We did not even stay here. Your system was down and you could not check us into our room. We needed to find a new hotel at 1am on a Friday night on a holiday weekend! It was horrible. And we don't have a refund yet. I was promised a refund within 48 hours and it has yet to come (it has been a week). Things happen, I understand that but it should be made right and promises should be kept.
I really enjoyed the comfortable room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
There wasn’t much I disliked about my stay. However, the breakfast could have had a little more variety.
The receptionist are the best, they are always with big smile helping in all you need.

Couldn't check in. Referred to another hotel which required another 2 hours in line. Got to bed at 2am. Even though we did not have enough time to enjoy resort, we were charged resort fees.

Across all three rooms booked for our families, we encountered multiple severe issues that made the stay extremely uncomfortable and wholly inappropriate for a paid reservation:
Beds in unacceptable condition: Several mattresses were extremely hard, while others sank completely when lying down, offering no support.
Faulty air conditioning: AC units in multiple rooms were not functioning properly, leaving the rooms hot and uncomfortable.
Poor cleanliness and maintenance: Floors and bathrooms were visibly dirty, with clear signs of inadequate cleaning and poor upkeep.
Curtains damaged and difficult to operate: Curtains were extremely hard to slide, and one curtain in our room broke while attempting to open it.
Sofa bed in unsanitary condition: The sofa bed was heavily stained, with marks that appeared to be from moisture, mold, or possibly bed bugs. This was extremely concerning, especially with children present. We have photographic evidence and will provide it upon request.
Property was nice, clean and spacious. The service was great! Dedo took great care of us!

Algunas salidas de shuttles eran muy temprano y no alcanzaba ni para desayunar. Y un día no nos hicieron el cuarto x error de logistica. Pero bueno, fue un error. Todo lo demas OK.
Worst hotel ever. I changed my room three times in five days and first time saw an insect, the mattresses were broken, we were literally sinking in. Second day, no action taken and then we could smell the burn in the room and my Apple charger cable was burnt too with their electric stupid plugs. And then the bugs, I didn’t sleep whole night due to itching and still I’m back to my house I am cleaning each and everything and still itching after 24 hours
