Pros:

Muito central. Perto da estação Central e dos tranportes públicos.
Boa área de quarto. Camas e roupas confortáveis. Mudança de toalhas diárias e bem lavadas e boa limpeza diária.
Com aquecimento. Sossegado durante a noite.
Pequeno almoço agradável e suficiente com um pouco de tudo (menos bolos).
Espaço para deixar as malas após check-out.

Great for one night
Pros:

Busy area, lots of restaurants, close to central station , front desk staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good

Posizione centrale vicinissima alla stazione e molto comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi o con i mezzi. Hotel pulito e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritornerei. Comodità del deposito bagagli gratuito sia prima del check in che dopo check out. Camere spaziose senza moquette. Colazione con scelta di dolci un po' limitata ma comunque accettabile considerando il prezzo.

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable.
Pros:

La ubicación en una calle principal a 5’ andando de la estación central. El personal muy amable y el desayuno cumplidor. Relación calidad precio muy bien.

Average hotel stay

The polite reception staff. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Cons:

The linen didn't get changed, they just remade the bed. The TV had no remote. Had to go to reception and request one and as one wasn't spare within hand reach of the night reception man, I was told I couldn't have one. So I asked him to get it from the previous room I was booked in.
They only accept credit cards for the deposit of damages.
Continental breakfast only contained fruit juice, bacon, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs and baked beans. Cheese slices, salami and ham. Oranges on toast days and apples and oranges on one day. Yoghurt muesli and cornflakes. That was breakfast. Not the greatest variety. No tea or coffee in the room or equipment to prepare them. Not allowed to take food into the room, not anywhere to eat it if required. No referral of where to go or what to do. No information why your room has a phone or how it can be used. No waiting staff during breakfast either.
