Krótkie spotkanie z Krakowem
Pros:

Hotel w idealnym miejscu jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Krakowa, pyszne i świeże śniadania, przemiła pani w recepcji, hotel oferuje też dodatkowo płatny parking w bliskiej odległości, szczerze polecam.

Heel goed gelegen mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Centrale ligging, ideaal om de stad te verkennen. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Mooi hotel. Mooie kamer.

Cons:

De ligging is top maar vraag best een kamer die niet aan de straatkant ligt want er is wel redelijk wat straatlawaai. Dit is de straat die naar het grote plein gaat en waar dus veel volk passeert. Goed ontbijt, maar redelijk klassiek.

Fabulous hotel which won’t disappoint
Pros:

Fabulous location, exceptionally clean, wonderful helpful staff

Cons:

Quite warm in breakfast area
Would be nice if there was a lounge /bar area for guests to have a drink

Pros:

We really like the location it was Central to everything and easy to find the hotel the transfer from the airport was efficient we also liked our room which was spacious and provided wine glasses for us,which was a nice touch the shower was very good the staff were very good and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

A fantastic quaint place to stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Location is unbeatable in the heart of Old Town and near everything that is abuzz in Krakow.

Breakfast was included and exceptional, the fresh made scrambled eggs are a very nice and appreciated touch.

Cons:

Nothing- all good for me. If you have a mobility issue, avoid the fourth floor as that requires steps to get to.

Great hotel in perfect location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were great and friendly. Big clean room at the back so had no street noise. Fantastic breakfast and all in a perfect location.

Hotel spokojny, niby w centrum a trochę na uboczu. Pokoik gustowny, wygodny materac. Urozmaicone śniadanie. Czuć historię dzięki odkrytym, 13w murom w podziemiu.
