Important information:

Please note that the credit card used to book the reservation must be presented upon check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.

Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

Please note the resort does not offer daily maid service. For weekly stays, the resort will provide 1 mid-week cleaning.

Excellent stay with great price!
Pros:

Locations is great! The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. I strongly appreciate the no pets policy. I suffer from allergies. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very noisy corner rooms and of course no breakfast area.

Great Place to stay but not the best class of people around it.
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast nor did I see any.
The location was great however see the negative comments.
Great Staff Very friendly
When it rains the walkways are extremely slippery but great landscaping

Cons:

The location was great however the neighborhood was TERRIBLE !
The McDonalds across the street seems to attack low class people and guys in gang wear.
The other 2 corners have a gas station and Cactus Jacks Used Car lot and a lot on gang members
I would strongly suggest some security for the premises
On my first night 12 police cars screamed by my window and stopped a few blocks down @nd night I counted 6

Große Zimmer in Tucson als super Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkundigen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit Wohnbereich, Küche und separaten Schlafzimmer. Leider ist das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten waren kostenfrei und zahlreich vorhanden.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

I like that it is very clean. Very comfortable.My grandkids love it. All the games and pool keeps them busy and having fun.

Cons:

It would've been nice to get a room with a balcony not by the busy street where we can hear all the traffic and sirens going on all night.

Although the price was quite fair for the space, we would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious, more like a small apartment. Bed was fairly comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean.

Cons:

The noise from the street was incredibly loud and made sleep horrible. We requested a quiet room away from traffic but were not given one although we booked far ahead. Most of the kitchen was well appointed, but the coffee maker had incompatible filters and the front desk person was annoyed and unfriendly when we asked for some that would work. The 10am checkout time is pretty stressful if you haven't slept well.
