This was our first trip to Chicago and I couldn’t have had a better location for my first trip. I could have stared out

Amazing views of the lake and city, comfortable bed, large room, great seating area with large windows for the perfect view. Spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Finding the parking garage was not as bad as I anticipated, however the directions for getting from the hotel to the parking garage were a little confusing and could be simplified by having a printout of instructions for ease.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, the staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the hotel was very affordable. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

this is not a hotel - it is a series of bedrooms off an uninviting corridor on the 40th floor of an office bloc, no proper reception, no facilities and the room was old, dirty, paint chipped, dreary and plain

Overall nice hotel but would expect more for the price
Pros:

Room and bathroom very spacious. Nice location as well. Tremendous view of the city.

Cons:

Breakfast with limited choices and fairly poor. They also charge everything, including 6 USD for using the slippers

Would stay here again
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient! The beds were comfortable, the view was to die for, left the blinds rolled up at night to look at the view!

Cons:

The tub was a struggle to get into because of the width of the front of the tub. Housekeeping is not every day but they did accommodate that issue.

It did the trick, I wouldn’t likely book again.
Pros:

Proximity to Soldier Field. The room wasn’t spacious and had a clean, modern appearance.

Cons:

Getting from ramp to hotel was confusing due to incorrect signage. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room wasn’t ready. Building staff and hotel staff upon checkin weren’t overly friendly. Breakfast choices were not particularly plentiful.
