Ausgesprochen sauber und ruhig, mit tollem kleinen Spa. Top Restaurant!

Frühstück recht teuer, kaum Auswahl für vegane Optionen, mußten immer in der Stadt frühstücken.

W pokoju nie było półki na jakieś rzeczy, ale były wieszaki. Ciśnienie wody trochę słabe, ale wystarczające.

Hotel nella norma, staff estremamente gentile e disponibile, parcheggio comodo di fronte all’horel, camera confortevole.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto l’hotel per la presenza della spa che in realtà ci è stato detto essere chiusa per la Pasqua cosa che trovo assurda! Pur essendo consapevoli dei prezzi medi islandesi trovo il rapporto qualità/prezzo non all’altezza.

Lovely relaxing comfortable stay at Hotel Island Spa. Good base from which we explored the Island.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Nice facilities. I enjoyed the spa. Good functional gym.
Good breakfast. Delicious dinnes at the reastuarant.

Cons:

Breakfast could open one hour earlier.

Having the gym and spa facilities was a plus. The gym is well-equipped and has a pleasant space.

Cons:

The cleaning! Our bathroom had a significant amount of hair on the wall, and the daily cleaning was poorly done. It was obvious that neither a broom nor a vacuum cleaner was used, and we stayed in the room for 6 nights.

A very convenient hotel to use as basis for exploring Iceland
Pros:

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfast great. For all the excursions that I booked during my stay, the relevant tour companies picked me up right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Some of the elements of the room (e.g. curtains) were of need of thorough cleaning or replacement and the phone in my room was not working.

The staff restocked your room every day
Plenty of wardrobe space

Cons:

The spa wasn’t amazing, consisting of a hot pool, small shallow cold pool, < 5meter normal pool and sauna
The TV isn’t near your bed
They made us sign a no smoking on the balcony wavier (nearly €1000 fine), then we found cigarettes on our balcony - hope this isn’t a con. We don’t smoke.
