Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dall’hotel: lo staff è sempre pronto ad accogliere le persone nel modo migliore, con un’attenzione autentica che si percepisce fin dal primo momento. I servizi sono curati nei dettagli, dagli spazi comuni alle camere, e tutto trasmette la sensazione di un luogo gestito con professionalità e calore.
Un soggiorno che lascia davvero una bella impressione.L’hotel mostra chiaramente i suoi anni, ma lo fa con una certa dignità. Gli ambienti hanno un fascino rétro anni ’80 che, seppure lontano dagli standard moderni, conserva un carattere tutto suo. Va riconosciuto che, nonostante la struttura sia un po’ vecchia, è tenuta in modo impeccabile: pulizia accurata, ordine ovunque e attenzione ai dettagli che fanno la differenza.

Der persönliche Einsatz der Signora, die alle Gäste am Abend persönlich begrüßte und den Überblick behielt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Speisen waren gut zubereitet und abwechslungsreich.
Il soggiorno all’Hotel Abano Ritz è stato semplicemente meraviglioso sotto ogni aspetto. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora, credo la proprietaria, per la sua straordinaria attenzione e gentilezza: avendo notato una nostra conversazione riguardo alla mancanza del balcone nella stanza prenotata, si è premurata personalmente di farcela cambiare, un gesto di grande sensibilità e cura verso il cliente che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.
Tutto il resto è stato impeccabile: le piscine, il bar, il ristorante e la colazione, tutti di altissima qualità. Un’esperienza raffinata e rilassante che porteremo nel cuore. Torneremo con grande piacere.

OTTIMA LA PARTE ESTERNA
camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, spazi comuni molto ampi sia interni che esterni, bellissimi giardini. Durante il pomeriggio del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo anche potuto partecipare a un trattamento gratuito con scrub all'interno del bagno turco, molto apprezzato.
la struttura in generale è un po' datata, e alcune cose non funzionavano bene (idromassaggio nella piscina esterna, scarico doccia nella camera). Per accedere alla piscina / spa un paio d'ore prima del check in (previsto per le 14), occorre pagare 50 euro per camera.
