Excellent emplacement mais ne vaut pas ses 5 étoiles (plutôt 3)
Pros:

Très bon emplacement au centre ville proche de tout ce qu'il y avait à voir.
Tout l'hôtel est très propre.
Le personnel est à l'écoute mais pas très efficace: il aura fallu répéter une demande pour qu'elle soit enfin exécutée.

Cons:

Très froid dans la chambre et la salle de bain: le chauffage était en panne, mais le personnel n'a rien dit (sauf quand je me suis plaint).
Aucune bouteille d'eau gratuite ! C'est la moindre des choses dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, non ?
2 mini bouteilles de 5cl de savon : même pas moyen de se laver les cheveux avec si peu !
Petit-déjeuner ok, mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles où il faudrait plus de choix. La confiture n'est même pas dans des récipients individuels, mais seulement dans des soucoupes !
Bref, ce n'est pas digne d'une 5 étoiles mais plutôt équivalent à un bon 3 étoiles.

Very pleased with this hotel.
Pros:

We liked everything. The room was big (junior suite), very clean, modern toilet and shower, big TV, comfy bed, fast WiFi (not that this matters)...
Breakfast was very good, no complaints there and the dining area outside in the middle court was very charming. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I'd also like to add, that whole hotel (reception, hallways, room) were exceptionally clean. I don't think i've ever seen a hotel clean as this one. Even the white walls looked like they were just freshly painted. Overall, very good experience and I really recommend this hotel to everyone. When we visit the Prague again, this will be the first hotel of choice.

Cons:

I have no complaints whatsoever.

Pros:

Krasny cisty hotel na vyborne lokalite, vsude to je kousek. Prijemny personal, krasne v ivnitrni posezeni i prostor pro odpocinek nebo praci.

Cons:

Trochu mensi vyber pri snidani.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel

Cons:

Kein Kleiderschrank, um Kleidung zu verstauen. Es gab einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der ruhig mit einem leichten Lächeln die Gäste empfangen könnte.

hotel muy bien situado, habitación y desayuno aceptable, aunque un poco corto para cinco estrellas.
Pros:

La habitación de tamaño aceptable y muy limpia. El lobby muy bien decorado y cómodo. Tienes una fuente de agua con limón fresquita a tu disposición. La terraza exterior muy bonita aunque es una zona para fumadores, por lo que si quieres disfrutarla estarás rodeada de humo. Deberían habilitar una zona en esta terraza exterior para los que no fumamos que este ventilada y fuera de humo de tabaco. El personal es muy amable, especialmente Héctor de recepción. Hay dos salas para desayunar, una mas tranquila con chimenea y otra con luz exterior y con mesas mas grandes para familias.

Cons:

El desayuno bien, aunque le falta fruta, yogur y mas opción de panes. En cuanto a la habitación de tamaño aceptable, bien decorada y limpia, aunque el baño es demasiado pequeño y poco practico ya que la puerta de acceso limita el espacio interior, que ya de por si era muy pequeño. No había canales de TV españoles, sin embargo, sorprendentemente si de otras nacionalidades... Lo que no me gusto de la habitación fue que no había un armario donde colgar la ropa, hay instalado un burro en la entrada que no me perece ni estético ni practico y menos para un hotel de estas características.

Pros:

Tesisin iç mimarisi, odaların genişliği, ikramlar, güler yüzlü hizmetini çok beğendim.

Cons:

Odalarda air condition merkezi olarak çalışıyordu. Sadece ısıtma vardı, soğutma yoktu, oda çok sıcak oluyordu. Camları açmak bile yeterli olmadı. Uyku kalitemiz iyi değidi.
