Pros:

Unser Loft-Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet und bot reichlich Platz. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte auch Staurraum für die eigenen Vorräte. Den Poolbereich haben wir nach dem Ski fahren sehr genossen. Die Umkleiden sahen frisch renoviert aus und waren sehr sauber. Der Hottub außen wirkte nicht ganz so sauber. Da aber renoviert wird, gehe ich davon aus, dass er noch einen neuen Anstrich bekommt.
Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser besonderen Dank gilt dem Manager! Das eigentlich gebuchte Apartment, gefiel uns nicht und er bot uns einen Wechsel in das sehr schöne Apartment nahe des Haupthauses an.

Cons:

Manche Bereiche sind etwas abgewohnt, doch die Renovierungen sind im Gange.

It was dirty. In time for how long I stay nobody come to clean and change towels or do anything what doing in normaly hotels

Room 1101 is GHETTO

It was clean and close to Banff town center

Cons:

Everything else. The room smelled when we arrived and they had the good blank blaring to try and dissipate it but it did not. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling, the smoke detector was hanging from wires from the roof, the light in the bedroom took a while to turn on and flickered like a scene from a horror movie, the fan provided in the bedroom shook so hard it was unusable, the pool area was full of people drinking alcohol and vaping, the cleaning staff also leaves the garbage from cleaned rooms just strewn over the grounds until they collect it all ,just a terrible experience.
