They covered all the details in the kitchen, sponges were clean, dishwashing powder present, etc.. I liked the fresh fruit at breakfast . Pots and pans were all usable and relatively new.
Food at breakfast is not great.
Well, we booked an accessible king suite, and got a queen suite. If it hadn't been so late we would have changed rooms. I can tell you that if you are in a wheelchair, you would not have been able to get around the bed to the bathroom. With the sofa bed pulled out the bedroom door only opened 12 inches. It was somewhere to shut our eyes, that's about it.
I reserved 2 rooms and was charged the same price for each. At check in I was told the hotel was completely full so my 2 reserved rooms were on different floors. One room had a queen bed and the other a king bed. Also, after check in, I saw online that there still was 3 rooms available for tonight. I feel deceived!
Rooms are old and dated, but the staff did their best to meet our needs. The morning breakfast service had variety and was run well.
Good location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and above all you feel safe which is what I am looking for.
The sofa bed is somewhat uncomfortable.
Good location, good room size, good parking...😄
Great value! Walkable to restaurants and bistros.

Location was good for our plan, bed was comfortable.
NO HOT WATER!!! When we called to reception we were told that they were the ONLY person working and couldn’t help us. NO WORKING AC in the breakfast room. When we complained to the manager he curtly said “I’m aware, we are waiting on it to be fixed” but had no apology at all.
First they have my phone on other reservations calling me to tell me I have packages. Not their fault…all mine that the reservation person copied and pasted my number to other people reservations. Then they come into my room while I’m away , no notice, go through my fridge leaving it open and ruining all my food. My fault again cause no way his staff did that. But if I left it open wouldn’t they say hey look it’s open and close it. Must be a coincidence the only time this has happened was when people were in my room. Manager said I must not of closed it and people in my room did not see the door wide open that they walk past. Ok. But I report it on sat. And Tuesday rolls around with no communication at all. I finally go to talk to the manager who interrupts my story every few seconds with sorry you did this or you did that with all the issues I was explaining I have had. Like a child going na huh, every time you say things they did wrong. Beds are directly under ac vents so be hot or freeze when ac is on blowing on your head all night. Showers are the old pull up on plunger and half water goes out tub filler while some spurts out shower head. Parking spaces are tiny. Not a place I’d pick to spend money but not my choice.
Had a king Suite. Really enjoyed the kitchenette and living area space. The price of the hotel is comparable with other hotels, but with the extra room and the ability to cook a meal it seems this was a great deal and fit for us especially during a weeks stay. We are glad we chose to stay here. The rooms are super quiet, and the beds comfortable. Nice pool area to sit out by and near some restaurants. The rooms perhaps could use a bit of updating soon, but would not hesitate to recommend this place to someone.
No major complaints. Would have appreciated a few healthier options for breakfast. Would recommend a high fiber/quality cereal, and better fruit options. The oatmeal was a bit soupy at times, but all the breakfast staff were super nice. The hotel does have an odd policy if needing anything extra requested at front desk during your stay to take an invetory of the items asked for, the room number, and recording the items and room number in a log. This seemed a little awkward for guests, would recommend they reconsider this, but as this only came up twice in a week not a huge deal.
Standard Marriott/Residence Inn property. Roomy room with kitchen, fridge, microwave dishes silverware etc.. Bed excellent. Bathroom clean. Medium sized flat screen tv with full cable. Free breakfast for young and old alike.
Location at the edge of Sedona but easy trip to downtown and the red rocks, tours and hiking trails. No services within walking distance. Also this hotel is a perfect gateway to the Verde valley, Cottonwood and Jerome.
Very pricey during season. $25 parking fee (plenty of spaces).
One recurring disappointment with newer Marriott products: the sound proofing is not acceptable. You can hear very step/movement in the room above.
Front desk very accommodating. Reservations strongly recommended.
Most RIs are rundown and in dire need of updating ..this one looks like it has been updated at least in the last 5 years. Check in person was unprofessional and sloppy looking wearing some dirty tee-shirt. I wondered why she never even asked me what i wanted for my choice was for my titanium check-in gift. Breakfast is pitiful and cheap. But most important, for anyone that wants to take advantage of elite benefits be aware like others have reported, they do not honor elite benefits here. They are obviously not a convention or a resort hotel..and Titanium benefits say 4 p.m: Late Checkout
Guaranteed 4 p.m. late checkout, subject to availability at resort and convention hotels. My flight home was seriously delayed so I wanted to take advantage of what was supposed to be a guaranteed late check out..but NOPE. Manager was super rude and said we are TOO BUSY to honor your benefit. OK THEN. will make a note of it and will advise my corporate office accordingly that we will not be booking with them in the future.
