Le ragazze alla reception sono state veramente molto carine.

Cons:

Staff in sala per nulla attento, mi hanno portato più volte pietanze contenenti lattosio nonostante avessi specificato più volte la mia allergia.

Hotel vicino al centro pedonale di Abano .
Colazione abbondante e varia qualità discreta.
Pulizia carente in alcune cose ...polvere un po ovunque nell'hotel...vero che é una struttura molto grande ..però non si pulisce solo dove si vede!

La struttura é quello che si dice ...un hotel 4* però datato.Cmq non lo sconsiglierei a priori . Piscina grande.
Ho visto che stanno facendo nuovi lavori nella spa , buono.Moquette da togliere dalle camere ...la nostra era macchiata tipo fango secco in diversi punti. Bordo doccia usurato .
Non é male ma neanche da aspettarsi un 4* nuovo .Diverse zone per leggere e rilassarsi e ogni sera creano un piccolo evento...tipo aperitivo cena a lume di candela o serata con musica .

Frühstückraum Tischdecken schmutzig nicht ordentlich aufgedeckt Besteck fehlte teilweise Personal im Speisesaal extrem unfreundlich. Zimmertüre schloss nicht so gut nach Zimmerservice Standard den ganzen Tag offen . Zimmer abgewohnt
