Une expérience réussie grâce à un service de qualité.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec un large choix de produits. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un véritable atout, pratique et bien situé pour les déplacements. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

J’ai apprécié l’ensemble des prestations proposées par l’hôtel. Je n’ai pas rencontré de problème particulier durant mon séjour. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a été très satisfaisante et a répondu à mes attentes.

Nice hotel and fantastic stay!
Pros:

The hotel is nicely located. The service was great. We were nicely welcomed. Staff are very polite and helpful. They can arrange anything needed. They exceeded our expectations. They opened up the breakfast a bit earlier for us as we had an early flight. The room was cleaned and calm. The restaurant is very good and the service too, a bit more expensive than outside restaurant, but it's expected. We had great stay and I can highly recommend it.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, literie confortable, excellent petit-déjeuner avec un large choix, et emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible.

Cons:

L’expérience a été très positive dans son ensemble. Mon séjour s’est très bien déroulé et l’ensemble des prestations a répondu à mes attentes.

lovely staff especially the Guest relationship Officer. Amost Everything was Good.
Pros:

Breakfast was a feast.
Location quite comfortable.
Room was more than comfortable.
Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Cons:

The bed was a little wonky- they changed it but gave it to the other bed in the room -
The beds needed more firmess and padding.
Also if a person was staying for 8 nights should not the basic water be given with the room?- We had to ask for it.
I could have done with an iron and a ironing board in the room
