I would like to submit a complaint regarding my recent 3-night stay in New York, for which I paid $805.

I was disappointed with the overall experience and the limited breakfast provided. The breakfast consisted only of coffee, juice, milk, and a few granola bars, with no proper food options available.

Considering the price paid for the accommodation, I found the quality of the stay and the breakfast offering unsatisfactory. I believe the breakfast provision did not meet my reasonable expectations when booking the property.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and consider a partial refund of $240 as compensation for my disappointing experience.

I look forward to your response and a fair resolution.

El alojamiento calidad precio está bien, buena ubicación, el personal de limpieza muy agradable

Cons:

pone desayuno incluido y SOLO tienen napolitanas de chocolate y café, ese es el desayuno que dan, después el trato del personal de recepción bastante desagradable, no nos han querido guardar las maletas el último día, hemos pagado a otro hotel para que nos las guardara durante el último día hasta ir al aeropuerto
