My family will not be staying here again.

It was old… carpet was coming up in the room, both tvs didn’t work, there was hardly any place to set anything except on the floor or in the kitchen. We had to move the only 2 tables to the bathroom “area”. There was NO counter space there and NO shelving underneath to put toiletries. As a result, the “suite” we paid for was super inconvenient. We booked the suite so we could eat and have a family movie night. Once the tv was fixed we tried, but with no tables, we had to eat on our beds and couldn’t use the main tv for our special night. Very disappointing… Also, we stayed 4 nights and not once did anyone at the guard gate ever stop us or check to make sure we were registered. NOT ONCE.

Dissappinting for Springhill
Pros:

Close to restaurants and shopping also seemed pretty quiet

Cons:

Outdated, I have stayed at several springhill locations before all nice. Was very disappointed by this location room smelt musky/wet beds were sunken in couch was definitely dirty and worn out looking, lighting felt dim, flooring looked old. Overall the property other than the buffet area looked and felt very out dated and worn out. Definitely needs a remodel especially the rooms. Staff was great.

Not the worst but not the best
Pros:

The room was okay. Nothing spectacular but it wasn't bad either. I would stay here again as a last choice or if they had a really good deal. The location is excellent for Disney! The complimentary breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The room needs an upgrade very bad. The faucets were rusty, bathroom countertop was cracked all over and the shower wasn't the cleanest. The Double Room had Full size beds and not Queens so that was a problem too but could be my fault for not reading properly but the beds weren't comfortable at all. Very disappointed in the beds. Parking was $25 per night when most hotels of this caliber have free parking. We stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator area smelled like cigarettes for the 2 days we were there.

It was dirty. We hand to get furniture swapped because of the stench in the room. Customer service was subpar.
