Great location, room needed some improvementls
Pros:

Location was very good and breakfast was plentiful

Cons:

Spa desn’t provide the robes, so I did not go there
The bath towels were too small
Air conditioner did not work well
Reception desk staff was very friendly, but during check out did not ask how was our stay
Room had no clock and any note paper/ pens
I think Hotel has overpriced

Very good location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very good location with generous sized rooms great for travellers - plenty of room for those with 2 or more big bags versus standard hotel rooms. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. A quality hotel and good value.

Cons:

Only disappointing issue we had was TV not working in the bedroom which was reported but not resolved during our 3 night stay.

L interêt de cet hôtel est d être situé dans le centre facilement accessible à pied.
Pros:

chambre spacieuse mais aspect un peu vieillot different des photos vus sur le site. bar à disposition dans la chambre mais tout est payant y compris l eau plate en bouteille. Pour un 4 étoiles, une bouteille d eau était offerte dans la chambre.

Cons:

Chambre sous les toits, sans vue à éviter.
