Pros:

We had a really enjoyable week at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive option was great value, and overall we had a relaxing and positive experience.

The only small downside was that the buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner became a little repetitive over the week, although the food itself was of good quality and nicely presented.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Aesthetically pleasing but nothing more

We stayed for 5 nights in July in a double room with private hot tub sea view.
To start with the pro’s - the aesthetics and views of the hotel is amazing. The rooms are fantastic, the balcony and the hot tub itself is a very decent size. Purely on aesthetics, you can’t fault the hotel at all.

However that seems to be the only selling point.
The food and drinks were awful and really let the hotel down. The drinks were very inconsistent - in the dinner buffet you could have cocktails on the all inclusive, and these were often decent. However when you go to the pool bar for drinks after dinner, they were awful. The service is slow, they appear very understaffed. They seemed to be big on table service but would never come over. Wouldn’t mind going to the bar to grab the drink myself - but when you do they then tell you to sit down and they’ll bring it over, adding to the wait.
Buffet food was quite limited and was awful. Nice view whilst eating. Basic bits were okay.
We booked the A La Carte restaurant for our final night and was looking forward to not having the buffet food again, however after visiting the A La Carte we wish we had the buffet. The A La Carte was worse. Very limited choice, tiny portions, taste wise very basic/not nice at all. We aren’t fussy eaters yet we were very dissapointed and still hungry after. A lot of the food is frozen and just reheated - it states this on their menu, so the majority aren’t even cooked fresh - not good for an A La Carte treat?!

Wir hatten zuerst einen Zimmer was den ganzen Tag schattig war (nicht optimal für Zimmer mit eigenem Pool). Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde uns netterweise ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was wir akzeptiert haben. Ansonsten gut zum Erholen. Anlage sehr sauber und Essen war gut (vor allem Desserts) aber etwas wenig Auswahl insgesamt. In allem zu empfehlen. Punktabzug weil es keinen Privatstrand gibt, die Umgebung / Standort der Anlage nicht optimal ist und es viele Ameisen auf der Terrasse gibt.

The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the overall vibe is more for younger guests, mostly in their 20s and 30s.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a supposed 5-star stay. The All-Inclusive package was quite limited — after midnight, nothing was included, and even during the day, only one drink per person was allowed per visit to the bar, which felt restrictive. On top of that, several basic cocktails weren’t included, despite being made with the same ingredients as the ones that were.

The food also wasn’t up to the standard you'd expect from a 5-star hotel — both in terms of variety and quality.

We also weren’t able to book the à la carte restaurant, even though it was visibly empty when we asked.

Staff were okay, but the overall service and offering didn’t justify the price or the rating.

Bel hôtel mais manque d'intimité sur les terrasses
Pros:

Sensation mitigée. J'avais réservée une chambre avec Jacuzzi sur la terrasse hors à aucun moment il n'était mentionné l'absence totale d'intimité car cette terrasse est situé à 1 m et au même niveau qu'une allée de l'hôtel . Il n'y a même pas de barrière pour séparer.
Néanmoins j'ai été changée de chambre suite à cette réclamation, et surclassee.mais la nouvelle chambre n'était pas prête et sentait le renfermé. Dommage. Personnel sympathique cependant et très belle piscine.

Hôtel à taille humaine avec un personnel accueillant et souriant. La chambre est fidèle au descriptif et offre un confort sans pareil. La clientèle est dans l’ensemble respectueuse. La piscine et les abords sont calmes, idéal pour se reposer. Certains se plaindront de l’absence d’animation d’autres s’en réjouiront. Le buffet est de très bonne qualité et très varié. Petit bémol néanmoins pour la formule all inclusive qui n’offre que très peu de choix sur le "snacking " en journée.
La situation géographique de l’hôtel situé à seulement 20 minutes de l’aéroport, n’est malheureusement pas idéale car très enclavée. Il faut prévoir la location d’une voiture pour idéalement visiter les environs. L’hôtel propose ce service à des prix intéressants.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and attentive in particular the bar staff in both the evening at morning. All went above and beyond to make sure everyone was served and having a great time. Abdul asahe and gobi were excellent in the dinning area and were ao warm and welcoming.
