Very nice hotel to stay in. Close to everything. The staff is very helpful and attentive to details — you always get what you need. Highly recommended.
Steve at the front is amazing as well as Panos at the upstairs bar/restaurant. It’s been an amazing experience and stay so far and I continue to extend my stay because the staff is so beautiful here. Angelic if you will. 🤍🪽 I can’t wait to come back and see all of the people here who have genuinely become family. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone wanting a top tier stay in Athens. Exceptional care and true five-star hospitality
I am currently staying at Brown Acropol after it was recommended by my niece and her husband, who stayed here on their honeymoon and loved it.
My stay has been under very unexpected circumstances, as my mum became seriously unwell at the end of her cruise and came off the ship in Athens needing hospital care. It has been an incredibly stressful and emotional time, and the kindness shown to us by the Brown Acropol team has been extraordinary.
A very special mention must go to Steve. His professionalism, warmth, compassion and genuine care have gone far beyond what I could ever have expected. From thoughtful messages checking in on us, to his concern for my mum, calm reassurance and constant willingness to help, he has made us feel genuinely supported and cared for.
I have worked in and around the accommodation industry for the past 30 years, so I know true five-star service when I see it. Steve’s care, attention to detail and professionalism have been exceptional and well beyond the call of duty.
I would also like to particularly thank Vasilis, the exceptional Manager, as well as Stellar and Aris, who have all been incredibly kind, understanding and helpful.
The housekeeping team also deserve a special mention for their kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration. Their small gestures of care have meant so much.
Sometimes you only really discover how special a hotel is when life takes an unexpected turn. Brown Acropol has shown us what true hospitality really means — kindness, compassion, professionalism and genuine human care.
I will never forget how this wonderful team made us feel during such a difficult time. ❤️
La decoración, el desayuno muy completo y la amabilidad del personal
Le roof top. Le petit dej. Le spa. La chambre. Le Staff. Le prix était correct avec la promotion booking. Le vin et le jus de fruits à l'accueil.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend bei Ankunft hab ich ein Upgrade bekommen und kostenloses frühstück, es gibt eine rooftop Bar mit einem schönen Blick über Athen und auf die Akropolis, Zimmer sind im Retro Style eingerichtet, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und täglich wird Wasser bereitgestellt, es gibt eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Türe mit der man schnell ins Zentrum kommt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, es gibt einen Sicherheitsdienst der aufpasst und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt.
Omonoia ist ein zentraler Brennpunkte nachts sollte man die Nebenstraßen eher meiden, einige auch tagsüber,ist aber weniger die Schuld des Hotels, das frühstück ist sehr eintönig es gibt täglich das gleiche, die Zimmer sind entgegen der Beschreibung nicht Schallisoliert und man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern, die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht in der Temperatur einstellen nur wie stark der Luftstrom sein soll.
