Comfortable stay with great views and a perfect Reykjavik location
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. We also appreciated the convenient selection of snacks and drinks available to buy and take up to the room. The little restaurant on the ground floor was another highlight, serving very tasty meals in a cosy setting. On our second visit, we were upgraded to one of the panorama suites, which was absolutely amazing, with spectacular views across the city. A lovely place to stay and an excellent base for exploring Reykjavik.

La piscina la cierran muy temprano ya que uno está todo el día fuera y en la tarde quiere llegar a relajarse y está cerrando a las 8:00pm debería cerrar a las 22:00

Pros:

The hotel had parking included, beds were comfortable and had a great view facing the city, was even able to spot the aurora during the night. Unable to visit the spa due to arriving after closure and leaving before opening. Great size TV in room, with fridge, kettle, hair-dryer.

Cons:

Wasn't a very welcoming reception by the guy at the desk, and required a credit card, this was our last stay of a 10day trip and the first time encounting it. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was poor. Overall good stay for a night.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff were extremely polite, very welcoming and super helpful! The spa was just perfect, it was clean, quiet and had everything that was needed for a comfortable time.
