Pros:

El personal, excepcional. Muy limpias las habitaciones y muy bien equipadas.
Estaría bien que tuvieran algunos albornoces de tallas más grande para clientes más voluminosos.

A Golden Treasure
Pros:

The hotel and staff were outstanding. The Breakfasts and suppers were beyong my expectations and the staff went out of their way to make it spectacular. The Spa was relaxing and the staff were also exceptional. Thank you.

Pros:

We stayed in the pink suite for 2 nights. The room was very big and comfortable and very pink, which I loved. It had a huge bed and bath and we could watch planes outside our window. The service was all excellent and the food was amazing. We unfortunately did not get time to use the spa. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

If I return visit to Iceland, I would not pick this hotel first.
Pros:

The location was a bit industrial, but the rooms were adequate and clean. The food was incredible as was the wait staff in the restaurant.

Cons:

The front desk receptionists were not overly helpful or polite.

Bien pero en medio de la nada!
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas, el baño está bien, con buena ducha, toallas, albornoces, todo fenomenal.
Hay parking gratuito.
El personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible por agradar.

Cons:

El hotel está pegado al aeropuerto de vuelos nacionales, lo que implica que está en una zona "desangelada" y el paseo hasta el centro, que cuesta algo menos de media hora, no es agradable.
Las vistas de las habitaciones dan por un lado al aparcamiento del hotel y, por el otro, a las pistas del aeropuerto.
Para utilizar la piscina hay que pagar y, en los pocos hoteles con piscina que he estado, siempre había sido el acceso gratis.

Bom e confortável para uma breve estadia
Pros:

Localização do Hotel para quem pretende sair da Capital rapidamente para fazer o Curculo Dourado. Por exemplo demora cerca de 50 min a chegar à Blue Lagos desde o Hotel e com tranquilidade. Pequeno Almoço bom, não excelente mas bom. Para quem gosta tinha máquina de café expresso no quarto que começa a ser um extra raro em hotéis com esta classificação

Cons:

Não tivemos tempo para dizer se gostamos ou não de alguma coisa, mas o Hotel t as valências mínimas. Considero os preços excessivos, mas na Islândia os preços das refeições são elevados. Cama e colchão ligeiramente melhor que a média oferecida pelos hotéis no Norte da Europa (pessoalmente prefiro colchões mais rijos) e normalmente são extremamente moles.
