Waren sehr zufrieden. Würden immer wieder kommen.
Pros:

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage, hohe Decken, gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Cons:

Nachts teilweise Lärm durch feiernde Jugendliche.
Hoher Parkpreis und dann noch 8 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.

En el corazón de Praha
Pros:

Ver desde la Cama la Iglesia de Tyn y estar al lado del reloj y todo el centro. Desayunar con champagne, la atención del personal super amable.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien.

Pros:

The location was amazing, 50m from old town square, yet quiet at night. Breakfast was lovely and hotel comfortable , staff all helpful

Pros:

La localisation, le confort de la chambre, les prestations proposées.
L'accueil du personnel.
La taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche qui bloque l'eau.
Ça a pour conséquence de laisser passer une infime quantité d'eau et provoquer une brume d'eau qui refroidi au toucher.
Il faut revoir le pommeau pour qu'il soit modernisé.
Autrement le reste rien à dire.

Elegant hotel in great location
Pros:

We absolutely loved the historic charm of this hotel—it has so much character and atmosphere. The chandelier hanging from the high ceiling was absolutely stunning and added a touch of elegance to the space. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better, with Old Town Square just around the corner, and we enjoyed walking to Charles Bridge every day. The daily breakfast was delicious as well, offering a wide variety of options.

A special mention goes to the modern glass elevator, which was especially helpful when one of us has problem walking the stairs.

Highly recommended stay for visiting beautiful Prague.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to every attraction in center of Prague. Rooms are very nice. High ceilings. I reserved a loft room, bathroom was not on the same floor with the bed, so I asked to have my room cleaned. Staff was helpful and immediately changed the room. Rooms are big and roomy for European hotel standards. Clean and neat. It is an old building and has a charm. Breakfast was okay. Not what is expected from a five star hotel but served the purpose.

Cons:

Le persone alla reception molto scortesi: un ragazzo quando tornavi non salutava mai, neanche alzava la testa. Per un 5 stelle è inconcepibile.
un altro non vedeva l’ora di vedere la mia ragazza che andava fuori a fumare, per andare anch’egli e provare ad attaccare bottone.
La colazione molto molto basica, non da 5 stelle.
