Athens Atrium Hotel and Suites

We had a fantastic stay!
My room was clean, stylish, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony offering a lovely city view. Everything worked seamlessly — Wi-Fi was strong, great air conditioning , and the bathroom was well-appointed.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations for local restaurants or helping to arrange transport. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it .

The hotel is rated as 4 star and I would give it a 2-3 at best! It’s outdated, not kept up with paint, carpeting and fixtures. Breakfast was the same everyday and not appetizing. The staff was not extraordinarily nice. We seemed to be a bother when we asked questions. Some did not have sheets for their beds. Cockroaches were present and exposed pipes and insulation holes in bathroom wall.

Door look was broken. Saw tiny bugs on the bed. Internet was uselessly slow.

I have no idea why this hotel is graded as 4*.
The decor is very dated. The carpets were very dirty and stained. Bit smelly. Room balcony covered in bird Pooh. Internet is very slow. Dining area table cloths are yellow instead of white. Breakfast was very limited and what was on offer didn’t appear appetising.
On a positive note, we ordered some toasties and chips which were nice. Staff were friendly.

Walls and carpets of rooms were digustingly dirty . Beds were likely sleeping on boards . about the hygebue of the room. Was give. A plate of fruit and wine as an apology . However , it didn’t fix the uncomfortable stay we had . If I hadn’t been with a tour I would have gone else where.

The AC eventually worked. The hair dryer never did ( with “Does not work” sign on it). The beds were hard. It was further from town center or public transit than anticipated. It was quiet. Maybe price was good? Breakfast was fine…It was clean.

Carpet was stained and dirty, Linen was torn, AC was very old and not cooling effectively. Nothing was done even on complaining. Mail remained unanswered. Electric Kettle was not provided for tea/ coffee. Water bottles were not replenished on second day of stay. Breakfast spread was very limited. Overall not good experience.

On hot July days, there were no air conditioning everywhere! You would need to turn on the wall mount air conditioning unit in room when you first walk in! Every pieces of furniture are old. The carpet is clean but old ! Many areas on the room carpet are spotted soiled! The daily breakfast has been disappointed as well, very basic and minimally furnished foods! Very disappointed! I would rate the hotel no more than one star!

Worst night ever! Broken aircon in room in July. Waiter sent to fix. He couldn’t then told us he was just the waiter! Dirty carpets, ripped sheet on bed. Refused to give a new room( we had prepaid as a group). Also operates as a brothel. Don’t stay there.

It is by far the worst 4 star hotel ever, doesn’t worth this value at all. As other reviews mentioned, room was not clean the carpet smells bad and we have allergy. The male receptionist has really bad attitude even with my 5 years old daughter, he was not friendly at all. No service to take your luggages to the room!! Small elevator. Balcony has never been cleaned. No view. No air conditioner in the reception or in the restaurant.

Setting tte stage was the recepionists poor attitude and in the scorching heat all the air-conditioning in the reception and dining area was turned off to save power. As you entered the passage way to the room you were greeted by vile odour from carpets that haven't been cleaned in ages. Entering the room was more devastating as the rooms were stinking with floors that were dirty and stained in red liquid. Important to note that the local promiscuous trade uses this hotel for their clients rendezvous. Be very aware before booking this hotel.

For my story j expect more. Room was clean just carpet need to clean. The balcony dirty no view. Jacuzzi not works in bathroom. Internet slow. The key card problem all the time. Reception kind. Breakfast not for 4 stars otel. Shoot kids arrived at night. Was very noisy all night and morning till 10
The lift very busy I walk down 5 floors on foot. Some strange girls living. Little bit far from the sq Agio Sosti and Syggrou. For this money ..no.

In the heart of a cosmopolitan and busy capital there it lays a Tranquil and wonderful place to stay. Exceptional service by all personnel. Great breakfast in room service . Really great quiet location and in walking centre of Athens distance.
Highly recommended.

It was an excellent hotel that provided all what my family need for this trip. Its just 10 min away from the center of Athens. The workers were very respectful and ownest. The lady's that clean our room inform us that we left valuable things in the room after we left. The boys in front desk gave all information we need.

Unfortunately I expected more from the hotel. As a 4 star hotel you would expect a kettle some tea bags and some milk in the rooms. Not in our room. We had to request a kettle and request cups as when they gave us the kettle they did not provide cups. Nor tea bags etc. irrelevant to some I know but not for us. The breakfast was not great either. The bacon tasted boiled and left in a warmer. As far as I am aware from stays in other hotels bedding is changed regularly however for the duration of our stay this was not the case. The air conditioning was not working for heat and it was absolutely freezing. The staff were all lovely however. If you are unfortunate enough to get a street room, it is incredibly noisy. Overall I would not recommend for elderly nor children.

Very limited street parking. Otherwise a fine area. Nice park near it with some restraunts but nearby alleys are dumpy.
Hotel itself is not 4 star material. Water went out (luckily on my checkout day). Carpet is gross with stains and elevator is tiny. Staff was great but definitely something to be desired. Probably good for the price compared to other hotels in the area.

Air conditioner and TV did not work and hotel promised to fix but never did!

Nice property, clean, convenient location. First floor on Friday night was a little noisy.

They have to do a lots of work on that property the carpet in that room was very dirty i was very disappointed.

The hotel is in a quiet location, pretty near to the center, the room was spacious BUT BUT BUT, the cleaning was VERY poor! Toilet seat had not been cleaned and was disgusting, we had a bed sheet with a big stain that was also smelling bad, plus, we saw a rat walking around at the breakfast room (photo available…). So, would not recommend.
