Wer All-Inclusive-Urlaube mag…
Pros:

Das Hotel war ok, wenn man große All-Inclusive-Anlagen mag. Dementsprechend war auch das Essen ok für die Masse an Personen.
Das Personal war freundlich und gut organisiert.
Dies war unser erster All-Inclusive-Urlaub als Familie und für uns ist diese Form von Urlaub nichts.

Cons:

Die Pools waren nicht für die Masse an Personen ausgelegt. Nervig (dafür kann aber das Personal nichts!), dass die Gäste bereits morgens um 7 Uhr (also drei Stunden vor Öffnung der Pools) die Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert haben.
Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet, ohne Charme.

Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Essen sehr eintönig. Massenabfertigung beim Essen. Teller wurden teilweise viel zu früh abgeräumt obwohl man noch gar nicht fertig war mit dem Essen.

Pros:

Das richtige Hotel für Familienurlaub, 3 Pools, Rutschen und direkt am Strand. Hotelanlage schön und sauber. Zimmer waren sauber, könnten in dieser Preisklasse geräumiger sein. Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Strand/Poolbars waren für die Kids ein Highlight mit den Kinder Cocktails. Freundliches Personal hervorzuheben die Dame im Shop konnte sehr gut deutsch und hatte viele tolle Tips

Cons:

Der Strandabschnitt ist viel zu klein.
Klares Wasser aus den Zapfstellen schmeckt seltsam, besser Flaschen im Shop kaufen

Pros:

È il posto ideale per una famiglia, le 3 piscine oltre che le postazioni in spiaggia permette di trascorrere del tempo in tranquillità indifferentemente da cosa si sveglie,c è sempre disponibilità di sdraio ed ombrellone. Cibo buonissimo con vastissima scelta, parco giochi bello. Tutto ci è piaciuto.

Stalida mare e sole
Pros:

La posizione strategica a due passi dal mare con possibilità di passeggiata serale,pulizia,staff cordiale e non invadente,cibo vario e locale con le solite variazioni internazionali. Presente anche cuoco italiano con primi. Stanze pulite e comode anche se non molto grandi.Possibilità di fare la doccia anche dopo il check out in quanto vi sono dei locali appositi. Sparse per l'Intera struttura vi sono più piscine con piccolo parco acquatico per i bimbi. Il Resort è Attrezzato per passeggini con rampe sparse un po' ovunque,tutto a portata di mano ,non eccessivamente dispersivo.

Cons:

Pur sapendolo in partenza,un all inclusive dovrebbe avere almeno i lettini e l'ombrellone compresi nella prenotazione ed idem la cassaforte. Bisogna alzarsi presto la mattina per riservare i lettini in spiaggia (a pagamento) ed in piscina (free).Però nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Altra cosa che non ho amato sono i dispenser nella doccia e nel bagno. L'idea è buona per la sostenibilità ma sarebbe preferibile averli trasparenti in modo da vedere sempre se sono da riempire o meno. La doccia poi strutturata male in quanto si allaga sempre il bagno ad ogni utilizzo.

Pros:

Das Essen, die gute Lage !

Cons:

Handtücher wurden nur alle 2 Tage gewechselt, wir waren zu 3 haben nur 2 kleine Handtücher erhalten.
Als Erklärung wurde das Papp Schild auf unsere Handtücher gelegt.
Kein Service was die Koffer angeht, mussten alles selbst schleppen. Nur 1 mal eine Flasche Wasser erhalten zu beginn.
Einheimische Jugendliche fahren auf der Straße die das Hotel vom Strand trennt mit Rollet auf Touristen zu mit Vollgas, geht garnicht !

Bel posto ma si può migliorare!
Pros:

Le piscine, i bar adiacenti, il waterpark e l'area gioco per bambini sono sicuramente la parte migliore. La struttura é grande e curata. La camera é molto grande e spaziosa. Cibo buono e variegato per tutti i gusti.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza é stata molto carente. Lo staff di tutta la struttura inclusa la reception non é stato per nulla accogliente cosa che non si addice ad un posto così. La spiaggia davanti alla struttura a 15€ (1 ombrellone 2 lettini) si riempie già dalle 8 di mattina e c'é pochissimo spazio tra i lettini. Si consiglia di uscire dall'hotel e andare più avanti dove ci sono molti altri stabilimenti con più spazio per i bambini. L'orario di chiusura delle piscine alle 18, come anche quella della sala pranzo alle 14 risultano troppo stringenti.

Good hotel for families
Pros:

Proximity to the sea, a lot of swimming pools (they opened a new one on our last day at the hotel), good food including Cretan and Greek cuisine, slides for children, regular cleaning, ice cream for lunch and dinner as well as the ice cream hour.
