Pros:

We really enjoyed how cozy and nicely set up the room was and that there are two hot tubs available and a pool! Also the area it in is very nice to walk around and it feels very cozy/ close in the mountains

Cons:

It's minor and in nobody's control but we found the pool/ hot tub area way too crowded and loud to relax in and then walking back to our room outside was very cold but again that's very minor and we enjoyed our stay overall!

C’est ok , mais un peu loin de la ville

Cons:

Aucun abrasif dans la cour, toujours de la glace au sol , nous nous sommes blessé suite à une chute . Rideau de douche extrêmement petit devrait être du double de dimension. Devrait y avait couteau et fourchette , car seulement cuillères sur place.

Pros:

We liked that the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We requested extra blankets and received them delivered to our door within 10 mins

Cons:

The room could have used a better cleaning. It was a bit outdated and dirty. Some bugs and spiders were found on the floors . The bathtub had hair in the soap shelves . The bathroom down stairs had some calcium build up on the shower head. We also found some things under the sofa bed when we pulled it out to use. ( lighters and key cards)

We would stay again it was a very nice stay and great value.
Pros:

The wood burning fireplace, the room was spacious and the rustic decor was nice. We intentionally chose it to have some distance from the main part
Of town.

Cons:

Some attention to detail was missed in dusting of the room that were only noticed because a dust allergy makes me notice areas that often get missed. The couch and chairs in the living space were not super comfortable.

Super stay!
Pros:

Location was great. Scenery was good.
The suite was great for 3 people. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms!
I liked the wolf pictures!

Cons:

Icy areas on walkways and parking lot.
The noise from the radiators kept waking me in the night.

Pros:

We had enough place to sleep 4, and we were on the floor level.

Cons:

The bed was disguting, full of human hair, curly hair, the toilet was full of shit, the water wasnt draining in the bath tub.

Our home in Banff
Pros:

We have stayed here for many years. Love the kitchen and fireplace in the units.

Cons:

We likely won't be able.to stay here in the future as the price is getting too high for us - cost keeps going but my income doesn't.
