Wonderful Stay Near Wawel Castle
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay from the clean room, attentive staff, size of the room, the yummy morning breakfast (including the classic lunch they made for us to take with us when we left the hotel at 3:40am to catch our early flight), and the location... right in Old Town within walking distance and minutes away from the Wawel Castle and the town square. If you need help setting up tours in the area the staff are helpful in doing this along with arranging pick up and drop off at the Krakow Airport.

Ben situat, esmorzar bo, habitacio ample, dutxa amb pressió molt be!!

Cons:

A les tardes se sentia un soroll fort que venia del pis del costat, per sort a les 22:30 parava.

Vraiment parfait
Pros:

Position extrêmement centrale. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très complet et excellent. Confort et équipement impeccables. Un sans faute.

Cons:

À savoir que si vous voulez profiter de la vue exceptionnelle sur les églises en face c’est que vous serez sur une rue piétonne qui est parfois animée.

Bina çok güzel. Otelin konumu, çevresi çok güzel. Kahvaltı çok güzel. Odanın, yataklar güzel. Bizi yaşam yemeği için yönlendirdikleri restoranda çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Çatı katındaki odamızda pencereler küçüktü. Çatıya pencere yapılmış. Manzara yoktu.

Perfect location to be
Pros:

Perfect location just off the main square- next to a prosecco and Oyster bar, great staff- nothing too much trouble.-Great selection at breakfast both hot and cold. Would recommend and stay here again

Cons:

Rooms at the front of the hotel could be noisy if you had the window open

Great central hotel , No good if you’re a light sleeper though
Pros:

Nice clean hotel , comfy room , good breakfast

Cons:

Too noisy from the Champagne and Oyster bar if you’re a light sleeper !!!

Perfekt beliggenhet ift gamlebyen og kongressenter vi var deltagere ved. Gåavstand til det meste. Stille og rolig. God frokost. Fint med minibar og kaffe på rommet. Rent og pent. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

For meg var sengen for hard og ingen utsikt fra hotellrommet.

Perfect hotel in central location - highly recommended.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a central location, a few minutes from main square and many other points of interest. We had a lovely big room on the 4th floor (be aware though that the lift only goes to 3rd floor then you walk up last flight of stairs). As we were high up, we didn't hear any noise from street below. Great breakfast buffet, beautifully presented and kept well stocked by the staff. Room was nice and warm too. Ironing board, shoe cleaning equipment, mini fridge, room safe, large dispenser bottles of toiletries provided - all good quality. Comfy bed and we slept really well after busy days walking around Krakow.

Cons:

No complaints at all.
