Minden rendben volt a szállással, étkezéssel.

Cons:

Nagyon mogorva volt a recepción a személyzet, amikor érkeztünk. Ennél, ilyen nívós helyen, sokkal udvariassabbnak kell lenni és köszönni, akárhányszor belép a szállodába a vendég. Távozáskor a kolléganő negyon kedves volt.

Älteres Hotel mit mangelhafter Führung

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind schön. Wandern und Radfahren top, - bei Ersterem ist eigenes Auto notwendig. da zu dieser Jahreszeit (Jahreswechsel) fast keine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vorhanden sind.

Cons:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bräuchte mal einen Aufputz. Essen- schon Mal besser gegessen! Rezeption und Direktion zum vergessen, nach dreimaliger Vorlage einer fehlerhaften Rechnung haben wir selbst die Rechnungsvorlage geschrieben. Nach 1er Stunde Rezeptionsarbeit könnten wir dann die Heimreise antreten. 😄

Un soggiorno all'insegna del relax, delle terme e del buon cibo!
Pros:

All'Hotel Helvetia ci si sente coccolati, il personale è gentile e disponibile, il clima è disteso e sereno. Ottima e ricca la proposta del ristorante ed i camerieri sono attenti ma riservati al tempo stesso, mai invadenti. Le piscine sono curate e ben tenute, il personale della Spa che effettuano i massaggi sono competenti e bravissime.
E' stato un soggiorno di relax totale, ci torneremo volentieri magari con i nostri amici.

Cons:

I cuscini che a mio dire sono un po' scomodi, magari basterebbe offrire la possibilità di avere, oltre agli attuali anche dei cuscini più morbidi.

Il bagno in camera è stato ristrutturato. Camera pulita, moquette a parte. Buona posizione.

Struttura di altri tempi, tutto "old style" ferma agli anni 60 perfetto per coppie attempate e nostalgiche. Quello che dovrebbe essere il punto di forza e qualità di un albergo termale, area piscina e spa è stato molto deludente, tutto molto trascurato, decadente, peccato perché la struttura meriterebbe. Personale poco avvezzo al saluto, soprattutto in sala ristorante, cibo non all'altezza, poca scelta, nella "sera di gala" poi non si può scegliere nulla, se non con supplemento. Bravo e piacevole il pianista. Hotel 4 stelle forse un tempo, ora non più.
