Pros:

The room was nice and it would have been a good view if it wasn't foggy.

Cons:

It was listed as having a pool the main reason we picked this hotel but it's closed all weekend so we couldn't use it even once. And very poor directions for finding it.

Pros:

Excellent view from 40th floor. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Easily adjust the thermostat for room temp control as it can cool quickly from the Windy City. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was European and lots of starches.

I would still like to stay here one more time. The view is mind blowing. The bed was super comfort.
Pros:

Absolutelt unforgettable experience to stay here!

Cons:

The breakfast disappointed us. The plastic forks/ plates and the content didnt match with the high quality of the hotel.

Me gustó la amplitud de la habitación y que el hotel brinda desayuno. Eso hace que le suba la puntuación.

Cons:

No me gustó la ubicación, la zona no la encontré agradable ni segura y está alejado de la zona mas linda que es Magnificent miles. No me gustó que es un hotel ubicado en un edificio de oficinas y para llegar al hotel hay que trasbordar ascensores en el piso 39 para llegar al 40 donde está el hotel. Tampoco me gustó la limpieza. Nunca nos hicieron la habitación en 3 días de estadía y el primer dia que me voy a duchar habia pelos pegados en la pared de la ducha. Tampoco me gustó que la ducha no tuviera mampara, usan cortinas de baño.

It exceeded my expectations for the value.
Pros:

The view was great, we got the lakeview upgrade complimentary and you could see the whole city. We really enjoyed it!

Nothing. Hotel staff was good, location was good, quirky entrance but it feels secure.
