it was comfortable but rustic and for the price….suprisingly high- but I guess that is Banff reality
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and hardworking. We liked the surroundings and the gym and the decks. Though we did not use it, liked the shuttle to town.

Cons:

several of the gym equipment were broken, old socks from another guest in the bedside cabinet, bbq’s need cleaning and updating- don’t work well.
Facilities are a bit tired

we liked having a loft suite

Cons:

TV stopped working and asked to fix it and it never happened.
Used towels should have been replaced daily.

Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

La camera necessitava di una profonda ristrutturazione. Moquette usurata e macchiata, carta da parati che si staccava, tende logore e mobili rovinati. Condizioni igieniche pessime: polvere ovunque, capelli e insetti morti. Per non parlare di un cerotto usato ritrovato appeso alla tenda della camera da letto.

Peu confortable et sale.
Pros:

Lq situation l'extérieur de Banff n'est pas un problème.
Navette gratuite toutes les heures seulement.

Cons:

La propreté du logement n'est pas au rendez-vous !
Des mouchoirs sales traînaient sous le lit.
De plus, le canapé convertible n'est vraiment pas confortable.
Des placards plein la cuisine avec pas beaucoup de vaisselle dedans ! 3 cuillères dans le tiroirs!

I’d give 10/10 for the location. The room that I was given, I am not happy with. I was expecting better!
Pros:

The property is good. Quiet and everything close by. Town is 5 mins drive. The facility has swimming pool, tennis court and basketball court. Walking trail is just next to it.

Cons:

Well my room in particular had many issues. Dishwasher had coffee grains everywhere. Pots and pans were missing, which they did provide later on. Bathroom light was flickering. Outdoor light was broken so it was dark outside. Also they gave us the room with their supplies cabin just outside our door which was blocking the way and didn’t leave much space to sit. That cabin in particular looked like was not well taken care of. For our last night at the resort..there was some kind of noise coming from under the floor not sure if these were Rats or Marmots biting on something. It was super annoying and I couldn’t sleep. Also the outdoor hot tub had dead flies and bugs floating which they didn’t clean. On the positive note the staff is super friendly and helpful. The resort is family friendly and good for kids. They have shuttle service every hour to and fro from town so if you don’t want to drive and hunt for parking, it’s a nice free service.

les chambres sur 2 étages
la navette vers Banff
être en pleine nature
Mon garçon avait oublié son ipad et on nous l’ envoyé par la poste

Cons:

ça sentait le renfermé et le vieillot dans le logement
dans une trappe de la salle de bain, il y avait des déchets de rongeur que l’entretien est venu nettoyer
