Pros:

The staff was ok for the most part the breakfast was decent

Cons:

They WiFi and phone reception was terrible couldn’t get no work done couldn’t keep in touch with the children who stayed at home during our vacation and then when we complained about it we was told to use the business center at another hotel they had on site by the front desk receptionist

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

La habitación que nos entregaron tenía un olor muy desagradable. Pedimos cambiar y cuando lo hicieron en la nueva habitación no funcionaba la nevera y el sofá cama estaba demasiado viejo que tenía manchas y estaba hundido en varios lugares.

Ubicación, dependencias y servicio.

Cons:

Sería útil tener dispensadores de agua junto a los de hielo en cada piso, para no tener que bajar al 1er piso a buscar agua caliente o fría.

Won’t be returning to this property.
Pros:

Locations perfect. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at the sister property next door previously and had a great stay. Figured since it was a Marriott it would be the same case but it wasn’t. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. I ended up having to give myself a breathing treatment my asthma was so bad. Parking was supposed to be free but then once we arrived there’s a new charge for it now of $26. The breakfast was pure chaos and so messy. Not enough people to staff it. Everything was cold and gross.

Personal amable, habitación limpia

Cons:

Me cobraron 5 dol. adicionales por dia, me entere el día del check-out. Este cargo no figuraba en ningún momento en la descripción del alojamiento, ni en Booking me fue informado al hacer la reserva ni en recepción. Considero que debería estar aclarado porque uno asume que está incluido.

Great location, price was great
Pros:

Location and that their was 3 hotels that you could use so if you wanted to go to the restaurant at one of the sister hotels you could or use one of the other pools

Cons:

$26 parking is a rip off and it’s not fair you should have some free parking for people that are less fortunate, high prices on the grab and go market that has chips sodas ice cream candy
