Pros:

I give this hotel a high score because as a basic option it's great. The bathroom is good, there was a fridge which worked and air conditioning unit which I don't think was mentioned in the room description but should be. The bed is OK for one night, but the plug next to you sleeping is strange.

No complaints about the shower it worked and the toiletries smelled good.

Good proximity to Westbahnhof which is why I book it every time I go to Wien.

Cons:

The room has a weird arrangement, the TV faces the wardrobe so I am not sure how you watch it. The socket it on the side you sleep, but the thing that lets it down is the pillow. One pillow that is half filled and offers no head support at all. I slept flat which was not comfortable for me. Please invest in some decent pillows.

Pros:

Lokalizacja, bliskość bezpiecznego parkingu w garażu. Wielkość pokoju, recepcja 24h, darmowa kawa z ekspresu. Uprzejmy personel, pomocny. Zaproponowano miejsca na rowery.

Cons:

Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja, brak możliwości obniżenia temperatury poniżej 24stopni, gdzie na zewnątrz były rekordowe temperatury bliskie 40stopni. Po zwróceniu uwagi ustawiono możliwość obniżenia temperatury, ale to nie tak powinno wyglądać.
Mała, niekomfortowa łazienka. Niewielki wybór na śniadaniu, mało warzyw, nieurozmaicone. Proponowałbym podnieść cenę śniadań a dać lepszy wybór i lepsze produkty.

Το ιδανικό ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ΤΕΡΑΣΤΙΟ και ολοκάθαρο . Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο της πόλης. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

Goed hotels op perfecte locatie om Vienna te bezoeken.
Pros:

- 5 minuten wandelen van metro
- wél airco in elke kamer aanwezig! Receptie zei dat het nog niet aangepast was op Booking
- frigo aanwezig
- dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken
- goede bedden
- bagage opslag mogelijk
- ruimte in kamer om koffer te plaatsen + kleren op te hangen en te leggen

Cons:

- heel soms licht geluid (bv. Wc van de buren) maar is niet storend
- personeel kon iets vriendelijker zijn
- koffiemachine op de kamer zou leuk zijn, prijs-kwaliteit gezien
