Struttura bellissima
Pros:

Posto incantevole con vista golfo di Napoli. Vicino ai più bei posti della costiera. Struttura pulita,staff sempre gentile e accogliente. Ottima colazione

Buono ma con qualche pecca

Posto molto bello il mare e pulito la struttura anche lei bella e posizionata a pochi km da Sorrento ed altri comuni della costiera,il cibo buono

Check in alle 11h30 e per usufruire della spiaggia ho pagato 20 euro a persona, check out alle 12h00 ho chiesto per usufruire della spiaggia dovevo pagare 40 euro a persona Bo? Soggiorno di 2 notti e 3 giorni e non hanno cambiato le asciugamani da doccia alcune persone dello staff non gentili,mia moglie ha utilizzato una tazza per prendere una medicina non e stata cambiata,

Lovely stay. An 8 that could be a 9 if they work on a couple of things.
Pros:

The location is lovely, and the well organised services provide for a carefree relaxing time. The people were always nice and trying to accommodate our needs.

Cons:

I would like to offer two feedbacks for improvement:
- the breakfast was simply not good. The first day the coffee was undrinkable (tip: good espresso at the bar next to the reception for 2e, or a free instant coffee in the room - both better than what they offer at breakfast), and the scrambled eggs smelled so bad I didn’t have the courage to taste them. We skipped it for the rest of the trip. Also to keep in mind that during the weekdays breakfast service ends at 10 (on weekend at 1030)… a bit too early for our holiday rhythms.
- we had a double room full sea view, and I am not sure this applies for all the rooms, but getting in and out from our bath tub for a shower was extremely tricky - it’s very high and very unaccessible - if by any chance you are not very tall nor very fit might be an issue.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub mit direktem Vesuv Blick
Pros:

Das Gebäude sieht von außen nicht wirklich einladend aus, aber von Innen sind die 2 Türme und die komplette Anlage sehr gelungen. Man merkt wenn man im Hotel ist nichts von der furchtbaren Außenhülle. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und vor allem der Balkon war toll. Die Klimaanlage war perfekt eingestellt, wir waren dort bei über 40 grad Außentemperatur und hatten kein Problem trotz permanent eingeschalteter Klimaanlage! Die Bar und das Restaurant waren auch super, vor allem das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war perfekt, gerade im Vergleich zu anderen italienische Städten. Das Essen im Hotel ist zu empfehlen, aber auch der angebotene Shuttle zum nächsten Restaurant war 👍. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Cons:

Leider gibt es viele Möwen, sowohl am Pool, als auch im und am Restaurant, wo aber das Hotel nichts dafür kann und bemüht ist, diese in Schach zu halten.

ho avuto una camera con la maniglia della finestra rotta,spaccata, e non mi ha dato la possibilità di usufruire del balcone..avendo preso la camera apposita di balcone vista mare per usufruirne. la presa in giro è stata che avendo sollecitato questo problema continuamente non hanno fatto altro che dirmi che avrebbero provveduto ma non è stato cosi. per carineria non mi è stato offerto neanche un caffe facendo un esempio.

Nagyon jó szálloda, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. A recepció személyzete maximálisan segítette a minden napjainkat.

A csodálatos kinti medencét nem tudtuk használni, mert a sirályok elfoglalták, érdemes lenne megoldást találni a problémára.A transzfer szolgáltatáson dolgozó gépkocsivezető stílusa viszont hagy maga után megbeszélni való, kritikán aluli.
