Pros:

O staff muito simpático e as instalações. A praia privada e a piscina são um must. O estacionamento privado é ótimo, mas custa 6€ por dia.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço era muito fraco para um hotel de 4*. Tem muito pouca variedade de escolha (1 opção de queijo, doces os mesmos mas sabores diferentes) O ar condicionado é controlado pela receção.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella già solo per la veduta del mare di tutta la bellissima costiera
Molto pulita, abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’hotel stesso tutto molto buono. Ci ritorno spesso spero di poterlo fare ancora.

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway
Pros:

Incredible views over the ocean and Mt Vesuvius! The deluxe double with terrace was huge and the terrace was so nice to lounge on in the morning or evening watching the sunset. The bed is super firm and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff are very friendly also. The parking is large, easy to locate, and well priced. You would definitely need a car to get here but the location is immaculate, Sorrento/ Positano/ Amalfi would be way too overcrowded and it is an easy 45min drive to Sorrento for ferries to the others which makes coming back to Towers Hotel at the end of the day even more magical.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little dated and there is no light near the shower but that’s all we could fault.

Check the environment before booking if being noise sensitive
Cons:

The property having both buildings sits next to the main road of 10m away. The windows are not triple glazed with poor soundproofing. The light in the washroom is very dark. Complained about the noise but couldn’t get any useful help. Had to rebook another hotel and no refunding from this one with receptionist being rude. Any non sea view rooms are having the same noise issue. Avoid if being sensitive to noise. The ones on the mountain adjacent have cheaper prices and better view of the whole Naples with quite environment

Excellent Facilities and Stunning Views
Pros:

The facilities here at Towers Hotel are absolutely excellent. We loved the swimming pool and access to the private beach, on site restaurant and gym. A view of Mount Vesuvius from the hotel, adds to a wonderful experience. Our room felt luxurious with a private terrace and sea view. Shuttle service to the local station is a great help in getting into Sorrento.

Cons:

The location, around 15km from Sorrento, was a bit of a compromise. Local buses were not always reliable and taxis were quite expensive, so we often had to rely on the hotel shuttle’s limited schedule. When our plans didn’t align with it, we occasionally had to use costly taxis.

Mooi gelegen hotel op unieke locatie en vertrekpunt voor Napels, Amalfi kust, Pompeii en Vesuvius.
Pros:

Heel goed en uitgebreid buffetontbijt maar er zou meer aandacht mogen naar de inzetbaarheid van middelen en personeel.

Cons:

Veel personeel met weinig ervaring in multytasking. De prijzen voor versnaperingen was wat aan de hoge kant en geen bediening aan het zwembad, iets wat je voor de prijs die wij betaalden (voor een Suite) wel mag verwachten.
