Bellissimo super consigliato
Pros:

Stupendo! La camera era pulita e sistemata, la struttura elegante e la colazione era preparata sul momento dalle chef bravissime dell hotel. Torenero sicuramente appena possibile!

Cons:

In generale mi e' piaciuto tutto, forse la posizione poco collegata da mezzi pubblici ma per il resto tutto perfetto!

Altes aber gutes Hotel
Pros:

Ein vermutlich früher mal sehr edles Hotel, inzwischen etwas abgewohnt aber soweit alles in Ordnung. Guter Service, große Zimmer, tolles Frühstück.

Von Amsterdam doch recht weit entfernt

Все було відмінно, чисті білизна, рушники, гарне місце розташування, дуже класні сніданки, окремо порадувала ванна в номері, дуже привітний персонал.

Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is redelijk uitgebreid. De kamers zijn ruim en op onze kamer was een gescheiden toilet en badkamer met gescheiden bad en douch. Het ligt in een rustig omgeving en centraal gelegen en vlakbij Schiphol. Het enige min-puntje is dat de entree verouderd is en deze eerste indruk onterecht gebleken.

Pros:

Voor ons was de ligging goed, wat misschien niet voor iedereen zo is wie dichter bij centrum Amsterdam wil zijn. Ruime kamer met alles aanwezig. Goed bed en ontbijt. Badkamer ruim maar mag misschien een kleine renovatie ondergaan. Rustig hotel.

Cons:

Over het algemeen was het personeel heel attent en vriendelijk. Barpersoneel uitstekend, nachtreceptionist uitstekend, ontbijtpersoneel goed. Enkel de dagreceptionistes op vrijdagnamiddag mag de eerste iets geïnteresseerder zijn in haar klanten en mag de tweede een donkerharige dame die er na 16 uur zat met haar werk bezig zijn, vriendelijker zijn, attenter zijn en haar neus niet ophalen en aandacht geven aan verblijvers ook al zou ze liever elders zitten. Laat dan liever iemand anders je mooie belangrijke werk doen als het je tegensteekt. Daar trekken we enkele punten voor af want de receptionist is het uithangbord van een hotel en dat moet meteen goed zijn.
