Great central hotel , No good if you’re a light sleeper though
Pros:

Nice clean hotel , comfy room , good breakfast

Cons:

Too noisy from the Champagne and Oyster bar if you’re a light sleeper !!!

Perfekt beliggenhet ift gamlebyen og kongressenter vi var deltagere ved. Gåavstand til det meste. Stille og rolig. God frokost. Fint med minibar og kaffe på rommet. Rent og pent. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

For meg var sengen for hard og ingen utsikt fra hotellrommet.

Perfect hotel in central location - highly recommended.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a central location, a few minutes from main square and many other points of interest. We had a lovely big room on the 4th floor (be aware though that the lift only goes to 3rd floor then you walk up last flight of stairs). As we were high up, we didn't hear any noise from street below. Great breakfast buffet, beautifully presented and kept well stocked by the staff. Room was nice and warm too. Ironing board, shoe cleaning equipment, mini fridge, room safe, large dispenser bottles of toiletries provided - all good quality. Comfy bed and we slept really well after busy days walking around Krakow.

No complaints at all.

Gorgeous little stay
Pros:

Just back from a gorgeous stay in krakow Monday to Friday. The hotel was suited int eh old town ideal to get straight in the square 5-10 minute walk.
The rooms were old worldly but has everything you need for your trip. Breakfast was lovely maybe a bow of porridge would have been amazing but not a massive problem definitely would stay again.

Romantico indimenticabile
Pros:

Struttura centrale a pochi passi a piedi dalla piazza principale . Hotel a 4 stelle pulitissimo e con materassi cuscini e doccia nuovissime . Il personale parla inglese . Vi consiglio se pagate col pos di richiedere la valuta originale perché nell addebito ci sono circa 30 eur di più in euro . Ho molto apprezzato che prima delle 7 se hai una gita come noi avevamo con partenza prestissimo per Auschwitz su richiesta trovi il packet lunch gratuito al posto della colazione non usufruita con dolce e panini succhi . Vale anche per i voli molto presto al mattino . La colazione purtroppo a poco di dolce e molto di salato ma comoda certo poi uscendo prima della piazza c è il più buon negozio di paczki …bomboloni fritti ripieni marmellata crema cioccolato tipo le nostre bombe a tutti i gusti …creano dipendenza . In generale sono stata bene l unico disagio è che la vicinanza al confine ucraino un po si sente … e stando lì ci si pensa a volte .

Fine for one night.
Pros:

Lovely staff and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was top floor with only shoe box size windows and sky lights. Would not have booked if I’d known this. Thankfully we were only staying one night. The lift did also not go to the top floor and I had to carry my whole family luggage up another members weren’t able to manage it.
