For the price the resort is outdated with uncomfortable couch, water marks on the ceiling, all metal elements in the washroom covered in rust, super slow internet, room strongly smelled like smoke from the fireplace, we couldn't sleep without open windows. The lounge in the common area was dirty

Decent place to stay if you can get it a a deep discount.
Pros:

Stayed here many time over the years. Used to be a good value for condo type accommodation in Banff, with comfy bedding. But....

Cons:

Over the years, property was not well maintained and seemed to get worse each time we visited. Eg, our unit this time has crack in closet door and skylight, missing towel rack in one BR (all that's left are screw holes on wall), and sparse kitchen utensils. Unit was not very clean and showing its age. Also, location is just outside of town (1/2 hr walk), and there was traffic noise.

Pros:

We love the view from our room. Our room had all the necessities which were required by us.

Cons:

The Swimming pool and Hot tub were poorly maintained. I would suggest to keep the pools and hot tub clean. Both the amenities seem like were not clean for more than a month. My family and I were highly disappointed with it.

Mediocre at best, probably would book elsewhere.
Pros:

I liked that we had a 2 bedroom condo so we could have our own rooms, as well as the fireplaces in the living room where you could have a real fire even during a fire ban since it's inside your condo.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had no clue that we would be across the street from all the facilities as in the photos it appeared to be all one building. The beds were basically as hard as a coffee table, and the blankets would crinkle like a chip bag anytime you moved. And the hot tub/ pool area was very run down and dirty. Could for sure use some upgrades and a good scrub.

Would not recommend
Pros:

The overall feel of the hotel is rundown. Paid for a Superior 2 Brm apartment, and it was very average at best. The whole hotel needs painting. It looked and felt nothing like the photos. The hot tub/pool area was dirty and dark, it needs a major freshen up. We did enjoy dinner at the restaurant. Banff is such a beautiful town, wish I had picked better accommodation in town to highlight the beauty of the mountains and feel of the town.

Excellent accommodation for access to Banff.
Pros:

Had a room upgrade and the new room was excellent. Location good and shuttle service very useful.
