The hotel is lovely and really well placed As we were there in Winter the beach was vitialky non existant because if the tide but in rhe summer you can walk al9ng the beach to the Medina. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was fantastic. The most friendly and professional waiters we ever encountered. Jalila the housekeeper was exceptional too and she cleaned the rooms spotlessly every day. The rooms were quiet and beds super comfy. Overall a great hotel. We will retun for sure..

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sindbad in Hammamet. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their smiles and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Ramzi Chelbi, the booking manager, for his professionalism and kindness throughout our stay.

The breakfast and beach staff were always friendly and helpful, making every part of the day enjoyable. A special mention must go to our amazing room service lady, Liela — she greeted us every morning with a big smile and kind words, making our stay even more comfortable. Starting the day with her positive energy was a real highlight.

The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and the service is outstanding. We highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile (nota particolare per Faouzi cameriere super!), struttura molto bella, sia gli interni che gli esterni con arrivo diretto su spiaggia bianca e mare limpido e inifity pool stupenda.
Fantastico cenone di capodanno e anche colazione buona.
Comodissimo il parcheggio davanti (e se non trovi posto te la parcheggiano loro!)

The sinbad hotel has been a pleasant experience since our arrival. The biggest positive must go to the staff especially a gentlememan called Hafedh at the shehzade restaurant, who has been welcoming and attentive from our very first night. Overall the experience at the sinbad hotel has been positive.

Fabulous service & amazing staff. Mohamed in the main shezrazed restaurant was superb; always looked after us remembering our drinks and where we would like to sit & such a lovely, friendly & genuine guy. It was great to see that despite it being out of season that the hotel still had ample staff and could still provide an excellent service. We also ate at the beach bar and visited the pool bar on quite a few evenings during our stay; agsin a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

First time in Tunisia , choose with some deliberation Hammamet, for its location beaches and golf. Sindbad turned out to be excellent choice. Although there was some renovation going on but hardly felt anything unusual. Best thing this place I will remember how courteous staff was. They really make you welcome Naim in Sheharzad, Walid were outstanding.
If breakfast was good, dinner was outstanding. Christmas and New year cocktail party from General Manager was superb. New years dinner and show was something that will make me come back again.
Ohhh yes Golf was great, Played 7 days golf at Citrus and will definitely recommend.

The Sindbad was a great choice for me travelling on my own..it had all the facilities I was looking for on my trip and were welcome after the excursions I had booked.
The best thing that I will remember for a long time was the service in the restaurant, Le Sheherzade. Hafedh made my holiday by being kind, attentive and providing exceptional service. Thank you.
The range of food for the buffet was excellent and everything perfectly cooked. I was happy to find Tunisian dishes to try.
I swam in the indoor pool as outdoors were too cold for anything other than a dip in December.
I only wish my stay had been longer and tried the spa.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at The Sindbad.
The entire restaurant team was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

A special mention goes to Chef Azhar for the delicious seafood and his welcoming, friendly demeanor.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, thanks to Salwa’s excellent housekeeping.

Beautiful hotel and such wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, especially Jalila, the lovely woman who looked after our room. She was so friendly and welcoming, always a cheerful wave in the morning. The room was always spotless with clean sheets and rose petals on the bed. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Cannot recommend enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at the Sindbad Hotel, where we dined daily at the Shaherzade restaurant. I want to especially acknowledge Hafedh for his exceptional care and kindness towards us. Each day, he went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic selection offered every day. Hafedh truly is an asset to the hotel and its team. Thank you, Hafedh, for your kindness and for making our evenings so special. We are grateful for the wonderful memories created during our stay! Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant too! This hotel beat all my expectations. From arrival the staff were so friendly, very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen staff were simply the best with amazing food. Saturday dinner was buffet with great selection
Every one is so polite. Great customer service through and through. Wonderful location and very easy to get to main attractions

The rooms were so big and very clean
A shower and bath so clean spacious
It’s actually on the beach with one pool just squaring boundary with the sea it’s awesome

The Carmel ride is boring although it’s sold by outside company

The longe is massive cosy and warm

Excellent hotel. All the staff team were friendly and helpful. We were on a golf break and before arrival the Hotel (Mohamed) sorted tee times for us. There the transit bus service to the Courses was excellent.
Special mention must go to the courteous and efficient Hafedh in the restaurant and Jarlina who impeccably daily serviced our room .
The pools and grounds are immaculately maintained. The bars are welcoming and comfortable.
