We stayed at Sindbad Hotel Hammamet for one week and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service from the restaurant staff, especially Hafedh. It was my birthday during our holiday, and he went above and beyond to make it truly special. He arranged a beautiful flower display on our table, organised a birthday cake, and had everyone sing Happy Birthday to me. He even surprised me with a thoughtful gift, which was such a lovely gesture and made the day unforgettable.

Hafedh and the rest of the dinner staff were always incredibly attentive and friendly. They consistently ensured our chairs were tucked out and back in for us and made us feel genuinely welcomed every evening.

Breakfast was equally enjoyable thanks to another fantastic member of staff, Bilel. Every morning, he made sure our juice was ready for us and prepared our coffee, providing the same warm and attentive service that made us feel so well looked after.

The buffet offered a great variety of tasty food throughout our stay, with something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor grilling station where fresh food was always being prepared.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also has a lovely private beach, with sun loungers and towels included, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful and one of our favourite places to spend time. We also loved the pool bar, which had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and was the perfect place to unwind with a drink.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend Sindbad Hotel Hammamet. The outstanding staff, beautiful facilities, and personal touches made our holiday truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Das Meer an sich. Das Essen am Strand war sehr sehr lecker.
Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam . Vorallem Jalila, unser Zimmermädchen, ein großes Lob an sie !! Und an Hayet !! Sie waren Mega freundlich u zuvorkommend.

Just returned home from a wonderful 12 nights at Sindbad hotel.
All aspects exceedes our expectations . We had a ground floor room with a patio area. Recently refurbished in a stylish way.
We stayed Half board which was great. Although can I say probably too much choice in the Buffet, which can be a little overwhelming. But great variety and changes each night. As the hotel was so busy with occupants and events , we only had the Al a Carte Menu on 1 occasion.
We were looked after so well, by Hafedh in the evenings and Walid at Breakfast. Both genuinely lovely people, who paid attention to all the little details that helped make our visit. Professional and remembering our preferences.
Also I want to mention Najwa , who made created beautiful flower displays in our room, day after day.
Khalil made sure that we had everything we needed pool side . Again service I haven't ever received before.
Be mindful that this can be a busy hotel with external visitors, at the weekend to the beach and pool bar, but you will always be round a spot on the beach. The rest of the week the beach is much quieter, peaceful and beautiful, bar a day when there were visitors from from a cruise liner for the day. The beach and sea, are clean and safe.
This shows how popular the hotel is, which is great overall.
We would love to come back some day.

La qualité des repas et l’attention du personnel

Our hotel experience was fantastic. We were surprised about the level of attentive service that we got.
The hotel is by no means perfect, if you look closely you can see that it needs a bit of TLC. But saying that, it was very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent, the room was cleaned every day.
They were in the process of doing some room and ground works, but we didn't find it annoying, it has to happen at some time.
We were looked after from day one, from the check in right through to check out.
There was a party on the night we arrived and all the locals come to enjoy, but after that we noticed that the hotel was calm and quiet, we could go down to the moon bar and infinity pool area and there was always a seat area free for us.
The pool staff looked after us very well.
There is a second pool/ bar area up near the main lounges and restaurants.
A special shout out to Wael and Walid who looked after us superbly and had a good laugh with us, well done guys!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful, wonderful hotel. Amazing staff, incredibly friendly and always willing to help out, especially our evening server Hafedfh, who made our evenings very fun and welcoming. Made some great friends and great memories.

Food at the restaurant (half board) is excellent and very tasty, either buffet or A la Carte depending on how many people are there that evening. Good selection for breakfast and great selection at dinner with plenty of variety, plus a brilliant restaurant at the beach for lunches which are very affordable. Sea view room was well worth it, very spacious and clean and the beach and pool facilities are great.

Location wise, the hotel is great, right on the beach with an infinity pool overlooking the sea. 5 min taxi into Hammamet if you fancy going to the Medina.

Will definitely be coming back here with my girlfriend, thank you to everyone at The Sinbad for an amazing summer holiday.

Such an amazing hotel - the staff are incredible (especially Hafedfh!), the food is delicious and the location is absolutely gorgeous. We haven’t even left and I’m desperate to come again!

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic service in the main restaurant- especially the head waiter Hafedh. Lovely food , fresh fish, loads of salad and desserts to die for. Lovely swimming pools and private hotel beach, both with plenty of sunbeds.

Lovely restaurant experience and the buffet had vegetarian options for me which was nice!
The service was wonderful and made us feel like royalty. As pudding lovers we were very happy with that especially.

Hafedh’s team including new and fast learner Hazem were especially lovely and hard working.
