Nous avons eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés en suite princesse, avec une vue mer à couper le souffle 🌊✨ Une attention qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable !

Personnel professionnel, souriant et attentionné. Mention spéciale pour Wael au restaurant, sympathique, plein d'humour. Il devance nos besoins.... Egalement pour l'espace massages: des prestations de haut niveau ! En particulier Mme Arbia et Mme ?....
Mme Hanen a assuré un service en chambre magnifique !

The hotel is lovely and really well placed As we were there in Winter the beach was vitialky non existant because if the tide but in rhe summer you can walk al9ng the beach to the Medina. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was fantastic. The most friendly and professional waiters we ever encountered. Jalila the housekeeper was exceptional too and she cleaned the rooms spotlessly every day. The rooms were quiet and beds super comfy. Overall a great hotel. We will retun for sure..

L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal et nous avons vraiment pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sindbad in Hammamet. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their smiles and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Ramzi Chelbi, the booking manager, for his professionalism and kindness throughout our stay.

The breakfast and beach staff were always friendly and helpful, making every part of the day enjoyable. A special mention must go to our amazing room service lady, Liela — she greeted us every morning with a big smile and kind words, making our stay even more comfortable. Starting the day with her positive energy was a real highlight.

The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and the service is outstanding. We highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile (nota particolare per Faouzi cameriere super!), struttura molto bella, sia gli interni che gli esterni con arrivo diretto su spiaggia bianca e mare limpido e inifity pool stupenda.
Fantastico cenone di capodanno e anche colazione buona.
Comodissimo il parcheggio davanti (e se non trovi posto te la parcheggiano loro!)

The sinbad hotel has been a pleasant experience since our arrival. The biggest positive must go to the staff especially a gentlememan called Hafedh at the shehzade restaurant, who has been welcoming and attentive from our very first night. Overall the experience at the sinbad hotel has been positive.

Fabulous service & amazing staff. Mohamed in the main shezrazed restaurant was superb; always looked after us remembering our drinks and where we would like to sit & such a lovely, friendly & genuine guy. It was great to see that despite it being out of season that the hotel still had ample staff and could still provide an excellent service. We also ate at the beach bar and visited the pool bar on quite a few evenings during our stay; agsin a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

First time in Tunisia , choose with some deliberation Hammamet, for its location beaches and golf. Sindbad turned out to be excellent choice. Although there was some renovation going on but hardly felt anything unusual. Best thing this place I will remember how courteous staff was. They really make you welcome Naim in Sheharzad, Walid were outstanding.
If breakfast was good, dinner was outstanding. Christmas and New year cocktail party from General Manager was superb. New years dinner and show was something that will make me come back again.
Ohhh yes Golf was great, Played 7 days golf at Citrus and will definitely recommend.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes, que ce soit le confort, la propreté ou les services. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, professionnel et attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
