Pros:

The location is right on the main strip and a short walk to anywhere in Banff

Cons:

The only thing I could think of is the shower head is fixed and cant be adjusted

Pros:

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Parking worked well.

Cons:

No stand to place a suitcase upon. Only TWO hooks on the wall for coats. No closet. Were some of these items deleted during renovations? The shower had no water pressure. We were told that someone would fix it when we were out but the problem remained. We've stayed here several times before and had none of these problems. It makes me consider a different hotel next time.

Everything was good except hot tub issues
Pros:

Easy walk to downtown

Cons:

Hot tub issues. First day fine. Second day couldn’t run jets as chlorine burned eyes. Third day overflowing with foam. Other people agreed so not just my opinion. Maintenance said everything fine

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, check in was easy and parking was good. Walking distance to most things. Had trouble with our heater and it was fixed right away.

Could have been better, but it was good.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located and somewhat discreet. The balcony is a plus. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and willing to assist you if needed.

Cons:

It was a bit tricky to find the front desk because it isn't at the hotel. The room had no closet, so it was impossible to hang clothes. The conditioner was over before the end of our stay and was not replaced by the housekeeping staff
