Mala atención y mal servicio.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación cuádruple para 4 adultos como en anteriores ocasiones. La sorpresa fue cuando entramos y nos vimos dos literas de madera cuando la reserva era para 4 adultos.
Al solicitar una solución ya que éramos 4 personas mayores nos dicen que ya han dado todas las habitaciones cuádruples y que va por orden de llegada, no dándonos ninguna solución. Dejar claro que la reserva la teníamos desde hace 4 meses. Mala atención y mal servicio para una cadena que por su propia marca debería de dar un extra de calidad.

Great location and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Finding the parking was a challenge. Yes they provide instructions but even so it can be easy to miss a key turnoff and then the nightmare of Andorra’s traffic and roading kicks in. Our advice is to read the parking instructions really well beforehand.

Muy cerca d la calle principal, si vas de compras. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda.

La calefacción estaba demasiado fuerte, a veces costaba dormir por el calor. El WiFi funciona muy mal
