Exceptional holiday location
Pros:

Returned home yesterday after an incredible weeks stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Location is stunning and a shuttle bus can take you to the nearest train station.
Every single member of staff is friendly and super helpful, which makes for a great atmosphere.
Rooms are simple, but exceptionally clean, as is the whole hotel and facilities.
Pool was in a great setting, no fighting for sunbeds! Private beach is fabulous too.
Great value for money too. Food was delicious and no long waits.
Although all the staff were amazing, a special shout out to my partner’s new best friend Pepe who works in the bar! Made us feel so welcome, he’s really funny and so friendly.
Highly recommend a stay here!

O experienta frumosa si relaxanta !
Pros:

Locatia este excelenta, la 40 de min de mers cu masina de Napoli spre Sorrento, pe coasta, privelistea hotelului de pe terasa este de vis , plaja privata f libera si relaxanta cu acces la mare, piscina curata, restaurant cu mancare f buna, spa, tot ceea ce ai nevoie. Camera superioara este spatioasa, patul odihnitor si un plus terasa cu vedere la mare . Personalul a fost amabil si ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce aveam nevoie. Un mare plus este parcarea privata in garaj, f usor de accesat.

Cons:

O mica problema cu apa calda, venea de multe ori prea fierbinte si nu se putea regla temperatura.
Hotelul este departe de mijloace de acces iar fara masina inchiriata este destul de greu de vizitat.

Relaxing venue away from the bustle of the major tourist areas.
Pros:

View of Vesuvius and the sea from our bedroom was exceptional. Our Superior Double Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel had a relaxed feel and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool and beach area were great for relaxing in the afternoon after a busy day sightseeing.

Cons:

As we didn´t have our own transport we used the hotel shuttle bus or taxis to the station in Vico Equense. Would be helpful if there was a shuttle bus later in the evening as the last bus left Vico Equense at 22.00.

Danke der Lage und dem Pool kann dieses Hotel punkten - ansonsten mit nichts…

-morgens nur heisses (heisses!!!) Wasser zum Dusche
-Wlan funktioniert in den Zimmer nicht (wir hatten 2 Zimmer)
- Frühstück von schlechter Auswahl und Qualität, die wir von Itaien/4 Sterne Häuser nicht kennen
- Probleme täglich und immer wieder geschildert, nichts passierte
- um Gespräch mit Direktion gebeten, mehrmals, es hat leider niemanden interessiert.

Was bleibt mir als übrig, als leider diese Rezension zu schreiben…

Conosciamo questa struttura da tempo e, soggiorno dopo soggiorno, si conferma sempre il nostro posto del cuore❤️

Abbiamo trascorso ancora una volta una vacanza semplicemente meravigliosa in un hotel che offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare. La posizione è davvero strategica, ideale per visitare l'intera penisola sorrentina senza rinunciare al relax.

La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio e dispone di una splendida spiaggia privata e di una piscina spettacolare, gestita in modo impeccabile dal bagnino Mario sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, capace di trovare sempre la soluzione migliore con grande professionalità e cortesia.

La colazione è ricca, varia e abbondante, resa ancora più piacevole dalla possibilità di gustarla sulla veranda affacciata sul mare, con il magnifico Vesuvio sullo sfondo: un'esperienza che rende ogni mattina indimenticabile.

Consigliamo questa struttura a chi desidera vivere una vacanza all'insegna del mare, del comfort e del relax. Per noi è ormai una certezza e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.
