Great family stay with outstanding staff

We had a wonderful stay with my family, overall a very pleasant and almost exceptional experience
A special thanks to the reception team, especially Mrs. Amel and Mr. Riyad, who were extremely kind, professional, and always attentive. The staff in general was very caring and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized. Even though the location is not the most attractive, it is very central and convenient. It is also easy to reach places like La Marsa or Gammarth in about 30 minutes by taxi or car

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was a small misunderstanding at check-out, which seemed to be due to a lack of internal organization. However, the team apologized and handled it professionally

La chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Très calme ,parfait pour se reposer.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien.
