Pros:

Best price if you have a rental car. Good sized suit. The kitchenettes are really full kitchens and we hav enough room in our 1 bedroom for 8 people (including 2 rowdy kids) to make and breakfast using the pans and utensils they provided. Our rented Crib worked well! Its on wheels so we coukd move her without waking her up. AC worked wonderfully!!

Cons:

The hotel is dated, We had a staticy TV and broken VCR player, abd the decore feels a little old. We also found a few roaches, but the place was overall clean. No fans in the bathroom makes the bathrooms smelly and VERY humid. They seem to ve vented into each other, as we could smell someone smoking in their bathroom through the vent.

Great hotel
Pros:

Newer property close enough to walk to the beach. Liked the beach chairs. The gym was huge for the size of the hotel. Liked that there's a shower on gym level to use after checking out for last minute beach swims. The fruit infused water in the lobby was a very nice touch.

Cons:

We had a kitchenette, but no microwave...

Pros:

I liked the location and the views. It has the charm of old Hawaii. The hotel is an older hotel but well maintained. I would stay here again.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the construction going on next to the hotel. We were never notified ahead of time and our Lanai was not any fun to hang out on because of the loud noise from 8-5 M-F. The hotel should have given us notice and let us decide whether we wanted to stay on the side with the view of the ocean and park. If you stay on this side of the hotel make sure you get a discount on your room. We didn’t!

The stay was decent.
Pros:

The property was near most major shopping stores which means plenty of traffic and noise.

Cons:

Outside noise was a plenty. The bed in one bedroom was terribly uncomfortable and the washer had a horrible smell to it.

Lovely and restful
Pros:

Loved the Old Hawaii feeling with the decor and the balcony was wonderful. The reception staff were wonderful and found a way to get us settled in spite of being quite early for check in. Very gracious. Also enjoyed the wine and cheese happy hour with Hawaiian music and dancing.

Cons:

Lighting was pretty poor for octagenerans. I understand they are slowly correcting that problem. Also there was a very fancy coffee maker and toaster oven, but we couldn't figure out how to work them. There seemed to be no way to make boiling water for tea. Maybe some brief instructions for the equipment would help.

Great Pre Cruise Hotel
Pros:
