Great as always but definitely needs some investment to keep on to of the game for the price
Pros:

Location- close to all sights
Buffet breakfast excellent, staff friendly if a little inattentive later the week.
Loved the hot tubs although area needs work

Cons:

Reds upgrading in hot tub area, decking and surrounds
Lifts need upgrade as door closing left me with bruises to both wrists and 3 other guests said they found them aggressive - 1 on his head, another his shoulders and 3rd knee

Really good hotel within easy reach of the main tourist areas we were interested in
Pros:

Very good breakfast and lovely to be able to see the Acropolis while we ate
We loved the welcome drink up on the roof terrace too, with the Acropolis
We also loved the record player and Hot Chocolate album - great touch

Cons:

The 'cosy' room didn't actually have enough room to leave our suitcase open in, so it wasn't very practical. Otherwise it was very comfortable

Also, there was only coffee available in our bedroom - we like tea also - and only glasses to drink the coffee in...

the hotel was exceptionally noisy on the street side. once i had moved to the courtyard side i was able to sleep. the rooms were a good size big bathroom and comfy bed. Staff were excellant.

Cons:

Es war nicht so sauber, haben Müll auf dem Balkon vom Vorgast gefunden. Bad wwr nicht schön geputzt.
Die Wände sind sehr dünn - wir haben bis ca. 12 Uhr den Fernseher unseres Nachbarrn gehört.

Die Fenster sind leider auch total durchlässig, den Straßenlärm hat man die ganze Nacht über gehört.
Für diesen Preis nie wieder.

I would go back in a heartbeat just for the rooftop!
Pros:

From the moment I arrived the staff were so lovely, and they upgraded me to a bigger room which I was not expecting (but welcomed!). They also gave me a voucher for a free glass of wine and I took it straight up to the rooftop and just sat there looking out over the city.

The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. But the view is really the star of the whole experience. It is just stunning.

The room itself had everything you need. Aircon, tea and coffee, soaps, water bottles, a bathrobe and slippers. There was also lots of hot tubs which I failed to make use of and regret!

The location is great too. It’s a 12-15 min walk to Plaka and the subway is right outside the door.

Cons:

The neighbourhood felt a little dodgy but there was what looked like a doorman or security at the entrance which as a solo female traveller I really appreciated.

Their staff Steve Maroussis was amazing! Very accommodating and kind. Helped with me with everything and had great recommendations on local spots.

They didn’t help us with our luggage upon leaving because Steve had a day off.
