Sängen var helt OK men kuddarna var både höga och väldigt hårda. Vi vaknade bägge med ont i nacken.
Deras restaurang var stängd under helgen, vi fick leta restaurang ute i stan.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, facilement accessible en voiture avec places de parking gratuites. Tram A9 à 8 min à pieds pour le centre ou le dome. Proche commerces Aldi.
Hôtel proposant des chambres triples avec 3 vrais lits confortables (pas de canapé lit),.le top....
Le bar ferme à 23h précise mais possible d'acheter une boisson à l'accueil.
Le soir on a eu un monsieur sympathique à l'accueil parlant français.

Cons:

Salle de bain propre mais les murs peints ne sont pas lavés (beaucoup de traces) et la porte est défoncée.
Le couloir au 2eme étage est à refaire (porte et murs défoncés)
La personne de l'après midi à l'accueil était froide et non souriante

At least we were refunded and stayed over at the Crown Plaza in Antwerp instead.

Cons:

The hotel is seriously run down. The rooms are dirty and stains on the bedding and walls. Disgusting.

Vuile kamers - Chaotisch en onvriendelijk personeel

- De check-in, en het personeel, was nogal chaotisch.
Ik trachtte in te checken en de medewerker die bezig was met het verwerken van mijn check-in, gaf dit plotseling over naar haar collega. Geen uitleg waarom. Misschien was het einde van haar shift of iets dergelijks maar dat is onbeleefd
Ze stapte letterlijk, zonder iets te zeggen, opzij en haar collega nam het dan vervolgens over.

- Vuile kamers. Zie foto's. Je zou denken dat een beetje verf in het budget zou zitten van een Tulip Inn Hotel maar klaarblijkelijk is het management te gierig. Ik zou me schamen om zulke hotelkamers, of enige kamers tout court, aan te bieden maar de hotelmanager bezit die eigenschap helaas niet.

Very dirty in tbe bathrooms,smellimg bad,they have just a bad breakfeast,cold boiled eggs ,some of them full of hair directly betwen the others eggs,tbe omlete eggs cold and like plastic,the cofee was bit normal,no hot milk,not normal nothing.After the braekfeast i was go up stairs and vomit all,my belly was pain me seversl hours,i travel to airoport in very bad situation .Because of the bad breakfeast..My stomac was continued bas for several days.Desapointed.
