La disponibilità: la camera che ci avevano assegnato aveva un problemino, ma c'è l'hanno cambiata senza problemi dandoci una camera anche più bella!

Pros:

Hotel molto bello anche se bisognoso di manutenzione in alcune zone. Pulizia, cordialità del personale, sono sicuramente da non sottovalutare. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Ampio terrazzo abbinato alla camera comodissimo e praticissimo. Piscine fruibili e ben curate.

Cons:

La manutenzione è necessaria, si vede che stanno operando in tal senso in alcune aree e ci si aspetta che a breve tutto l'hotel sia messo in ordine perchè è veramente l'unico "neo" per ottenere il "top" su tutti i livelli.

Pros:

La posizione, a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale. Le cene, buonissime e curate.

Cons:

Alcune parti della struttura necessitano di una ristrutturazione. Camera e bagno molto grandi ma datate. Moquette e carta da parati, tenda oscurante rotta nell'attacco, in bagno il bidet traballava.
Non c è un sala per la prima colazione quindi viene tutto sistemato la sera per la mattina. In teoria si dovrebbe tenere lo stesso tavolo della cena ma lo abbiamo sempre trovato occupato, manca un po' di organizzazione.

Il centro benessere praticamente inesistente c’è una sauna e un bagno turco molto datati . Nella camera prenotatala non funzionava una lampada, acqua del rubinetto non scaricava , e il rifacimento camera deludente, o meglio rifacimento letto punto, senza date polvere sul pavimento e lavaggio sanitari

Für unsere Zwecke - spontan eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu haben, war es du ausreichend.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig: Zwei Badezimmer (1x mit einer kleinen Dusche, 1x mit Badewanne), 1 Schlafzimmer mit TV und ein Wohnbereich mit TV. Eigentlich empfanden wir es sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht und hat bezüglich Essen (Unverträglichkeit) sofort die Alternative angeboten. Es gibt abends mehrmals pro Woche eine Besonderheit (Tanz, Cocktail in der geräumigen Hotelbar, Galadiner...)

Cons:

Die Föhn in beiden Bädern haben nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche ist für etwas korpulente Personen sicherlich sehr klein und beengend. Vor dem Badezimmerfenster ist ein winziger Balkon, den man nicht betreten kann, außer man springt aus dem Fenster. Leider fanden wir dort ein Badetuch, das wohl schon länger da lag und völlig verdreckt und durchnässt vor sich hin zu gammeln schien. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad sind SEHR klein und gehören schon längst erneuert, da die Außenseite des "Wellness-Containers" schon Schimmel aufweist.
