Great location
Pros:

Nice and quiet location, close to the city center. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff was very kind and polite, after checkout we could leave our bags there till our night flight.

Cons:

Our room window was facing an elevator. The coffee can be improved.

Pros:

Hendrix was amazing! Such a warm and personal greeting from him and his team, and appreiciated so much the room upgrade - it really made a difference. I loved the interior decor and styling - I would definitely book again.

Cons:

Very limited food offering available outside of breakfast (which was great). However located so close to many eateries it wasn't a big issue.

Pros:

La chambre était top, grande et très lumineuse; nous y étions très bien. Le personnel est très agréable et à la recherche de solutions en fonction de nos demandes (par ex en ce qui concerne le taxi)

Cons:

un petit bémol pour le bruit de la rue (en particulier la circulation des trams); le petit-déjeuner est moyen et peut être amélioré (qualité)

Pros:

Poloha hotelu kousek od Karlova mostu. Milý a ochotný personál.
Snídaně byla výborná, na objednání lze udělat vajíčka na několik způsobů.
Dekorace z knížek po celém hotelu a fotky českých osobností např. T.Bati jako bonus.

We have to pay for another hotel.
Pros:

Nothing it was terrible

Cons:

The staff is terrible, the rooms are super uncomfortable, no AC, the shower flooded the entire room because they didn't have proper maintenance, wifi didn't work.

Insgesamt ein weiter zu empfehlendes Hotel, da auch das Personal sehr zugewandt und nett ist
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und rundum vielfältig, lediglich die Kaffeegetränke aus dem Automat könnten intensiver sein

Cons:

Das man eine Kaution von 100,00 Euro hinterlegen muss und diese nicht bei Abreise zurück erhält, stattdessen lt. Aussage bis zu 2 Wochen spätet

Che bella sorpresa l’hotel Bookquet!!
Pros:

Bellissimo e confortevole hotel in una posizione veramente strategica per girare Praga a piedi.La colazione (dolce/salata) ottima staff molto cordiale e pulizia impeccabile. Lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi. Praga è una città magica ed elegante come l’hotel Bookquet :)

Cons:

Niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Tutto ok.
