Good friendly staff
Pros:

Location was as advertised - we are from Canada and came to see the Boston bruins game

Cons:

Room was somewhat small, carpets dirty, difficulty getting hot water in the shower which could have been cleaner

Easy check in , good location for concerts, parking in a few steps from the hotel . Everything clean and nice, the mints candies in the entrance was the best 😜

Cons:

Needed paper napkins not provided at breakfast....No real advertised valet parking provided. Had to park our own car at a nearby lot.

The rooms were very unique and cool. Location was amazing and the staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

The Boxer -punching above its weight
Pros:

Lovely, lovely staff (especially Carlos!), great location, comfortable beds. Slippers and robes (not sure if just because we upgraded to room 910). Very clean, lovely breakfast. Beautiful touch of the hand written card. Only 2 small complaints - noisy heating (but it is an old building and it was -13C/55F!) and get that lovely bar area up and running! Will stay again when we return to Boston

Pros:

The location was great for many restaurants within a short walk. It had the ambience of a small hotel, not a crowded corporate hotel.

Cons:

The restaurant doesn’t serve dinner, but that forces you to get out and make your own decisions.

Over all good but could use a little fine tuning - price was a little high fo experience
Pros:

I liked its charm and location - they quickly brought up a plunger when my toilet got clogged

Cons:

The receptionist read my room number and floor out loud for everyone to hear I was with a child and as a woman traveling alone you don’t do that, the coffee maker still had coffee in it and was dirty, the bottom of the shower floor was dirty
