Cosmopolitan Suites

Nice location, very caring staff especially Joy and Theo. Nice view of the Caldera. It’s a nice property but nothing luxurious about it. We were in room 10 which is at the bottom of a very narrow spiral metal staircase, not at all suitable for middle age or older people. Bed is small for 2 adults, I am 6ft tall and my feet dangled, no other furniture in the room. There is small balcony with 2 chairs, I wish they would use water repellent cushions because ours were soaking wet, couldn’t use the balcony chairs the first day. View of Caldera is nice but there is a pool right outside the room which was empty and dirty with plastic bottle floating in it. Lot Nextdoor is empty with over grown dry vegetation and rubbish strewn around. Good variety of made to order breakfast, staff’s attitude was the highlight of our stay.

Fantastic property with stunning views. Staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and provided excellent service and advice about Fira/Santorini. Best location - minimal steps and right in the heart of Fira, could not have asked for a better spot. Well worth considering if you are visiting Santorini.

The staff were incredible (especially Joy). We were pampered and well taken care of. Everything was divine, and the Cosmopolitan Suites was the highlight of our entire trip to Greece. I could not recommend this hotel more. My girlfriend and I decided to splurge and spend a little extra for a nice hotel and our expectations were exceeded! I would recommend staying for breakfast and staying for the sunset (the cocktails were immaculate). We will be back again!

A quaint getaway from the busy streets. This hotel was very luxury and had some of the most amazing views on the island. We arrived early, but we’re greeted with a complimentary glass of lemonade and our room was quickly cleaned and made available to us early.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect! Even though it is located in the center of Fira, inside of the hotel it is super quiet. We cold not stop enjoying a beautiful view of caldera and the sea from our room’s balcony. The hotel’s pool area also has fantastic views!

So I stayed here for 3 days with my daughters, 16 and 18, and I was incredibly impressed. The hotel is small and very personal, has jaw dropping views, is designed in a luxurious, traditional with modern features cozy feel, has well thought out food and drink options, and the staff was fantastic. My daughters wanted to take Anastasia and Joy home to live with us. I have stayed all over the world in some amazing hotels and this is up in my top 5 for the location, style, and staff. Thank you for a fantastic stay, it was genuinely appreciated.

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. So close to all the shops and restaurants without feeling noisy. One of the best hotels we have stayed in! Would definitely come back again!

Most breathtaking view of Santorini. Property and hotel were intimate and customized with VIP service throughout our stay. Anastasia and George were the absolute best with superb service and kindness.

Loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, and they paid attention to your every need. The food was sooo delicious- highly recommend ordering a meal there. Breakfast is included and is out of this world. Anatasia, Theo and Joy took really good care of us- thank you! Our room was nice. The indoor jacuzzi made the room humid so when i go back, I will book a different room. However, the outdoor kick area was a plus. The views are lovely-;probably the best in Fira. I highly recommend!

One of the best better experiences we’ve had in traveling too many places in the world. This is a boutique hotel with beautiful decor incredible/1st class service and a view that is purely breathtaking. The room we had was a little small for my tall family with a few bumps on the head, but overall worked well and was extremely comfortable for sleep. The patio and infinity pool were spectacular. Drinks breakfast, and more by the pool with the view of the Caldera was the highlight. We grew very close with the staff as they went above and beyond for everyone of our needs. This hotel is in gross proximity to walking to all the shops and restaurants and was a short bus ride to Oia where we spent an afternoon. Was skeptical about Santorini but really walked away grateful for views food and more. All transportation dinner reservations and activities were arranged by The Cosmopolitan. Excellent experience.
