Pros:

Quarto bem completo, com tv, frigobar e ar condicionado. O valor da diária para o casal foi 230 reais, então achei o preço bem justo. A cama é grande e confortável. A localização é boa, do lado do terminal rodoviário de Belém. Os atendentes são simpáticos e gente boa.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem simples, com poucas opções e variedades, mas foi bem gostoso.

A reserva foi realizada previamente, através do aplicativo BOOKING, gerando confirmação e código da reserva, no entanto ao chegar na acomodação a reserva não foi aceita, mesmo apresentando todos os comprovantes De acordo com o atendente o valor determinado na reserva NÃO EXISTIA e que seria impossivel cumprir, desta forma foi feita cobrança do valor de balcão para a diária, ou seja, o dobro do valor pré reservado. Toda essa situação gerou desconforto e aumento significativo de custos financeiros.
