Pros:

Great location, super breakfast, spacious and well-furnished room, excellent beds and extremely friendly and serviceminded staff

Cons:

Aside from the rooms and the breakfast not much other facilities - but as we were there to experience Vienna city it didn’t affect us.

Spacious room with Stadtpark and subway close by, supermarket Spar around the corner.
Pros:

Room was very spacious, with high ceilings. Plenty of room to put your luggage and - for us - to have our little one play. There was a fridge in the room and a water cooker. Bathroom also spacious. Around the corner there is a Spar supermarkt and within 15min walk, there is access to the subway and a big shopping mall.

Cons:

Breakfast was very expensive (28 EUR/person/day), so we skipped it. We arrived at 14h and were told that we could enter the room at 15h, but if we paid another 40EUR/night, we could get an upgrade to a different room and already enter now. Of course, I can't say if my room was really not ready yet, but it felt a little fake and rude. 120 EUR extra to bridge one hour?
With a small child, it would have been really great to enter an hour early and I would've found that a great service.
The beds were not comfortable: pillows way too big and matrass rather stiff.

For summer it’s perfect, in winter it can be tricky.
Pros:

Well equipped, kind staff, and cool design and great location

Cons:

When we stepped in the room for the first time it was around 8 Degrees, we had to use the oven to heat up the room, also the bathroom window doesn’t really sealed perfectly it was cold during our whole stay.
