Pros:

comfy and good size. good location right next to the station with regular trains going into stockholm city.

Cons:

the shared bathrooms are not private and very exposed

Hotel Expo- exceptional
Pros:

Totul exceptional. Personal de calitate, profesioniști in totalitate. Camere curate, baile si dușurile funcționale si curate, dotate cu tot ce trebuie. De asemenea micul dejun foarte bogat in produse gustoase si delicioase. Mulțumesc.

Cons:

Понятие чистоты в отеле игнорируется полностью. Когда мы зашли в номер впервые, выяснилось что его не убрали после предыдущего гостя- постель не заправлена, на полу стоит пакет с мусором. Мы обратились на ресепшн и девушка отправила туда горничную. Спустя минут 40 нам сказали что комната готова и мы можем заселиться. Мы зашли во второй раз- постельное белье заменили, мусор вынесли но (!) пол был не вымыт и даже не подметён- везде валялся мусор и волосы. Мы снова обратились на ресепшн и выяснилось что горничная уже ушла, поэтому номер убирал мужчина, в обязанности которого, как я поняла, это не входило. Спустя ещё минут 40 мы наконец смогли заселиться. При попытке сходить в душ выяснилось что одно из полотенец нам досталось с большими желтыми пятнами, а слив в душе забит волосами. Но времени и сил снова идти на ресепшн уже не было. Мы приехали в Стокгольм на концерт, к началу которого в итоге опоздали благодаря сервису отеля. Последней каплей стали пятна на наматраснике (нет, я не лезла туда специально, их было прекрасно видно на торце кровати невооружённым взглядом).
За все время ожидания нам дважды предложили прохладные напитки, за что спасибо, т.к в Стокгольме в тот день было очень жарко. Но на этом всё. Я обратилась в письменном виде к администрации отеля, но письма были проигнорированы.
