Good but not Great.
Pros:

Fantastic Views and Sunsets from the hotel.
Great pool, Room was ok, though I would question why a smart TV but no internet connection!?
Excellent housekeeping.
As many people have said the staff are very good. Especially Martina and the team at breakfast also Christian at the outdoor bar and Alexandro at the pool was very helpful. The wine tour was fun.
They are the good bits.
The not so good was, as mentioned in other reviews - the food!
Other than breakfast it was very disappointing. We struggled to find any food we liked. Mostly fish, probably containing microplastic! (more on that below). The room service menu was so limited and amateur! There was no menu in the room. The hotel chef needs to realise that if food is coming back still on plates uneaten they need to change something! It took us three days before we found the bar menu and realised we could order from that! We ordered pizza and it was woeful! Thick crust, burnt, soggy middle, quite embarrassing!!
The area round the hotel is also very disappointing, lots of litter and fly tipping! What are the authorities doing?!!!!! Does anyone care that the litter and microplastic goes in the sea which the fish digest and then gets eaten by humans? We saw lots of this in the area, very sad!

Excellent service, heated pool and stunning sunset views over the sea — a perfect and relaxing Sicilian retreat.
Pros:

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and relaxing setting. The service was excellent throughout — attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the stunning sunset views over the sea and vineyards. A perfect place to unwind in western Sicily.

Für das sizilianische Erlebnis perfekt.
Pros:

Wahrscheinlich die schönste Masseria auf Sizilien. Pool ist auch im April geheizt. Die gesamte Anlage sehr gut gepflegt. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön zum Frühstück.
Perfektes Frühstück, aber dass man dann für frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen extra zahlen soll ist nicht angemessen.
Die Preise beim Lunch und Dinner sind der außerordentlichen Lokalität angepasst und außerordentlich hoch. Das Essen ist auf gutem, aber nicht auf hohem Niveau.
Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich, die Weinberatung exzellent. Danke Giacomo.
Nach Marsala sind es 20 Minuten. Die Altstadt ist liebenswert. Und nicht versäumen Baglio Florio zu besuchen.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte die Suite 201. Details der handwerklichen Instandhaltung müssen überarbeitet werden: Lose Handtuchhalter, kein Wasserdruck auf der Dusche, klappernde Eingangstüre etc..

A stunning location & fantastic staff
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 days in April. The location was stunning. Our room was entry level and was adequate. The staff were all so lovely, everyone tried really hard, which we appreciated.

Classy Beautiful Resort
Pros:

A beautiful resort with panaramic views and beautiful grounds and infinity pool. The deluxe room was very comfortable and clean. We received a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which we very much enjoyed. We rented e-bikes at this resort and rode to the bike trail along the coast by the salt pans. An unforgettable experience. The breakfast had a wide selection of choices with a wonderful presentation and all delicious. Dinners were outstanding as well. Sit by the window at dinner if possible to see the sunset. We went in April so it was less crowded and very relaxing. The service and staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this resort.
