Pros:

l.I had a very disappointing stay due to the extreme noise levels. Even at midnight, guests in neighboring rooms were yelling, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained to the front desk, the staff was indifferent and unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko przystanek tramwajowy z ktorego w ok. 20 min byliśmy w centrum.Blisko jest tez dworzec pkp.Jak na krotki wyjazd badz tylko nocleg wracajac późno jak w naszym przypadku to ok. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Brak szafy w pokoju czy szafki na rzeczy.Monotonne śniadania , chleb tylko tostowy i biały niestety.

Nur die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Booking.com-Website. Der Roomservice war ebenfalls enttäuschend: Drei Tage lang bekamen wir nur sehr alte Handtücher, und neue Handtücher wurden uns jeweils erst nach drei Tagen gegeben. Deshalb mussten wir selbst Handtücher kaufen. keine Roomservice.

A fuir. Attention 2 partie de l'hôtel pour les chambre et celle ou l'on était l'horreur!
Pros:

Honnêtement rien hormis qu'il faisait bien chaud dans la chambre

Cons:

Tout! Le personnel pas agréable. Petit-déjeuner très peu varié en 3 jours tout pareil. Une agente du personnel assise qui observe qui prend quoi. Tout est sâle du pied de table au tissu des chaises. La chambre? Personne n'est passé en 3 jours ni pour changer les serviettes ni pour nettoyer ou balayer encore moins pour faire les lits. Le papier toilette jamais rechargé la dernière feuille a été utilisé avant de partir. La tv ne fonctionnait pas malgré ma réclamation personne n'est venu. J'en ai fait des voyages mais là carrément écœurée.
