Pros:

2eme fois dans ce hôtel. J’ai passé un très bon séjour l’accueil a été excellent, le personnel très agréable et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal tout est accessible à pied le bus et les taxis

Cons:

Seul petit bémol les repas : petit déjeuner déjeuner et dîner était un peu répétitif et manquaient de variété sauf pour les desserts qui étaient excellents

C’est parfait rien à dire, idéale pour les couples. Très bonne localisation aussi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil et le personnel ont été remarquables : attentifs, souriants et très arrangeants — ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre rapidement et nous ont préparé un repas après notre arrivée tardive, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et calme. Le petit-déjeuner/les repas étaient savoureux et servis avec soin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter pour un séjour sans stress.

Amazing well run clean hotel near to the beach with great food and pool area
Pros:

Hotel was amazing very well run. Food was brilliant lots of quality choice and always different. The staff were lovely and the pool area was great always lots of lovely beds and peaceful . Near to beach. Facial in the spa was lovely

Cons:

Probably needed another bar area for the amount of people The pool bar was always busy and hard to get seated sometimes

Pros:

We had a really enjoyable week at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive option was great value, and overall we had a relaxing and positive experience.

The only small downside was that the buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner became a little repetitive over the week, although the food itself was of good quality and nicely presented.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
Pros:

Alles super - die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool mit Meerblick, das war wirklich ein Highlight. Die Essensauswahl war super und auch für uns als Vegetarier sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir waren Ende September dort und haben immer Liegen am Pool bekommen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und schnell. Im Hotel gibt es direkt eine Autovermietung.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht besonders schön und auch der Strand selbst relativ klein und nichts besonderes, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts :-)

We had a very good time and we enjoined the vacation
Pros:

The staff was great and kind , the room was very nice and comfortable, the location was good very close to the beach

Cons:

The temperature of the pool was very very cold, it doesn’t suit to October whether, the food at a la cart restaurant wasn’t good , it was cold and uncooked .

המלון באמת מפנק, רמה גבוהה, הצוות אדיב מאוד ונענה לכל בקשה ומעבר!

Cons:

אנשים תופסים את המיטות על המים משעות הבוקר המאוד מוקדמות ולא מפנים אותן לאורך כל היום , גם כשהם הולכים לשעה שעתיים . הייתי צריכה שיקראו למנהלת בכדי שיפנו לי מיטה שהניחו עליה מגבות בלבד, מבאס.

אין שתיה (מים בארוחת הערב) ומחירים של מים/קולה/זירן
יקרים פי 4 מהרגיל

Es war Traulhaft und die 5 Tage gingen viel zu schnell vorbei.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen privaten Whirlpool mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Es war himmlisch. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall noch mal hin.

Cons:

Die Getränke war teuer. Wir hatten nur Halbpension und mussten für eine Eislatte fast 5€ bezahlen.

Une expérience incroyable !
Pros:

- Resort de luxe proposant un service de qualité. Tout est t’es récent et en excellent état.
- La qualité de la nourriture est remarquable.
- Le All Inclusive propose un choix très variés de boissons de qualité
- Animations tous les soirs/après midi
- Taille du complexe, du restaurant: on ne se sent pas les uns sur les autres.

Cons:

- Certain membres du personnel au bar le soir pouvaient être à la limite du désagréable parfois, sans qu’on sache forcément pourquoi. D’autres étaient adorables (restaurant, reception, bar durant la journée…)
- Il a fallu demander à la réception deux jours de suite car notre chambre avait été oubliée.
- Salle de sport un peu petite

Pros:

Modern decor, variety of rooms, very helpful staff, great food, excellent service, proper brands included in the all inclusive

Cons:

Really very little. A few fine tunes. Could do with another bar potentially a more chilled one, a heads up that the pool / jacuzzi engineer would turn up every morning from nowhere.
