Great rooms but could have slept in the car for the $600+ we spent
Pros:

Great location, extremely clean and amazing comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was so hot. Air Conditioning could not be turned on as it sounded like a jet engine. We were on the ground floor and couldn’t open the window. We could not sleep due to the heat.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, BASIC ROOM.
Pros:

Excellent location, you can walk to wherever you want to go in Banff. If you don't feel like walking, there is a bus stop in front the hotel. Hotel guests get free bus pass. The room is very basic ,nothing fancy, but got the job done.

Cons:

For a basic room the price is expensive, but then again it's the Rockies, and all hotels are expensive

Hat gepasst. Würde ich wieder so machen
Pros:

Super Lage, 10 Gehminuten zur Town.
Parken gratis, entweder hinterm Haus oder in der Garage.
Zimmer in Ordnung, Bad etwas klein.
Zimmer sind sauber und für 3 Personen, so wie es bei uns war, völlig ok von der Größe her.
Preis ist für das Angebot, angebracht.

Cons:

Für ein Zimmer mit 3 Personen lediglich 2 Kleiderhacken.
Check in, ist genau Punkt 16 Uhr, aber auf die Sekunde und nicht im Hotel selber sondern im Nebenhotel.
War in über 150 Hotels, sowas sah ich noch nie.

A/C extremely loud, bed had sticking spring. Location is decent. Receptionist not helpful.
Pros:

Decent location. Free parking.

Cons:

A/C extremely loud, ruined rest completely. The bed mattress had a spring sticking and pocking through the bed sheets. The receptionist was friendly but responded: "Sorry, nothing I can do". Don't recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, the receptionist was helpful, going above and beyond to help us
Pros:

Close to town, good price and staff where helpful

Cons:

Housekeeping knocking on our door, then letting themselves in at 8 in the morning when we where still sleeping

Overpriced for a simple room
Pros:

Nice sized room with a microwave and 4 coffee pods. Toiletries smelt amazing.

Cons:

There's no front desk, you have to go to the hotel next door. No breakfast provided either but the Mexican restaurant next door does a good breakfast. The lighting in the room was poor and as we were ground floor against the street we couldn't open the curtains

Pros:

Banff was a lovely town but very touristy and expensive. I liked the location. Quite central hotel. The sister hotel had a laundry. Very good quality linen, towels and toiletries.

Cons:

Very expensive. Separate sink in the room. Having to go next door to check in and use the laundry.
