I strongly feel it should've been left to me to choose it.
Breakfast was included in my price of stay. Frankly, it left a lot to be desired. Every day, I would come down for Breakfast only to find eggs, sausages, bacon not being warmed up, forget about having hot breakfast.
Oh, yes.....I found some staff personnel being unfriendly and ignoramus. But, there were diamonds in the rough among them!
Lastly, I'm sorry to say, my experience with locals are not a friendly bunch of people.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is lovely, very clean and staff were pleasant. Upon arrival we got upgraded which I am very grateful for. The room was massive and came with mini fridge, big bathroom and all the essentials you’d need. I did not use the dining here however the restaurant on site looked lovely! Would stay here again. Thank you 😊
