Les clés Michelin ne sont pas du tout justifiées!
Pros:

L’emplacement juste à côté du château, la taille de la chambre et la décoration en adéquation avec le lieu historique. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et la serveuse très prévenante.

Cons:

Le service principalement. Aucune explication sur la chambre lors du check-in, alors que le système d’éclairage est un peu complexe. J’ai dû me débrouiller avec ma valise.
Le service de chambre est catastrophique. Une femme de chambre est entré pendant que je prenais ma douche à 9.30 du matin, sans s’excuser, pour savoir si je souhaitais que la chambre soit faite. Les rideaux ont été tirés une nuit sur les 3 de mon séjour. Le lit était fait sans être fait. Les bouteilles d’eau entamée non remplacée….
On est très loin du niveau attendu dans un relais et château, encore plus d’un hôtel 2 clés Michelin!

Pros:

Well, the location of the hotel was perfect, near the castle and the city center. Staff was very nice, responded to any question, and always tried to help. A real boutique hotel I highly recommend!!!

Cons:

Pilows!! But as soon as I asked, I was provided with more comfortable ones!.

wonderful boutique feel hotel with superb customer service
Pros:

Perfect location everything walkable. Staff exemplary, it was my 60th birthday & Joanna, Director offered my husband & I a complimentary breakfast. Customer service absolutely superb. Bed super comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing it was a cosy boutique vibe. However if I could nitpick it would probably be no real lobby but that’s the way it’s designed. There is a little cosy bar.

Pros:

Everything! The location was perfect. The street is beautiful, with the castle just outside and with incredible views from the roof terrace. Our room was clean, spacious and oh my goodness, the beds and bedding were out of this world. Most comfortable bed ever. The spa has the wow factor, the treatments were lovely (we had two different spa treatments). Lastly.. dinner was so delicious. We had the 5 course taster menu and every mouthful was beautiful. We had dinner for my best friends birthday and they really made it so special for us. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant, we will definitely return.

A step into Kraków’s past and present.
Pros:

The most beautiful hotel inside Old Krakow! The rooms were beautifully decorated. Clean and well appointed.
The breakfasts were delicious!
The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
The pool so unique built in the basement.
