Great stay at the Hilton Grand Beach
Pros:

Great stay, wonderful staff, nice accommodations. Had an issue with the A/C leaking in the one bedroom. Noticed it at 2330. Called front desk and they immediately sent up someone with towels to soak up the water. Informed me maintenance would work on it first thing the next morning. The tech came the next morning, fixed the problem. Front desk offered another suite if we wanted to move. Handled very professionally.

Pros:

A estadia foi muito boa, quarto confortável e perfeito para família. Reservamos um apto com dois quartos, mas chegando lá o elevador do prédio quebrou, nos mudaram para um apto de três quartos - espaçoso e bem distribuído. As acomodações são mais antigas e o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão, mas no restante foi excelente. Equipe atenciosa, localização excelente (perto dos parques, e de supermercados e restaurantes).

Our Go-to Family Resort
Pros:

This is our sixth year at Grand Beach for our annual family gathering. We love the spacious 3BR units and the huge veranda with a view. The resort is located on Lake Bryan, we enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, hammocks and chairs, and wildlife along the lakefront. The pools are large, there is a putt-putt course, and two really nice play areas for kids. Also tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. The grounds are beautiful, they even have several herb and vegetable gardens they plant each year.

Teníamos una habitación con 3 recamaras y 3 baños.. somos una familia de 5 asi que estábamos muy cómodos, la cocina bien equipada y contaba con lavadora y secadora.. muy cómodo para una estancia larga

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Lots of space, very spacious place, pools are great and the view on the lake is amazing. Bathrooms are big and well equiped.

Cons:

Airconditionning is making a lot of noise :-/

I think there are nicer places for the same price.
Pros:

Three bedroom condos.

Cons:

The place overall seems a little outdated for the price. It is like they renovated the bathrooms and the countertops but everything else is back in the early 2000’s. I also requested a free cancellation for the one day we were staying and it was declined. Then we get asked for breakfast to hear about a timeshare.
