This hotel is a good place to stay with excellent staff. However, the accommodation doesn’t match up to the high price.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location was good and there was always a spot available for parking.

Cons:

There wasn’t much space to hang our clothes, nor a table to eat at or place our luggage on. The AC was also very loud making it hard to sleep at night.

Pros:

I was given a bus pass to use the local bus

Cons:

Reception was in a separate building. We weren't told there was a walkway to the red carpet inn. Rather than carting my bag out the front again.

Cons:

The room location of the premises,situated in one of the back corners of the building. Mosquitoes inside the room, complained that
it was explained by the hotel employee that these mosquitoes are not harmful. No facility for drinking water in the room or the building.

Pros:

The bed was big and comfortable and the room had enough space and amenities. Staff at the next door hotel were friendly on checking in and out. Location is good, with an an easy walk into the centre of Banff.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a refresh and the price is fairly high, but to be expected in Banff.

Super Lage. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden. Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Manche Türen konnten wir selbst mit der Zimmerkarte nicht öffnen. Manche waren überhaupt nicht gesichert. Rezeption befindet sich in anderen Hotel. Kein Aufzug direkt von der Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Camera ampia e comoda. Parcheggio disponibile in struttura.

Cons:

Il check-in va fatto nella struttura accanto sarebbe carino scriverlo direttamente sulla porta d'ingresso.
La pulizia di ambienti e asciugamani è migliorabile. Prezzi alti, come molte strutture dei parchi, a quel prezzo sarebbe carino almeno includere la colazione.

Location was great.

Cons:

Ok, so I get that Banff is expensive, but this was way over-priced for what it was. Nowhere to hang anything, filthy balcony and really shoddy housekeeping.
