1. The room was spacious and the view made this trip exceptionally memorable. It was also very quiet and the staff was efficient, helpful and respectful. I found the location convenient for our weekend plans. As advertised, the parking was easy to find and it felt very safe. Great water pressure. And only 21 rooms, perfect!

Cons:

I wish that the hotel would upgrade the sheets to 100% cotton. These were a bit scratchy. Coffee machine didn't work well and the coffee never got hot. The facilities themselves are needing an upgrade, paint/ chipped wood, etc. Continental breakfast is included, but it was all highly processed/heavy carb food except for a few pieces of sad looking fruit. Also, the facilities fee should be waived for the weekend because of no access to a gym.

Comfortable hotel with great views
Pros:

Very spacious room with comfortable beds. Access to a lovely swimming pool. A great view from the room.
Right next to a tube station that goes right to the airport.

Cons:

There is a sign in the bathroom asking us to Save the Seahorses and only to get towels changed if needed and not to waste resources. However, in the breakfast room, everything was plastic and disposable with no recyling. If the hotel is serious about wasting resources, it should not be producing so much plastic waste from all the disposable stuff it provides at breakfast.

It was a nice stay and would stay again.
Cons:

Our room wasn't ready by check in time. We wanted to check in an hour early but understood that wouldn't be possible, but still had to wait a little after check in time.
