Pros:

Ótima localização pois é perto da rodoviária, próximo ao Mercado de São Bras, próximo a farmácias e restaurantes e da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

A localidade a noite é soturna, o que pode tornar a experiência um pouco perigosa caso precise sair a pé, mas para sair de carro de aplicativo ou próprio, é muito tranquilo.

Nao disponibilizam controle do ar condicionado no quarto, deixam o ar ligado no 17 e se quisermos cobertor, precisamos ir até a recepção buscar. Na reserva, não está claro que existe uma taxa diária de 20,00 para estacionamento (está escondido na parte de perguntas e respostas).
