Un hôtel idyllique
Pros:

Un accueil sympathique, un jardin magnifique, une piscine immense et un appartement extraordinaire avec sa salle de bains romaine à colonnes. Notre fille n'en revenait pas d'avoir elle-même sa propre salle de bains!
Une terrasse agréable donnant sur les jardins et le lac.
Un décor magnifique : le lac, le ponton et les hamacs sous les palmiers mais gare aux alligators.
Un accès en voiture aux pacs Disney en quelques minutes seulement.

Me colocaram em um prédio que estava sendo reformado toda a varanda e a barulheira a partir das 10 hs e os homens trabalhando,. Lamentável. Mas trocaram.
Me cobraram 10 dólares por noite de estacionamento o que não tinha escrito em nenhum lugar.
Já tinha pago a taxa resort. Quero saber qeum vai me devolver.

We've stayed here before, so this visit was a little disappointing.

About a week before our trip, I called to request a ground-floor villa, and the hotel noted my request. Then, while we were driving to the resort on our arrival day, I called again because my GPS showed we'd arrive around 3:00 p.m. I asked if there was any chance our room would be ready early. The employee told me there was a high likelihood it would be, so we headed straight to the resort instead of finding something else to do until the 4:00 p.m. check-in time.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. At 3:00 the room wasn't ready, which I completely understood because check-in wasn't until 4:00. But then 4:00 came... then 4:30... then 4:45... then 5:00... and we still didn't have a room. We finally got in around 5:20 p.m. Had I been told it probably wouldn't be ready until later, I would've gladly adjusted my plans instead of spending over two hours waiting.

Less than 15 minutes after we got settled, maintenance knocked and then opened our door while saying they were looking for a DVD player left behind by the previous guest. Thankfully we were dressed, but no one should be opening a guest's door like that. It also made me question how thoroughly the room had been inspected before we arrived. Later, when we opened the sofa bed, we found an empty Go-Gurt container.

There were also several maintenance issues. One toilet sounded like it was trying to shake the building every time it flushed, another took forever to refill, and thankfully the third one acted like a normal toilet. So yes, all three toilets definitely had three different personalities. One of the switches for the screened porch ceiling fan didn't work, and at one point the room phone only gave a busy signal, so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone.

The other surprise was the parking fee.
