Like the separate bedroom set up with the kitchen and fireplace, etc.
we’ve stayed here multiple times unfortunately this day was horrible. We spoke to front desk about many issues management was to contact us, but it’s been almost a week and we’ve heard nothing.. Our condo was flooding from the base of the toilet it was a nightmare to move us to pack unpack repack missed a dinner because of it
The studio suite was comfortable and cute, staff were friendly, and the shuttle to downtown was so convenient! The restaurant was delicious
The wood we bought from the hotel would not stay lit, even after staff came to build the fire
The staff kept forgetting to put in our requests for service, requiring several calls/drop ins to the front desk to actually get the request addressed. The floors in our room hadn't been swept, and there was some dark stuff around the lip of the tub against the wall that was unappealing and slightly concerning
The rooms were comfortable and the service was good
The whole place needs renovation. It was clean but tired. Also the restaurant wasn’t operating properly and we could only order a pizza which came in a box. Fairly random

The pool was too hot or too cold
Location is perfect. The hot tub is an amazing amenity. Sadly the bubbles and outdoor tub had some issues.
Located just out of Banff with a free shuttle service. Rooms were large with well equipex kitchen. There is also a small restaurant on site.
Everything was great. The lady bartending was such a sweet heart. Great hospitality. I wish I got her name
The view was beautiful. Surrounded by beautiful mountains. My stayed was in late October and it was quite and peaceful.
Nothing to not like.
