Great Pre Cruise Hotel

Luana - massive rooms and perfect location!
Pros:

This is one of my preferred hotels to go to in Honolulu. Rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Location is perfect too. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that has a lot of space and wouldn't drain your wallet.

Nice but not fancy hotel close to the beach.
Pros:

Proximity to Hilton Hawaiian Village where I had an event. Proximity to food trucks which were amazing (but not cheap). Gas station/convenience store next door was great. ABC Store right across the street as well. Overall, it was a clean comfortable hotel. Not fancy but I wasn’t looking for that. It did the job in a nice fashion. Pool was small but relaxing as well. Very responsive here on Booking leading up to the trip. Was on a low floor and had no issues with street noise or anything like that. Asked for that location and got it so that was very cool.

Cons:

Odd cleaning schedule. Was told every three days which was fine. But I’d eaten a pizza and even though housekeeping would make beds and replace towels they left the pizza box. Was actually kinda funny. Some scratching on furniture. No jacuzzi/hot tub - would be a nice improvement. I’d also made a request for lots of extra coffee and was told it would be in the room but it wasn’t. No biggie as desk guy made up for it.

Great location, nice staff, would book again
Pros:

Our family spent 6 nights in a 2 bedroom with kitchen/terrace unit. The staff were all very nice. We liked the wine and cheese nights. Our terrace was huge and had a great view. The unit was well equipped and even had a rice cooker. It was nice to walk to beach, shopping, restaurants and food trucks across the street.

The beds were comfortable and the A/C was turbocharged.
