A due passi dal Ponte Carlo
Pros:

La posizione centralissima a due passi dal ponte Carlo, l'ampiezza della stanza e il personale molto garbato. Viaggiavo assieme ai miei cani e mi hanno fatto trovare in camera le ciotole, due cucce e degli snack di benvenuto

Cons:

L'hotel non ha un proprio parcheggio e a differenza di quando si chiamava hotel Leonardo non ha il servizio di valet o tantomeno ha provveduto a stipulare una convenzione con dei garage limitrofi alla struttura. Alla reception si sono limitati a fornire indicazioni per raggiungere due garage dal costo esagerato soprattutto perché uno di questi non è neppure custodito. La colazione è sia dolce sia salata ma molto ripetitiva.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, creating a positive first impression. The hotel was clean throughout, our room was well presented, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a good selection.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues during our stay. However, what stood out was the way they were handled - the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care, resolving the situation to our satisfaction. While it's always disappointing when problems arise, the hotel's customer service and willingness to put things right deserve recognition.

Cute boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are very spacious. We had a gorgeous loft style room. My kids had a room that wasn’t as modern but very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Verão 37 graus de temperatura e o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando nos quartos....o pior nao foi nem isso. Estávamos alocados pro quarto do ultimo andar, com o sol literalmente na cabeça e pequenas janelas no telhado.Falaram que nao tinha como nada ser feito porque o hotel estava cheio e aí o ar condicionado nao estava dando vazão. Nos entregaram um ventilador...sim!!!Disseram que nao tinham mais outros quartos disponíveis mas checamos no booking e havia outros quartoa disponíveis pro mesmo dia.Apos muita insistência, nos trocaram pra um quarto de categoria inferior o qual o ar condicionado também nao estava funcionando. No final das contas fomos para a rua e voltamos as 22h30 e continuava sem funcionar. Ainda bem que pedimos a um outro funcionário chamado Hamsa que prontamente explicou que o AC havia sido reparado e que ia nos alocar pra um quarto melhor. A grande questão foi o despreparo dos funcionários para resolver a questao.Teria sido mais facil e esclarecedor que eles nos explicassem que eles iriam reparar o AC até a noite e nos tranquilizassemos...mas na verdade eles so falaram " é assim mesmo, nao temos o que fazer, esta muito quente la fora e o ar nao esta dando confa,toma aqui um ventilador".

Heerlijk, luxe hotel op een top locatie.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was immens. Wat een mooie kamer en de mensen ontzettend aardig. Locatie was helemaal top en het ontbijt.

Best place to stay in Prague
Pros:

Last month, my wife and friends were traveling through Prague and happened to choose the Hotel Bookquet for our 3-day stay.

Being that it was Summer, we were very fortunate to book the last two rooms they had open.

Rewis was working the front desk and he was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Upon checking in, the rooms were very clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Throughout our three-day stay, all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and great representatives of the hotel.

Their breakfast buffet, which was included in the price of the stay, was sumptuous and very nicely presented. Every one of us went back for seconds.

The two who stood out the most for us were Rewis and Mohammed. Whenever we needed anything, even if it was out of the ordinary, they helped us. From getting ice and glasses for our beverages after the restaurant/bar was closed, to allowing us to use the restaurant after it had closed to play card games.

On the last day, we met the Director of the Hotel, Martina Cermakova. She was very gracious and accommodating to us and you can tell that her staff take their direction from her when it comes to customer service.

If you are traveling through Prague, even if it is for a short period of time, I would highly recommend the Hotel Bookquet. You'll be glad that you did.
