Trato humano excepcional
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue, ante todo, marcada por la calidad humana de su personal. Nada más llegar, sufrimos un incidente desagradable: nos robaron un móvil en la calle, cerca del hotel. Desde el primer momento, el equipo se volcó completamente con nosotros, ofreciéndonos ayuda sin dudarlo, acompañándonos incluso a la policía y mostrándose en todo momento cercanos, atentos y profundamente amables. Ese gesto marcó la diferencia y es algo que nunca olvidaremos.

Además, por un problema familiar tuvimos que marcharnos antes de lo previsto, y el hotel tuvo un detalle excepcional al devolvernos el importe de las noches que no pudimos disfrutar, sin que ni siquiera tuviéramos que solicitarlo.

En cuanto al resto, el hotel también estuvo a la altura: instalaciones cuidadas, ambiente agradable y una estancia muy cómoda en general. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos, especialmente por el trato humano y profesional de su equipo.

Great family stay with outstanding staff

We had a wonderful stay with my family, overall a very pleasant and almost exceptional experience
A special thanks to the reception team, especially Mrs. Amel and Mr. Riyad, who were extremely kind, professional, and always attentive. The staff in general was very caring and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized. Even though the location is not the most attractive, it is very central and convenient. It is also easy to reach places like La Marsa or Gammarth in about 30 minutes by taxi or car

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was a small misunderstanding at check-out, which seemed to be due to a lack of internal organization. However, the team apologized and handled it professionally
