Przepyszny chleb na śniadaniu, bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji i zaskoczyła mnie przestronność łazienki, bo była duża. Ogromny plus - lokalizacja hotelu.

Cons:

Warto dać informacje odnośnie możliwości zrobienia jajecznicy na śniadaniu. Gdybym nie przeczytała wcześniej opinii sama bym nie wieszała. Pokoje mało szczelne, wszystko było słychać z korytarza. Następnym razem warto aby panie sprzątające gdy ścielą łóżko odkładały w normalny sposób rzeczy gości np. Piżamę. Wracając do pokoju zastałam swoją piżamę która była rzucona na ścianę - połowa piżamy była na ścianie a połowa na łóżku.

Super little Gem.
Pros:

Well, what can I say. My brother and I along with a friend have had the most wonderful time in Krakow over the past 4 days (18-22 Jan) made more so by this wonderful hotel. Located in a prime position, everything was on our doorstep with all the sights within a 5 minute walking distance. Front of house reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful to any of our requirements. The breakfast buffet was superb with the waitress serving up scrambled eggs and bacon to us each day along with hot frankfurters. For those not wanting a hot meal the continental buffet was seriously splendid. Having loaded up on breakfast we wanted for nothing until dinner. Although Krakow is quieter at this time of year, the high level of service remains the same. First Class Service, First Class Hotel. A pleasure to have stayed🥳🥳

comfortable hotel in a good location - good value for money -and I would book this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was great inthe centre of the old town and easy to walk from the hotel to main sites and attractions.
friendly staff and we were able to check in early.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

Cons:

The bathroom shower head needed fixing, but it didnt stop is showering (just very wet floor).

Pros:

Vi bodde i rum 35 blev ej störda. Frukosten var gudomlig god mycket att välja på. Rekommenderar detta hotell
Kommer att åka tillbaka nära till stora torget. Receptionen hjälpte till att ringa taxi. Fick en karta över Krakow väldigt bra.

Cons:

Sängarna gled isär. Kallt på rummet men det ordnade städerskan med varma filter
Kallt på toalettgolvet ingen golvvärme

Very good hotel and nice and central.
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast, however the restaurant for lunch and evening meals and drink were very limited, no red wine. Good choice of excursion.

Viešbučio nerekomenduotume ir antrąsyk negrįžtume.
Pros:

Viešbučio vieta puiki. Pusryčiai geri. Deja, tai vieninteliai jo privalumai.

Cons:

Antro aukšto numeryje tvyrojo pelėsių kvapas. Lovos čiužinys buvo nugulėtas ir deformuotas. Langai - be jokios garso izoliacijos, todėl nuolat gyvenome gatvės triukšme, kuris naktį jau buvo sunkiai ištveriamas, negelbėjo net ausų kamštukai. Normaliai neišsimiegojome.
