Pros:

На рецепции работает очень приятная и отзывчивая девушка Александра. Чисто.

Cons:

Нам достался номер с мансардными окнами, и это огромный минус. В описании номера указан хороший метраж комнаты , но в реальности половина комнаты под мансардой, и чтобы вы понимали я дважды ударилась о скошенный потолок. Эти номера должны быть значительно дешевле, чем сейчас.

Tolles Hotel, super Lage mit allem in der Nähe, perfektester Service!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage - 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt. Tiefgarage vom Hotel nebenan genutzt (etwas teuer, das ist aber fast überall so, dafür gleich gegenüber, alles ohne Probleme).

Das HiLight (haha) war aber auf jeden Fall die Freundlichkeit *aller* Mitarbeiter - insbesondere die Süße an der Rezeption: Vom Willkommensgetränk bis zur Restaurantempfehlung und -buchung hat sie uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Gut ist auch die kleine Bar in der Lobby für ein kleines Tagesabschlussgetränk. Sauna und Fitness runden das Angebot ab. Nicht nur für Raucher ist im Innenhof ein kleiner Garten zum kurzen Verweilen. Trotz Lage der Zimmer an der Hauptstraße absolut ruhig durch doppelte Fenster, das Zimmer rundrum sauber.
Auch am Frühstücksbuffet gabs nichts auszusetzen, die Auswahl war reichlich und gut - und auch hier wieder hervorzuheben der sehr freundliche Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas weich, aber das wars dann auch schon was uns nicht ganz so perfekt gefallen hat. Ist aber natürlich immer Geschmacksache und für uns nicht wirklich schlimm gewesen.

La propreté, les équipements, le petit déjeuner, l emplacement, le personnel., pas de bruit.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir le tarif des boissons du frigo car 4 euros la petite bouteille c est très cher, et on ne savait pas si on pouvait manger le biscuit mis à côté du café soluble.
Dommage que l 1 des 2 television au moins.ne soit pas connectée.

Прекрасный отель в центре Вены
Pros:

1. Отличное расположение. 200 метров до станции метро Штадпарк. 10-15 минут пешком от туристического центра (Опера, Музейный квартал и т.д.). Одна станция до ключевой пересадочной станции Карлсплац, а в другую сторону - 1 станция метро до точки отправления экспрессов в аэропорт CAT. Эта (зеленая) прямая ветка метро также до дворца Шенбрунн.

2. В номерах высокие потолки 4 метра . Благодаря двойным окнам шума с улицы вообще не слышно . Отопление и кондиционирование через приточно-вытяжную систему .

3. Завтрак достаточно хороший и разнообразный.

4. Уборка каждый день без проблем и напоминаний .

5. Сан. узел, мебель, ремонт в номере - всё в отличном состоянии .

6. Сервис отзывчивый , например, можно взять зонтик .

7. WiFi работает с хорошей скоростью .

Cons:

Добавить каналы ТВ на русском языке , кроме ТНТ.
