It was great for first time traveler. But will choose something off the beating pass next time
Pros:

The walls were paper thin on the 4th floor, to which there is no elevator, you must take stairs.
The neighbors were supper loud till dawn.
The location is great, however it is right on the main touristy street, expect a lot of noice from the streets way past midnight.

Excellent location
Pros:

The location is excellent in the heart of old town walkable to almost everything you wish to see. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc.

Cons:

Beds are very soft, and because it’s a historic sight they still use actual keys for the doors on the rooms. These locks constantly stick making it difficult to lock and unlock the doors

Excellent location for exploring historic Krakow from a comfortable hotel base.
Pros:

Nice hotel in a very central old town location. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Wohnen wie zu Hause im Herzen der Stadt Krakau
Pros:

Service und Freundlichkeit in diesem Hotel sind kaum zu übertreffen. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang haben mir im Vorfeld einen Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Weil es schon um 6 Uhr losging, wurde mir ein Lunch-Paket überreicht, das ich später mit Genuss verzehrt habe während der Wartezeit am Terminal. Die Lage des Hotels ist außerordentlich gut und deshalb ist es vor der Türe selbstverständlich trubeliger als in einer Nebenstraße weit ab vom Schuss. Da muss man sich eben entscheiden: mittendrin und voller Leben oder lieber abseits und still. Ich weiß, was mir besser gefällt!

Visita alla bella Cracovia
Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, la vicinanza al centro circa 5 minuti a piedi e il silenzio nella struttura. Colazione abbondante e variegata dal dolce al salato
Strano a dirsi ma c'era anche un ottimo caffè fatto con macchinetta ma con chicchi macinato al momento. Consigliatissimo!

I went with my daughter and I couldn’t have picked a nicer place, would definitely recommend. So central and with a fish
Pros:

Location was perfect. Situated in the middle of the Main Street, surrounded by lovely cafes.

Cons:

The property was lovely, only one thing to point out really there was not a spare plug next to the bed for your phone, an important asset in todays society.

Wonderful Stay Near Wawel Castle
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay from the clean room, attentive staff, size of the room, the yummy morning breakfast (including the classic lunch they made for us to take with us when we left the hotel at 3:40am to catch our early flight), and the location... right in Old Town within walking distance and minutes away from the Wawel Castle and the town square. If you need help setting up tours in the area the staff are helpful in doing this along with arranging pick up and drop off at the Krakow Airport.
