Location and facilities are very good. Very clean

Cons:

Some staff need retraining on service . Plates etc left on the tables for nearly an hour. A couple we very miserable and unhelpful. The rest made it better though

10/10 - perfection
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and understanding. The room was very clean. The location was PERFECT. We had a balcony and it was just so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. I would definitely return here.

Perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location! Right in the heart of old town, walk out the front door into the action! Lovely staff at reception!

Cons:

We seemed to be in a bit of an iffy WiFi spot, in one corner the WiFi would always drop out and in the other it was amazing

Excellent stay in Krakow
Pros:

Very clean, staff helpfulness and friendliness. Excellent location and lovely breakfast

Cons:

If we come again which we hope to, we would try to book a room on the third floor. The windows on the 4th floor were very small and low and it was difficult to take full advantage of the lovely street view

Most amazing stay best in Europe
Pros:

Breakfast was the best I have encountered in Europe.
Fresh and plentiful.
Location was amazing close to all parts of Krakow sights and restaurants.
Staff went up and beyond to provide excellent service
Cleanliness of rooms was excellent cleaned everyday

Pros:

Chambre de bonne taille, propre. Belle salle de bain. L'emplacement est super, tout proche de la grand place, très pratique pour aller visiter la ville. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits.

Cons:

Notre chambre au 1er étage donnait sur une cour minuscule, donc là chambre était constamment dans la pénombre. Aucune luminosité ni visibilité. Comme nous restions 4 nuits, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui nous a été refusé.
Le petit-déjeuner était aussi assez décevant, le premier jour, tout était presque vide et ça n'a pas été réapprovisionné. D'ailleurs, nous n'avons vu personne de l'hôtel.
Bref, pas mal de déception pour cet hôtel.
