La cercanía con los parques disney
Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a very good selection.
The hot tub wasn’t much warmer than the pool and it was pretty dirty
Breakfast was hot and good with plenty of options. Water pressure in the shower was superb. Proximity to the theme parks was great.
The rooms were a little run down. One mattress had a crater in it. The pull out couch was rusty and very uncomfortable. Tried to contact the front desk while away from the hotel and could not get an answer at all.
It was close to the parks.
We stayed here for two weeks during April. We saved for two years and what happened at this hotel destroyed our time there.
We pre paid for our reservation a month before. When we arrived our credit card details were taken. I woke to a payment of over $1300 pending on my card.
I spoke with reception and they advised that the room wasn’t pre paid. I showed them the payment and they said they hadn’t received it.
I was advised to call booking.com and no more payments would be taken from the credit card. This was unfortunately not the case. Over the course our stay we had over $8000 dollars pending on the card.
I managed to call booking.com. They tried calling the hotel and sent an email to confirm it had been paid but had no response.
The reception were extremely rude and unhelpful. I personally emailed the manager of the hotel and had no response. At this point we were 10 days into our stay with over $8000 pending on the credit card. As you can imagine I wasn’t enjoying the holiday and unable to sleep.
I finally found the manager at the other hotel across the street. He confirmed that we had pre paid and all the pending payments should never had happened. He was apologetic. We have now been home 1 week and are still owed over £700.
Please avoid this hotel. It was a terrible experience for our family and one that I wouldn’t want another family to experience.

Le service des navettes parcs Disney mérite d'être amélioré.
Buena ubicación. Hotel agradable, bastante bien situado para los parques Disney, Disney Springs y el Outlet Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, al que fuimos caminando, dando un paseo. La habitación muy aplia y cómoda. El entorno no está mal, con algún restaurante cerca al que se llega caminando. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar e informar.
El servicio de lanzadera a los parques Disney que se ofrece no es muy útil por la escasez de oferta de horarios. Por lo que al final no lo hemos usado. Algún aspecto de la limpieza de la habitación sería mejorable.

Cobraram estacionamento, $25 dólares por dia, achei um absurdo.
Hôtel très bien situé pour se rendre aux différents parcs, propre et personnel disponible.
Good breakfast, close to Disneyland
This hotel has some sort of bug infestation. The one night we stayed here, I was woken up in the middle of the night itching and now have at least 25 little bug bites all over my legs. Highly dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
