Priced ok, similar hotels were cheaper by a little. But the hassle free check in make it worth the few extra bucks.

It was very underwhelming and I don't think I got the quality I paid for.
Pros:

The only thing I would say that I liked was the location of where the accommodation was. They also allowed us to check in a bit earlier even though they were not friendly with us.

Cons:

I booked a room for 4 people and we could hardly fit on the beds provided. The rooms were extremely tiny with hardly any space to move. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. I will not be going back to this particular accommodation.

BED BUGS, NON-EXISTENT BREAKFAST, DIRTY ROOM, AND UNFRIENDLY FRONT DESK STAFF

I’m warning you, this is going to be very long.
First of all, when I arrived with my three very heavy suitcases, I was informed that the room was upstairs with no elevator. I asked if I could get some help, and the guy at the front desk told me “yes, if you give a little something (cash),” which is absolutely ridiculous considering I paid over $2,000 for this stay. The least you can do is show some basic compassion.
After I told him I didn’t have cash and that, as a young woman traveling alone, it would be very difficult for me to carry all my suitcases upstairs by myself, he eventually agreed to help me.
When I got to the room, it looked clean at first glance, but only on the surface. When I moved the bed slightly, it was absolutely disgusting. The same thing under all the furniture and under the mini fridge. There was so much dirt coming out from underneath that I had to go find the cleaning lady myself and ask to vacuum the room on my own.
On top of that, every time housekeeping came, the “clean” towels were full of hair, probably from the cleaning staff. Once again, completely disgusting.
As for breakfast, it basically doesn’t exist, so don’t get fooled. All you get is milk, orange juice, and packaged chocolate croissants. The location is also terrible: it’s literally at the entrance, right at the reception desk, with no chairs or seating area at all.
And finally, the worst part: the rooms are infested with bed bugs. The whole family was bitten for several days. We showed this to the front desk and they changed our room, but the damage was already done.
My advice: please avoid this place at all costs.
