Although I booked my accommodation well in advance and requested the highest floor available they proceeded to put me on the lowest floor they had. Furthermore my friend who also stayed in the hotel in a separate room that book the hotel 3 weeks prior to arriving was given the top floor.
Free upgrade to 5th floor waterfront suite. Was very nice! Staff was excellent and let us check out late as well so we could go to lunch before our plane ride back.
Some things didn't work, like the phone and one of the bathroom sink knobs. Also the microwave handle was broken off.
Close to everything “south beach!” Easy access to public transportation!
I booked a king room and they upgraded us to a suite, which was very nice, but I didn’t like that the suite was handicapped accessible. Certain things about a handicapped room are not always appealing to me. Also, the shower didn’t have much pressure. It was fine, just took longer. No view, we looked at an alley and parking garage. Trash trucks woke us in the morning.

El alojamiento es muy grande, con nevera y microondas, también cubiertos. La cama es muy cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. Reservamos la habitación con vistas a Ocean drive que tiene un pequeño balcón y nos encantó desayunar con esas vistas. La piscina genial.
Estaba un poco anticuado y algunas cosas necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, simplemente por estética.
The location was right on the main road. The porch off our room was spacious and comfortable.
All was good. Maybe a new mattress.
A fantastic spot right at the start of ocean drive. We upgraded to a 2 bed suite overlooking the sea and it was worth every oenny.

My stay in the Fritz hotel was excellent 👍. Perfect location , we could literally have everything just around us , supermarkets, pharmacy, close to the airport and an easy gateway for the whole Miami . Staff was very professional and very friendly, would help with any situation. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean . In the sand road we have plenty options for bars and restaurants, the beach it’s just across the street, If I’m back to Miami I will be staying there again . Thanks 🙏 again for all employees for the great hospitality, specially the Uruguayan 🇺🇾 receptionist.
My suggestion would be a bar on the swimming pool area .
Me encanto el tamanno de la habitacion, todo era espacioso y limpio. La cama era comoda y grande. Tambien tenian una mesita cerca de la cama para poner una laptop, justo lo que necesitaba. Tienen un mini bar y tambien micro.

The location and views were excellent.
The apartment was huge. Large fridge freezer.
Rooms are a bit dated.
Not a lot of sunbeds, on roof top, some were broken.
