Wonderful . Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The outdoor areas and pools where beautiful , the meals were delicious . We wished we had eaten at the hotel more . The buffet dinner was exceptional

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like the room it was just a little dated but the other facilities made up for it . The grounds were just beautiful

Fajnie zaaranżowany teren z wieloma basenami i drzewami zapewniającymi cień. Nie ma problemu z leżakami czy przestrzenią nawet przy pełnym hotelu. Blisko do plaży i miasteczka - w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru

L'emplacement est très bien, l'extérieur très bien aménagé, le restaurant est très bon avec bcp de choix

Cons:

On est déçu de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Sale, vieux, même pas de champoing. Après deux nuits on part le mal au dos ( mauvais matelas)

The best in the area - fabulous style.
Pros:

This is one of the best places to locally - if not the best.
A great welcome with local iced tea, homemade biscuits and a cool flannel. The views from the reception and bar are extraordinary, so beautiful to look over Galini harbour.
Generously you are given a nice bottle of wine and snacks in the room. Also a free A La Carte dinner at Tomatini the on-site restaurant. Also a voucher is handed to you for a free lunch - this is any salad and two main courses for two people - anything you want .
The food is first class and truly a great buffet - lots of homemade and homegrown food. Service too very attentive.
The drinks are below average in price with a cocktail being around €11.
A good bottle of wine around €20.
Whilst here we were the ONLY English - which made for quiet socialising in the eve as everyone was German. Quiet a few kids , but they were generally well behaved.
The village is a brisk 10min walk along the seashore , passing lots of taverners, but well worth the walk.
Hire of a car is essential too. We used Anna Cars from Heraklion - no hidden EXTRAS and fab people.
All in all a great weeks break .

Für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub ist dieses Hotel bestens geeignet
Pros:

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit abwechslungsreicher Poollandschaft. Die Gäste haben sich gut in der Anlage verteilt, so dass es nie überlaufen wirkte. Es waren jederzeit ausreichend freie Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich. Zum Strand und zum Ort sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Im Hotel herrscht eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Super essen, Zimmer Katastrophe
Pros:

Essen ist hervorragend, sehr vielfältig , mehrere Pools in der Anlage, die auch gut gepflegt sind
Fitness ist outdoor, super Pilates Stunden

Das Zimmer und die Dusche absolute Katastrophe
Unter dem Bett Staub und Schmutz
Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne , 20 Jahre alt
Anstatt vom gebuchten Bergview haben wir Aussicht auf die Straße gehabt wo Leute ständig hin und her gelaufen sind

Aufenthalt im Hotel mit einigen Schwachstellen
Pros:

Die Anlage mit den viele Olivenbäume, der schöne Blick zum Meer von unserem Balkon, Das Frühstücksbuffet, die kostenlosen Parkplätze und die vielen Liegen im schönen Garten um die Pools.

Cons:

Das Licht am Spiegel im Bad und fehlende Kosmetikartikel. Die Pools waren zu kalt, dass hat man auch an der spärlichen Nutzung gesehen. Beim Frühstück wurde. für spezielle Kaffee Wünsche wie z.B. Cappuccino oder Kaffee Crema extra kassiert. Das Hotel hat viele Stufen und verworrene Wege und ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
Die vielen private Pools lassen den Umweltgedanke fehlen.
Preis/Leitungsverhältnis für 4 Sterne Hotel passt nicht.

Mehr Schein als sein, Mitarbeiter am Empfang hat etwas gerochen und schien mässig motiviert. Der Wind hat heftig durchs Zimmer gezogen, was zu lautem Pfeifen geführt hat. Schade, denn schön sieht es aus
