The cleaning of the hotel was very poor. Breakfast could not be eaten. The behavior of the hotel staff was not good. It is far from the entertainment places of St. Petersburg.
It was not even at the level of a 2-star hotel.
It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The hotel housekeeper or room cleaner ate our chocolate on 16th March 2024,room 731! That is so disgusting. I talked to the receptionist the next day around 10am on 17th of march 2024!the young receptionist he Said that is impossible she won’t do this and he will put the opened chocolate in the trash bin ! I said to him please talk to the manager ,let him known at least !To room 731cleaner please do not touch hotel guest’s belongings,that’s so rude !

All is good, my sin stated longer then planned! Great suite with mini-kitchen-unusual for Russia.

Отель достаточно чистый. Номер улучшенной категории находился прямо напротив лифта и звук, с которым открывались двери лифта было слышно с промежутком в 5 минут, особенно под утро. Напор воды был очень слабый и настроить нужную температуру было сложно, то ледяная, то кипяток. Снаружи отель выглядит очень не презентабельно, внутри ок. Парковка платная и для открытия шлагбаума нужен был русский номер телефона либо звонить на ресепш, чтоб открыли, в общем было неудобно пользоваться. Завтра из низкокачественных продуктов.

Die Zimmer waren ok. Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich. Wir wurden gebeten ab 9.00 zu frühstücken. Da gab es kaum noch etwas zu essen. Es wurde auch auf Nachfrage nichts mehr nachgelegt. Das Büfett stimmt nicht im geringsten mit den Bildern auf der Homepage überein.

Hotel ist maximal zwei Sterne, Frühstück Sauberkeit enttäuschend über 24 Stunden wird im Hotel gebaut zu viel Lärm

Приезжаю сюда постоянно. Количество остановок в Карелии наверняка перевалило за 20. Ну что же: отель почти полностью стал китайским (см. фото). В бытовом отношении стало лучше-в ванной комнате в кои-то веки появились шампунь и гель для тела, кондиционер и лосьон. Плиты в апартаментах заменили на индукционные и готовить стало быстрее. И всё вроде хорошо, но никак у них не обходится без мелких досадных косяков: в душе нет полочки-приходится или на пол всё ставить, что пригодится при мытье; либо выходить до полки умывальника. Вода в душе не уходила нормально 2 суток. На третьи видимо умная горничная решила этот вопрос.

Hard to believe any of the ‘ good or excellent ‘ reviews are genuine.

Very poor quality hotel. Possibly worst breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. Builders working in corridor outside room from early in the morning.

Great trip but nothing to do with this hotel.

Hotel muy bonito, tranquilo, en una parte de la ciudad tranquila sin problemas, pero alejada del centro. Sin embargo lo recomendaría sin problemas.

O hotel está em processo de renovação pelo que pude perceber. O quarto estava reformado, o banheiro ainda precisa de renovação. O atendimento da equipe foi bom, pessoal atencioso e o Hotel nos atendeu bem por 5 dias que estivemos lá.

Hotel is a few mins away from st. Peterburg center but very nice and popular. The outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice. Room is bigger than normal Russian rooms and very polite and helpful staff.

Façade abîmée mais intérieur propre. Petits apparemments confortables, personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner moyen, pas testé le restaurant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Ich kennen das Haus schon aus der Vergangenheit. Es ist ein einfaches 3-Sterne-Hotel in einem 15-stöckigen Gebäude aus den 80er Jahren. Im Haus hat es neben dem Hotel auch ein Business-Center und Studio-Appartments. Das Hotel ist nicht im Zentrum, weshalb es für Touristen auf Stadterkundung nicht geeignet ist, obwohl 4 Buslinien direkt vor dem Haus halten und das Haus an einer grossen offenen Parkanlage steht. Ideal ist das Haus wenn man etwas abseits des Rummels in Ruhe sich zurückziehen und arbeiten will. Ein Restaurant, eine Kaffeebar, einen Kiosk und eine Kantine für die Angestellten des Businesscenters finden sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Kantine steht auch Hotelgästen offen und bietet einfache Mahlzeiten zu günstigen Preisen.
