Pros:

Location wise this is just a 10min walk into waikiki
Easily walkable. Quiet and very safe to walk to and around

Cons:

Construction works were happening next to the hotel when we stayed.

最高の思い出のベースを作ってくれました。
Pros:

コンドミニアムの部屋に泊まりました。パーク側で高層階を事前に希望したら最上階の部屋でベランダからの景色が最高でした。
他の人のクチコミで、スポンジと食器用洗剤、お湯を沸かす鍋がないなどとあったので持っていきましたが、ホテルに完備されていました。クチコミを見て、随時改善をしていっている様子が素晴らしいと感じました。何も困らず、暮らすように1週間生活できました。
対応してくれるSTAFFは全員親切でした。
チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。
洗濯もランドリーがあり、洗剤も有料で買えるようになってました。
ウォーターサーバーとフルーツウォーターがフロントにあり、外に出る時に給水するのに有難かったです。ウォーターサーバーでは、水、常温水、お湯、が選べました。
朝には、コーヒーのサービスもありました。
プールサイドにあるBBQコンロは自由に使えて、片付けは自分たちが使ったゴミを捨てるだけ。
バス停は、ザ・バスの乗り場、空港行きのWLINEの乗り場、トロリーの乗り場がどれも徒歩3分以内にあり、とても便利でした。
近くのビーチ(フォート・デロシー・ビーチやワイキキビーチ）までは、10分くらいで着きます。自然の中や、ショッピン通りなので、歩くのが全く苦ではありません！
本当にこのホテルに泊まって良かったですし、次回も泊まりたいなと思いました！！

Great Location, Extra Fees!
Pros:

This location was great. It was close to a lot of places to eat and shop. The room had a kitchen setup and lots of room.

Cons:

This hotel added an amenity fee that was not mentioned on the website. Housekeeping did not clean room daily. We were told they would for an additional fee. No linens, soap, or shampoo replaced. They would not refund our night that we were not able to stay.

Amazing staff great price
Pros:

Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful especially Larissa who helped with canceling a booking mistake. Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Pillows were not great very hard and flat. We stayed in 2 different rooms, second room A/C was not sufficient enough to cool the room. Kids in the pool from open to close, specifically 4 young girls under 12 with no supervision. There should be adult only swim times. More lighting at night around the pool and pool area. Rooms were cleaned every other day, but not scrubbed or mopped, fridges and stoves should be pulled out and cleaned behind. Balconies on partial ocean view rooms need to be mopped due to the construction next door.

Pros:

Lauana Waikiki is a great hotel with amazing staff! It was great for my extended stay with the kitchenette. Highly recommend.

Retirement and Anniversary
Pros:

I retired recently and my wedding anniversary was in this month of April. I was celebrating both and it was a great time spent with my husband. We flew in two days before we were to board on the cruise ship. We was able to see the island and enjoy some of the sights there without us feeling rushed. We went to the Dole plantation and the Macadamia house and other places. This was such a relaxing time.
