Excellent location close to the main Square, but not so close that you hear the noises all night. loved the underground pool. Great for kids.
This is a minor point, but cars cannot pull up in front of the hotel. So if you need to catch an Uber or meet your driver for an excursion, you have to walk out of the hotel and walk maybe half a block.
The room, bed, bedding, facilities and staff were all excellent. The area is so close to the castle, river and within easy walking distance to both the Jewish Quarter and the Main square. Absolutely loved everything about the trip. Thank you.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but through booking.com I arranged a taxi to pick us up. It took an hour to get through customs and baggage. The taxi driver waited on us, but then stated the taxi had been cancelled an we should pay him an extra 100 in cash. Do not book a taxi through booking.com as there were lots of taxi's outside around the same price.

Hotel Copernicus is a truly beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kraków. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from all of the main attractions, yet it still feels peaceful and exclusive.
We stayed in one of the large suites, which was spacious, elegant and full of character. The historic building has been beautifully preserved while offering all the comfort you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
The food was exceptional. Every meal was of a very high standard, with excellent service to match. The staff were welcoming, professional and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Hotel Copernicus to anyone looking for a luxurious and characterful stay in Kraków.
The only real disappointment was the bathroom in our suite. While the bedroom itself was stunning, the bathroom felt dated and underwhelming compared to the rest of the accommodation. It lacked the same sense of luxury as the suite and could definitely benefit from a refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
Very good service. Rooms and restaurant excellent. Located ideally for the castle, the old town and Jewish Quarter.
Miły i pomocny personel, dobre śniadanie , świetna lokalizacja.
Głośna ,warcząca klimatyzacja .
スタッフが親切で親しみやすい。部屋の広さが適当で、天井の高さは十分にある。フルーツ、カセットコーヒー常備あり。宿泊料金に含まれる朝食の選択肢が豊富で美味しく量は十分以上である。

Everything
Friendly, clean, proximity to town square
Nothing
The hotel is perfectly located to visit the important sites. Almost all are in a short walking distance It's very close to the Wawel castle, the Peter & Paul cathedral and the main market square. The staff at reception was professional, helpful and competent.
Many rooms ( including ours) have no view and only a window facing the inner ( covered) courtyard which serves as a lobby. The room felt pretty dark, difficult to get fresh air. The breakfast was a pain - there is a small buffet , but mostly you have to order a la cart and the kitchen is extremely slow even when there are just few guests for breakfast ( 30 min waiting time for a boiled egg) and they mix up orders.
Even though the facility was beautiful and comfortable the very best part of the place was the superb friendly staff. The location couldn't be beat.
Everything was perfect. We didn't want to leave. There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about this wonderful hotel. Some might balk at the price but we certainly got what we paid for and would love to return.
Hotel Copernicus sets the benchmark every hotel should strive to achieve. From the beginning to the end the service and attention exceeded all our expectations. Any question we had prior to our trip was responded to immediately by Mateusz at the front desk. We got to the Hotel before check in time but our room was ready for us. We met the GM of the hotel Joanna Wilgierz who was welcoming and attentive. From that point on she knew us by name and was always asking if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything else they could do. Joanna’s team were all top professionals. I believe her entire staff were happy they were working at such a wonderful hotel and that came across to all their guests. We had dinner at their Michelin suggested restaurant and our server was Kasper. He explained each course by ingredients and how it was prepared. He also makes an excellent cocktail.
They have an amazing spa which you should take advantage of. We were unable to book any treatments because of our busy schedule. We did walk through and found it to be well equipped the with top-of-the-line products.
There is a roof deck with amazing views of the Wawel Castle
We had the pleasure of staying in one of their suites. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was well appointed with a separate shower and bathtub.
Another major plus is the location. It is in the heart of the old town but on a very quiet street. The best location of any hotel. Please take my advice and book your stay at Hotel Copernicus it will make your trip to Krakow your best vacation.
