L’établissement n’est pas du tout ce que montre les photos. L’établissement est vétuste mal rénové, voire pas du tout. Le personnel est froid et pas très agréable. Certains équipements ne sont pas fournis malgré leur apparition dans le état de la chambre. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses quatre étoiles. Nous avons hésité à partir avant la première nuit.

Disappointing
Pros:

Old-style but spacious room, luxurious marble bathroom. Close to bus-stop. Quiet area.

Cons:

Really not value for money. Worst was the smell coming from the air-conditioning. Bed mattress way too hard. Breakfast had very few options and really not that fresh. It could definitely benefit from certain changes in these areas

Μόνο το προσωπικό που έκανε φιλότιμες προσπάθειες να ξεχάσουμε την υπάρχουσα κατάσταση

Το πρωϊνό ήταν εντελώς φτωχό, ο πάγκος με το πρωινό είχε μυρμήγκια στην άκρη του. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ελάχιστη. Έχοντας δύο παιδιά και μένοντας σε 4κλινο το ένα παιδί κοιμότανε δίπλα ακριβώς από το ρεύμα της τηλεόρασης που το καλώδιο ήταν Μπαλωμένο με κολλητική ταινία η οποία άρχισε να ξεκολλά. Δύο νύχτες δεν κάναμε κανένα μπάνιο γιατί η πόρτα της ντουζιέρας ήταν χαλασμένη και ενώ είπανε θα την κάνουν , μέχρι που φύγαμε δεν έγινε τίποτα. ξαναλέω ότι όλο το βάρος της άσχημης κατάστασης το ρίχνω στην Διοίκηση και όχι στο προσωπικό που σε μερικές περιπτώσεις ήταν και άπειρο Επίσης κάτι ακόμα πιο άσχημο συναντήσαμε και μερικές μαύρες χαριτωμένες Τερεζες (κατσαριδουλες) .νομίζω 433 ευρώ για δύο νύχτες στο 4αστερο αυτό ξενοδοχείο είναι το μεγαλύτερο χάσιμο χρημάτων !!!

La gentillesse du personnel et le beau hall d'entrée de l'hôtel. La literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

L'ascenseur qui n'a pas de porte une fois qu'il monte où descend (on voit le mur de l'hôtel direct) et au niveau de l'atrium, cela manque d'un nettoyage au niveau du plafond.

Walked to the Acropolis museum it took about 25 minutes not too bad. Room had a balcony which was nice for evening drinks. Staff recommended a taverna nearby that had amazing souvlaki would stay again for sure

Pros:

Aamiaista oli tarjolla, kahvi oli hyvää. Aula on siisti ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Huoneeni siivottiin joka päivä ja oli muutenkin puhtauden osalta hyvässä kunnossa. Lähellä on useampi hyvä paikallisten suosima ravintola esimerkiksi Naif, sekä kulmakauppoja, joista voi ostaa tarvikkeita. Metroasemalle on melko lyhyt kävelymatka, sekä hotelli on tarpeeksi kaukana viereisestä moottoritiestä.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli varsin rajattu. Lämpöisinä ruokina oli vain paistettua kananmunaa, pikkuisia nakkeja ja pekonia. Tarjolla ei ollut tuoreita hedelmiä, tarjolla ollut leipä oli melko kuivaa, leivänpaahdin oli osittain rikki. Rappukäytävässä käsituki oli irronnut seinästä ja lojui rappukäytävässä. Wifi-verkkoa, johon sain salasanan, ei ollut olemassa. Salasana ei käynyt muihin hotellin verkkoihin, joten käytin älypuhelimeni hot spotia. Huoneeni suihkussa oli useampi pidike rikki, joten suihkua ei saanut ripustettua mihinkään. Huoneessa ei ollut silitysrautaa.
