La ubicacion y el hotel esta limpio

No limpian las habitaciones... estuve 7 noches y solo limpiaron mi habitación 2 veces y 1 fue porque les pedí que lo hicieran y no me movi de recepción hasta que mandaron a alguien, si no solo fueran limpiado 1 vez. E estado en muchos hoteles y el tema de limpieza era algo normal de todos los días en especial en lugares con playa, por la arena que entra cuando te bañas y los colchones son viejos no descansaba absolutamente nada. Despertaba con dolor de espalda y mas cansada👎🏻 mi esposo e hija estaban igual 👎🏻

Le ménage n'est pas fait régulièrement. Traitement contre les parasites dans les chambres pendant le séjour plutôt que de le faire quand il n'y a pas de client.

Pros:

Hotel tres bien situé. Proche de la plage à pied. Et de la rue touristique. Un 7 eleven tout proche ainsi que abc store ce qui est tres pratique. La piscine est tres sympatique. La salle de sport est petite mais suffisante pour faire une seance efficace. La chambre est simple mais bien équipé. Le lit en revenche est petit. Dommage de devoir payer encore 50 dollars de parking par jour vu le prix de l hotel.

Cons:

Il y a des travaux d un coté de l hotel. Il y a donc beaucoup de bruit tot le matin. Dommage qu on n ai pas été placé de l autre coté

Staff were nice especially the parking staff in the round about was accommodating t9 drop off and pick up guests.
Cons:

The air conditioning was very loud so we turned it off in order to sleep but the room became too warm. When we opened the windows to cool it the sound from the street(cars, sirens) were noisy .

It's worth it!
Pros:

Though I paid for a two bed room weeks ago I got there and they said they were full on what I paid for. They say they are upgrading me to a queen bed and a sofa bed(it was two guest hense two beds) as if that was a consulation. Then one of the cleaners tried getting in our room she would'nt let her in we get a phone call an hour later asking if we were okay. They got a call saying one of us was sick. Aside from all this bull I am coming back next year to do it all over again. This time I will not take their upgrade I want what I paid for.

Excellent location!
Pros:

The location is top notch to beaches and shopping, Staff is friendly and this property has washing machines, which is a plus. This hotel is my "go-to" when visiting Waikiki.

This hotel needs renovation. Chairs in the room had permanent mold stains, one chair had its fabric ripped just because it is old. Bed covers similarly had stains, edge areas of the blanket was ripped and bad sheets were not even large enough to cover the bed.
Same with the bath tub curtain, it was discolored permanently over some areas.

Staff was nice and helpful but hotel is in a bad state.

Luana Waikiki hotel - Great staff/location but need some updated amentities
Pros:

Hotel staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The only things that I wish were updated were some items in the hotel rooms. Mostly the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that, hotel is prime location to walk to Waikiki without staying in the heart of it. Still had a great experience!
