The facilities are stunning , we had a beautiful room with sea view.
Food is mediocre , could be much better but not bad,
Wifi is horrible , despite repeating complaints and trials to fix it it was

This is our second trip to this property. The grounds are unbeatable. But for the price NOT worth it. Not clean. Hard to find anyone for a clean towel or drink. Room not ready on arrival. Room way different than pictured. Food was good. Super disappointed. Won’t be back.

Aqua park kids liked. Rooms were very pleasant. Bad issue with non working wifi in room. Also minimal English Channel options

Wir fahren bereits seit 12 Jahren in das Resort und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für unseren Anspruch sehr gut. Essen in den a-la-carte Restaurants ist ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Gehminuten gibt es auch eine sehr gute Taverne (Taverna Amvrosio).

Die Familien Zimmer sind alle im Erdgeschoss mit eher schlechter Sicht auf das Meer und offener, für jeden zugänglicher Terrasse.

Die Anlage ist für Kinder gut- allerdings sind Getränke und Essen viel zu teuer (4x so teuer als außerhalb)
Keine Schränke im Zimmer - keine Ablagemöglichkeit
Vögel im Frühstücksraum- picken am nur mit Servietten abgedeckten Brot. Problem ist dort bekann und wird toleriert. Unhygienischer geht es kaum. Eine Haube würde helfen...

The Grecotel is a large complex with two expansive hotels, water park, horse riding, archery, paintball, water sports, etc. It's basically a pair of luxury hotels attached to a summer camp, located along an amazingly beautiful stretch of the Ionian Sea. The setting is stunningly beautiful, with shallow sandy beaches to play on and crystal clear water. The resort has a large number of swimming pools and all the facilities and restaurants that you would expect. We stayed in a family suite, which is a long narrow room with a double bed and a glass sliding door separating that room from two single beds for the kids. Not exactly private but great if you're travelling with small children. The rooms are terraced because the resort is set up a hillside, so the water views are good although we were looking onto the top of the next set of rooms further down the hill. In retrospect we would probably rent two rooms if we returned, just to have a bit more space and privacy. Overall, the resort is comfortable and extremely well set up for all kinds of activities. There is a certain guided-activities vibe that felt a little forced - eg at night all the restaurants change from casual dining to a la carte and you're expected to dress up for the occasion, but there was nowhere to get just a coffee. This is a resort designed for Greek families wanting to take advantage of the area and its beauty, and if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area it is definitely a great choice.

Nicely landscaped resort hotel in a good location with friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with very nice personnel and outstanding service. Great breakfast and tasty food at the restaurants. Pools, beach and gardens were fantastic.The only thing that wasn't so good was our family room. It was torn and needed renovation. It was not as fresh as on the photos. The spa and the newly opened aqua land was very good.

Expensive resort hotel. Beach and pools plus water park are the focus. Get full board - difficult to eat out.
