It was great over all, but it was boiling in there

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, especially the fireplace.
Pros:

The room is very clean, it has everything you need, there's a forest around, there's space for walking, paths, cycling, a barbecue area in the yard - very convenient and friendly, polite staff.

Nice location but will consider staying either on the newer side next time or trying a different resort
Pros:

We’ve always stayed at this property when visiting Banff over the past 15 years. We like that it’s removed from the main hustle and gives us extra room as a family of 5 with the 2 bedroom units.

Cons:

Unfortunately the older 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was really worn out. Floors upstairs feel like their about to give way creaking lots and very of uneven when walking on them. Beds were not comfortable for anyone. Again probably time for an upgrade.

The pool and hot tub are looking and feeling unkept. The hot tub had one jet that if you sat in front of it, you’d get burned. It was that hot! Felt like direct heat from the boiler.

Pros:

这次入住在二楼最边上的一个房间，房间宽敞，两张床旁边还可以放个露营气垫多睡一个人。地理位置优越，去Banff town只需要几分钟，去Sunshine也只需要十几分钟，非常方便！👍环境安静，想夏天再去住几天！

如果包含早餐就更好了👍

The swimming pool and facilities were well maintained .The convenience of the kitchen was a bonus.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of smoke in the suite. Our hair and clothes all smelled like it. Also the shuttle to town was not working.

Pros:

The room was spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the general lighting and decor were perfect for the location, set amongst the snowy mountains.

Cons:

If you are on the lower level and other guests are above you, you will hear them walking around, flushing the toilet, etc. It didn't impact our stay, but was definitely noticeable.
