Comfortable and charming with a few things to improve
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated with a great selection on artworks, great colours and taste. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious even for the smaller ones. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was helped with the language several.occasions and I was given a nice welcome gift

Cons:

Couple of things: the location. I knew it was in a busy part of town but didn't know how noisy it was going to be! If you are after a good night sleep then don't book the rooms with balcony. It was very centrally located but v noisy. Secondly I think the rooms could be cleaner. Good effort overall but still needs more attention to detail. The showers were dirty with timescale and the bathrobes hadn't been changed. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was kind and welcoming. Many thanks to Steve, who made my stay truly perfect and thoughtfully arranged fresh fruit and champagne to help me refresh after my long journey to Athens.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The breakfast was really poor.

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel late, but Steve from the reception was there to greet us warmly. He was incredibly welcoming and promptly offered us assistance, along with complimentary wine and breakfast. Throughout our stay, Steve remained consistently available to help us with any requests or concerns we may have had.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooftop is an amazing spot for romantic dates, where you can enjoy wine and relax in the hot tub.

Good breakfast, it worked for what we needed.

Location seemed good, great breakfast in the morning.

Did not have linens for the couch in the room for the third person which they knew we had.

Convenient location, close to acropolis and right beside Omonia Sq metro station. We were very well looked after by Steve who went out of his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible - thank you!

Good location, but there’s still some room for improvement :)
Pros:

The location and the interior design concept was so good. I loved the view from the rooftop and even from our room's terrace.

Cons:

The top floor restaurant/bar was too hot to stay there for the breakfast. We have so many ants and insects in our room.

The room was amazing and very well designed. Especially the LP player was fantastic.

Cons:

As the hotel is on a main road and the windows are not noise proofed, it was a bit loud already early in the morning. But we had a fantastic view in the street and the square. The roof top looks way better on the pictures than in reality, but indeed you can the the Acropolis. The roof top bar was ok for a quick breakfast, but not very cosy to stay longer or have a cocktail in the evening
